We really enjoyed staying here. It is such a lovely place to relax, enjoy the nature and silence. We had planend to stay for 2 nights but changed our plans and extended for one more night before we had to travel home. Everything is as shown on the pictures and as described. Thanks Johanna for having us and the tasty coffee every morning :-) I would love to stay here again when coming back to Sweden. I can really recommend staying at this beautiful place.

the tiny flat is very cosy and you have a beautiful view on the sea, even when you are lying in bed! first e-mail contact with johanna was very nice. but during out stay we never met her, although the flat is about five meters beside the house where she lives. she even didn't answer our questions per sms, so we felt a little bit uncomfortable during this stay.... what a pity....

Johanna is awesome and a great hostress. She gods above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room is fairly small as its in its own annex but it has everything you need and was perfect for us. Thanks for a great stay.

To call Johanna a warm host, would be to understate just how friendly and accommodating she truly was. The bungalow in which we stayed was clean, the bed was remarkably comfortable, and her service alone was worth the price of the stay. Although the weather was somewhat dreary (you can't control that), I can only imagine how gorgeous the view must be at sunset on a clear evening. I cannot wait to book again, it's a hidden gem in Sweden with a great host.

A big Thank you to Johanna. It was just a great stay at Bua. It is quiet near to the sea, where you can swim or relax ( just 10min. by walk). At the next morning we had a outstanding and really nice breakfast in front of our room. Johanna and her husband were really friendly and helpful. Thanks again for the nice experience at Bua.

We arrived a little earlier than expected however Björn was very welcoming. He advised us to visit the surrounding area as he ensured the home was as described. Björn also provided us with food and drink for breakfast for the next day which was very kind of him. He showed us around the home and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. He is very warm and friendly. We would recommend Björn as a host to anyone.

We had a great stay at Britta's Place. The Cabin is very cosy. We had felt very welcome with Britta and her Husband. Even our dog hat a great time.

Britta did so much to help us find the place and then make us feel welcome, it's a beautiful location and the house and sleeping room are lovely - we especially loved the beds

We stayed in Britta's and PO's place for 4 days and I must say it was excellent and very memorable vacation. The place is just fantastic, you can't live so close to nature as it is. Britta and her husband are very hospitable and very kindly hosted us and our kids the way that we felt very much like at home there. I will strongly recommend this place if you want to have a memorable vacation very close to the nature.

My wife, baby daughter and I spent three nights in this cabin near Varberg. The view from the cabin is as beautiful as the picture, the lake is gorgeous and great for swimming. Upon arrival Britta met us at the local petrol station to guide us direct to the cabin as they are not on GPS. We spent a great day out in Varberg which has a vibrant market where we stocked up on provisions and good restaurants. We also spent a day in Falkenberg and visited the miles and miles of sandy beach. On the Saturday evening Britta and PO challenged us to the Swedish game of Kubb and we spent a really pleasant evening with them, learning about the history of the cabin (which they have had since 1970), their family and the local area. Britta and PO were on hand to help with any request as they live next door but gave us plenty of space and privacy. They have two dogs which we didn't hear but saw them walking in the morning and evening. The exact layout is difficult to see from the pictures. There is an upstairs sleeping space accessed by an external staircase which is above a garage. This has two double alcove beds. It is very well insulated and didn't get hot even though the weather was very sunny. Then perpendicular but attached to the garage and facing the lake is a ground floor living space. This living space has a shower room with separate toilet and a kitchen/living room. The decoration is rustic country cottage style and the space is well appointed with pots, pans, coffee machine etc. We had a great time and would happily return.

En perle, gjestfrihet og alt sto til forventningene. Vi bodde en natt på vei hjem til Norge fra København og burde blitt lengre. Vi fikk låne båten og barna våre fikk ro, vi badet i vannet og hadde en veldig hyggelig kveld. Tusen takk for oss.

Anita is a fatalistic host! She offered to pick us up at the central station in Varberg and was super quick and responsive with communication. She lives right next door to the cottage, so it was very convenient if we needed anything or had questions. The cottage is so lovely. Modern, comfy, and full of light. I stayed there with a couple of friends and we all agreed it was a great choice and it's now on our "future getaway" list. It's walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes) and there is a lot of space around the cottage. I would totally recommend this gem for short or long term stays.

Fantastisk stuga som har allt :) Fin inredning, fullutrustat kök och en stor terass med utsikt mot havet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks i sommar då huset ligger ett stenkast från härlig strand och klippor! Perfekt för en barnfamilj då ena sovrummet är ett barnrum med våningssäng.

Linda var väldigt flexibel vid ankomsttid, visade runt oss i huset och gick igenom allt, väldigt trevlig och organiserad. Huset har fantastiskt läge som bilderna inte kan beskriva. Great house in a nice and cam residential area. We had a great week and got some really nice tips and suggestions of what to do from our hosts. The hosts were very welcoming and explained the house to us when we arrived. They were flexible with arrival and departure time which suited us really well. The house is very child friendly, our kids loved that there were toys and a TV-game. Really nice garden with possibilities to enjoy the sun when barbequeing in the evening. We would recommend this to our friends and surely go again.

