Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ready, we love to share. El Nido is located in town (above Smokey’s). Kick back and relax in this little piece of paradise. This beachfront condo is bright and sparkling clean throughout. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances and washer and dryer. There is free parking, lawn chairs and umbrella. Enjoy swimming with the fish around the reef directly in front of the building. There is also a pool with patio chairs and tables and lounge chairs for sunbathing. No dogs allowed, no dog policy for renters strictly enforced by HOA.

This is an awesome corner unit inside Mar y Sol. You'll find one bedroom, one bathroom with incredible views. The condo includes a pull-out sofa sleeper in the main room. Room to work remotely from the large stone counter overlooking the water. Enjoy a bbq and sitting area with umbrella for sunrise and sunsets. It's a perfect whale and mobula ray watching area.
