Christine et son mari sont à la fois accueillants, disponibles, arrangeants et discrets. Le studio aménagé dans une dépendance en pleine campagne était propre, fonctionnel et conforme à la description. Nous avons adoré pouvoir profiter de la piscine au milieu de la verdure.

WE du 24 septembre, 2 nuits. Très agréable confort. Le coin est très tranquille, le logement correspond bien aux photos. C'est spacieux. Philippe est venu nous chercher dans le très proche village. Le petit déjeuner était prévu (lait, beurre, confiture, biscottes....). Très bien pour un WE de visite.

Le gite de Phillippe est idéal pour se retrouver à la campagne, au calme et dans un petit nid douillet tout équipé. Le soleil sur la bâtisse toute la journée est très agréable.

Philippe nous a très bien accueilli. Le logement est propre et fidèle à la description. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Hote sympa apparemment fonctionnel

Notre hôte nous a réservé le meilleur des accueils, nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tard que prévu, il nous a gentiment attendu puis nous a fait visité tout le logement en nous expliquant son fonctionnement. le duplex est spacieux et très propre, très bien équipé. De plus, il nous avait laissé de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner (beurre, tartines, confitures, café,...) ce qui était fort appréciable. le linge de maison était de qualité et sentait très bon. Nous avons également apprécié l'extérieur où nous pouvions profiter d'un jardin. Seul bémol: le frigo situé dans la même pièce que le lit qui était un peu bruyant.Nous recommandons fortement cette location!Merci encore pour votre accueil Philippe.

Gîte sympathique dans un cadre de campagne jolie... Le gîte lui-même est un peut petit... Très bien accueilli par la propriétaire.

Christine est un hôte très prévenant pour ses locataires, elle est passée nous voir pour s'assurer que rien ne manquait. Le logement est conforme aux photos (un peu petit pour 6 personnes s'il ne fait pas beau) avec beaucoup de charme ainsi que le reste des bâtiments autour, c'est vraiment un bel ensemble. Nous avons eu un super beau temps et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, des chaises longues, c'était très agréable il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien. Christine est même venue nous rajouter un parasol. Nous avons passé un superbe week end. Je reviendrai avec plaisir chez Christine si je repasse dans la région.

Très beau corps de ferme. Grande piscine très agréable et terrain de tennis. C'est super pour s'occuper ! Région très sympa avec de quoi visiter. Accueil agréable et discret. Christine est très prévenante s'il manque quelques choses. Toutefois , je ne conseille pas ce gîte à 6 personnes mais plutôt à 4 personnes maximum.

Emma was a fantastic host. She made us very welcome. The gite was inviting and practical with a strong shower, lots of light and a comfy bed. We cooked that evening and Emma and partner prepared a romantic table in the garden for us to eat at without being asked which was much appreciated. Saumur was only 10 minutes by bike which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodation is quite the announcement and proved perfect for us. Clean, functional and pleasant, it is perfect for 2 or 3 people. The welcome Emma was very warm. We found that the positive points and the near Saumur is also very significant. I highly recommend and I will certainly return.

We absolutely loved this place! We were expecting to drop off our bags and go out to dinner, as the apartment is in the center of Saumur with easy walking to all the shops, instead we were so taken with Celine's place that we picked up a baguette, cheese and wine and enjoyed the ourselves in the apartment. Very relaxing with wonderful modern decor. We speak very little French but they were so accommodating and helpful to translate. They had a private parking space for our car right beside the apartment. A fabulous stay!

Location superb, nothing to add! high quality host and seeking all the attention that people who rent their housing sy are bien..un true cocoon, but happiness. I highly recommend, what scenery and moments of being. J return there with great pleasure.

Excellent sejour

A fantastic apartment, in a truly brilliant location overlooking the Loire river, which made for an excellent position watching the fireworks by the bridge! And from the rear overlooking the church. Really spacious, and easily accommodated 2 couples, very close to the town centre and definitely walking distance to the restaurants and shops, just be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so there are a few steps! Aliette made access to the apartment very easy and was very easy to contact, a lovely host!! Thoroughly recommended!

Great location right on the south bank of the Loire, with stunning views from the 4th floor apartment. Well furnished, clean and spacious. I asked for some recommendations from Aliette and she came back with plenty of good places to go etc. Perfect for my two night stay.

Super week-end entre amis à Saumur dans le bel appartement d'Aliette. Il est grand, propre et bien situé avec une vue sublime sur la Loire.

En répondant rapidement à mes questions et par le ton cordiale de ses messages. L'appartement était tel que décrit dans l'annonce, conforme aux photos. Le quartier, à 3 minutes à pied du centre ville, est calme. La vue sur la Loire sereine.

First off the location of the appartement is perfect. It's located on the Île Offard with a beautiful view over the Loire, the Château de Saumur, the theatre and Saint Pierre. The room is spacious, has a comfy doublebed and a bathroom attached. Yannick was the perfect host. I needed a place to stay quickly when I came to Saumur and he reacted immediately. He waited for me when i checked in and offered me some coffee. Despite a language barrier (he doesnt speak much english and my french isnt that great either) we had a nice talk and I told him that i wanted to see the region around saumur the next day. He told me a must-see is the abbeye royal the Fontevraud and because is was his day off he took me there. I had a great time staying with Yannick and the second evening we even had dinner together. If you want to visit Saumur, there is no better place to stay. Cinq étoiles

Accueillis chez l'habitant au calme avec un beau jardin, nous sommes satisfait des prestations. Monsieur est bricoleur et Madame est perfectionniste donc tout est très propre et bien rangé. Mme Héreau a sans doute préparé cette extension mitoyenne à la maison principale pour des séjours longue durée puisque la cuisine est assez complète. La douche est un peu spartiate mais le matelas est extrêmement confortable (!) -j'ai même noté la référence pour l'avenir :-) L'accueil est sympathique, même par téléphone. Très proche de Saumur mais parfaitement calme!

Accommodation situated at the foot of the castle and the town center but in a quiet area which does not have noise. Place private car allows to leave the car safely. We enjoyed the level of equipment of the apartment (there is even a portable charger, hair dryer, commodities such as tea coffee, salt, pepper, cleaning products ... it lacks nothing, everything is there, we enjoyed the wi-fi, super nice decor and the little touches of our guests: aperitif, home products made from local products ...

The Pierrick and Delphine apartment is worth a look, facing the sunrise over the Loire, near the city center for tours and walks. It is comfortable, clean, with modern decor and enjoyed the welcome and advice given by Pierrick.
