We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at this location. We were two adults and one child, and the apartment was extremely spacious and exactly as it was described. Lots of space in a village setting. Anne-Paule and her husband are lovely people. We were welcomed to a wonderful home-cooked dinner which was waiting for us in our apartment- this made it all the more special! Many thanks for a memorable stay. We will definitely return to this little gem in Sergines!

The accommodation was good, complies with pictures and description. But the host called us € 10 extra in person as we had our little 2 year old daughter that we had not counted in the number of travelers. Knowing we had everything to her bed, sheets, towels etc ... this is unacceptable.

My stay at Mill Rateau was very pleasant. Calm, serenity and greenery were at the rendezvous. Jill is an outstanding hostess and really cozy accommodation, equipped with lots of little touches for vacationers. Only small downside, the spiral staircase to access housing that my dog has never wanted to borrow and it took me wear ... Not really bad and quickly forgotten by the view of the garden at breakfast and hello tits morning.

Our stay with Jill went very well. We were there with our little 18 month old daughter who loved the apartment and the park. The place is very quiet, perfectly suited to what we wanted for the weekend. Jill was very friendly and welcoming.

Exceptionally beautiful place surrounded by nature, ideal for rest and relaxation to find. Perfect for dog owners, lovely walks around the estate. Welcomes I was with fresh bread and rolls and even a fire was already prepared! The apartment itself is simple and something thrown together set up, but nothing is missing, good bed with electric blanket! I slept very well. Something disturbing noise of the heating system, which is directly under the Ferienappartment were in the evening. The apartment is reached by the laundry room via a steep stone spiral staircase, which is certainly not suitable for everyone and difficult with larger luggage. The sanitary facilities are quite advanced in years and would be my feeling in need of rehabilitation after. I could hardly stand up straight in front of the sink, because the attic is very low with 166 size. Jill itself is an open, friendly and very personable hostess. She helped me also to find my missing dog in the cornfield again. Thanks again for everything Jill!

Very welcome in a very clean accommodation, comfortable and well equipped for a family with 2 children and even with a baby cot is available since. The host even provided us milk for our 18 month old and responds very quickly to our questions. Very good accommodation I recommend visiting Provins and its surroundings.

Housing well located, 2 minutes walk from the station (perfect to put his luggage before boarding walk to the upper city). Justine n'était pas présente pour nous accueillir mais s'était organisée avec une voisine pour nous donner les clés. Le logement donne sur la rue donc on entend un peu la circulation, mais en meme temps on est en ville ! Après avoir passé la porte d'entrée il faut passer par un tout petit couloir sombre (attention la nuit il faut vous munir d'une lampe car nous n'avons pas trouvé la lumière) qui debouche dans une toute petite cour intérieure, puis prendre un petit escalier pour accéder ensuite à l'appartement qui se trouve au 1er étage. L'appartement est assez grand, nous n'avons pas accès à la chambre et devons dormir sur le canapé qui n'est pas très confortable et qui grince (et accessoirement recouvert d'un drap troué). Nous avons en plus rencontré un petit soucis avec le réfrigérateur où un aliment s'était décongelé du fraiseur et avait laissé une flaque rouge dans le fond du frigo. Mais à part ça, tout s'est bien passé !