Our time in Cecilias and Jims house was just wonderful, we enjoyed it very much. Everything was just perfect, so we felt very well here, like at home :-) Cecilia and Jim gave us a warm welcome, they were so friendly and helpful and gave us useful tips and a map from Varberg and surroundings. It was the perfect starting point for several destinations like the many beautiful beaches or the nice town Götheborg. The house was very clean and is very beautiful furnished, and we had so much space. The location was perfect: The house stands in a very nice and quiet housing estate. We loved to take a walk in the surrounding area and especially to discover the beautiful landspace with the bicycle. The time passed so fast, we wished, we could stay longer. We spend such a wonderful time here and will never forget it. Thank you so much for all Cecilia and Jim :-) Die Zeit, die wir in Cecilias und Jims Haus verbracht haben, war einfach wundervoll, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflugsziele wie die vielen wunderschönen Strände in der Nähe oder die schöne Stadt Götheborg. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist sehr schön eingerichtet, und auch so geräumig. Die Location war zudem perfekt: Das Haus steht in einer schönen und sehr ruhigen neuen Wohnsiedlung. Wir haben es geliebt, Spaziergänge in der Umgebung zu unternehmen oder die wunderschöne Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad zu erkundigen. Die Zeit verging so schnell, wir hätten uns gewünscht, länger zu bleiben. Wir haben hier eine so schöne Zeit erlebt, die wir nie vergessen werden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Cecilia und Jim für alles :-)

It has been a great pleasure to stay in such a beautiful and comfortable modern home! Cecilia and Jim kindly provided everything we could need for a relaxing stay, including useful information about the surrounding area. We loved the sunny deck area, and enjoyed eating outside in the sunshine. Varberg is an interesting town to visit, and the nearby beaches are delightful.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes. La maison correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes, elle est très agréable et proche de nombreuses activités tel que centre de planche à voile, observatoire d'oiseaux, musées, plages et ballades. Situé à 45 minutes de Göteborg il est également aisé d'y aller rien que pour l'âpres-midi ou la soirée.

Good location close to the beach and nature reserve. Pleasant accommodation, but after a couple of days of inclement weather with two young children we found it a bit of a struggle and our options in Åsa a bit limited. Communication with Lina was good.

A romantic little cottage in a lovely town. Perfect for the deserted beaches within easy walking. Enjoyed beautiful Thai food nearby followed by amazing ice creams. Pizza the next evening was delicious too. Superb break, and well within reach of Gothenburg too! Highly recommended!

Lina and Niklas were very professional and helpful. The house was well equipped and everything included as promised. It was very clean and very cozy. It is very close to the sea, within a 2 minutes walk on a safe pedestrian only shortcut. Would come again at any time ! Lina and Niklas: Thank you for everything !

Me and my friends had a couple of nice and relaxing days at linas house in asa. The area indeed is very idylic and only about a one hour car ride away from goteborg. I recomment one to have a look for them selfes.

The cosy house is very nice and perfect for traveling with kids. Playing around the house and near to the beach. Despite the weather we had a great time. Great location to visit Gothenburg.

We - me and my Family - spent 7 days in Linas house in Asa in May 2016. The house followed the description and we had a wonderful time there. Communication with Lisa was always easy and she replied always fast. She is a recommendable host and we decided to return.

The cottage is so cosy and comfortable. I really recommend it also for the winter, the beach is great with hard wind or snow. Also their are nice NPs for hiking. The house was very clean and complete. The day before we arrived the previous guest had a stomach problem. And Lina thought of a virus which can me contagious. Therefore she gave us the option to get our money returned and find another place. Which was very kind of her. We didn't want that, and she cleaned it very very good. We didn't get sick and just had a wonderful time. What was also great was that the kitchen is well equipped for baking and cooking. And there are books and games in the house (although most Swedish). Thanks a lot Lina!

A gem. The house was wonderful and the setting was magnificent. Every evening we would walk through the hidden path to the beach and listen to waves hitting the rocky shore. It was difficult to leave. Plus, we fell in love with the local bakery. Just walk down the street and you can find great treats and wifi!

Magnus har et fantastisk hjem og er en veldig hyggelig vert. Han møtte oss for å overlevere nøkler. Kommunikasjonen var god hele veien. Huset er moderne, lyst og innbydende. Kan anbefale Magnus sitt hjem til alle som trenger overnatting i Varberg-området. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Ein lichtdurchflutetes, sehr gemütliches Sommerhaus mit persönlichem Charme und fantastischem Blick direkt auf die Bucht. Mehrere Terrassen, sehr gute Outdoor-Ausstattung, Wintergarten, bequeme Betten. Der ideale Ort zum Entspannen. Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, schöne Spazier- und Bademöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Michaela, sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen, empfing uns auch persönlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Varberg, auch Kungsbacka ist schnell zu erreichen. Ausflugstipp: Tjolöholms Slott. Wir hatten hier eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Danke!
