In addition to a good double bed in the bedroom there is a great furninova sofa bed in the living room that can be knocked out to a 160 cm wide bed. Kid-friendly without a staircase. Baby chair. Heating cables in all floors, fireplaces and firewood. Private sunny furnished patio. Parking space outside the garage. It is about 15 min to walk or 3 min by bus to Asker city center. From Asker it is 20 minutes by train to Oslo S.

The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. I et vakkert gammelt trehus på en ås, med utsikt delvis mot Oslofjorden, kan du leie en enkel og koselig innredet kjellerleilighet (ca. 50 m2) med egen inngang. Dette er i et fredelig villaområde, i gangavstand til buss som tar deg til Oslo Sentrum på cirka 30 minutter. Utleier bor i samme hus og deler parkering og hage. Huset er lytt, så dette stedet egner seg ikke til fest og bråk, men passer for rolige røykfrie mennesker. Et fint utgangspunkt for å utforske Oslo og omegn!

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
