The apartment is about 20 minutes from the barolo and la morra , and 45 minutes from the Ligurian Sea and from the mountain towns. In the accommodation there are two bedrooms, a small kitchen, dining room and a balcony overlooking the porch. The park and the shelter can also be used for the exclusive use of the tenants and owners.
