We had a pleasant stay at Tea's appartment. It is located just next to a lovely small beach, 1 min walk. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The communication with Tea was always good. The only disadvantage is that the terrace gets very little sun (at least in march), so we could not use it very often. But we would surely recommend Tea's appartment.

Tea's apartment was clean and it looked exactly like on the pictures. We didn't met Tea personally but she always answered to our messages during the stay. Next to the apartment is a good looking restaurant and lounge which has some cool chill out places. We enjoyed it a lot. Good to mention is that you will get a 10% discount if you live at Tea's. The beach is in a 1 min distance and marvelous. At our stay also not full. If you want to watch TV, there is just spanish programs available. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We had 5 fantastic days at Teas place Shadows of Silver in Cala Anguila. She is such a nice host, always there when we needed something. Brilliant communication! The flat was very clean and comfi and close to the coast, a beach nearby. We would definitely come back!

We r not a couple who usually leve comments but this with this apartment and the "welcome " touch we felt just special ! Very clean, modern , cozy , spacious and organized. The beach near by is just outstanding! And the walking road is very romantic, especially @ night ! Definitely to recommend and of course see u there ! Thank u Tea & Davor

We had a great stay in Tea's apartment. It's incredibly close to a beautiful beach and we felt like we had everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The town is quite small, so it's a nice place for a relaxing, beach vacation. There is a restaurant on the other side of the beach called 15Teen that you should definitely go to! Thanks for everything, Tea!

We stayed in Teas apartment for 6 nights and felt really at home. The location is just perfect with two bays in walking distance (3&5 minutes). You can even see the sun rising from the balcony and the seaview is stunning. The apartment itself is very light and clean and offers everything for a home away from home for a few days. The communication was very good; our flight was delayed for several hours and it was no problem at all. Clean bed sheets and towels are were included but the hairdryer was missing, however, im sure if we would've asked Tea she would have provided one. We can warmly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a few quiet days on Mallorca.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sebastian's finca. The little cottage is part of a fairly large estate, situated next to another guest house, a little stable (for the donkey and the goat) and the owners house. The houses are separated by a fair distance, so you'll get enough privacy yet if you feel to socialise or communicate with other guests, it doesn't take much effort. Sebastian made us feel very welcome straight from the beginning and we loved having the animals, especially Pinto (the donkey) around. The finca is not too big but big enough for a family with two kids or 4 adults, although that might be s stretch. Everything else is as described in the pictures, very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen contains everything you need and Sebastian always emphasised to let him know if we were lacking something. The nature on the estate is simply beautiful and truly idyllic especially with the animals being so close to you. Our kids really enjoyed feeding the animals in the morning and going to look for fresh eggs in the chicken stable. It has a bit of a farm vibe, yet it is completely up to you whether to take that on. The beaches Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila can be reached by foot although I would recommend using a car as you would need it anyway in that area or in general on the island. Cala Mendia is a good start to explore the south as well as north along the east cost and Porto Cristo (5min drive) is also worth a visit. Sebastian was super nice in advising us where to go, recommending restaurants or just chatting with us about Mallorca and what to expect here. I can only recommend this finca & the little estate it is on, and Sebastian as a host. We really had a wonderful vacation here.

Sebastian made us feel very welcome, he always replied to messages straight away and was extremely helpful in terms of getting there, meeting us and offering advice on where to visit whilst in Mallorca. The place is on his property along with his house and another holiday place and is as the pictures show-if not nicer-it was all spotless and well equipped. Sebastian was extremely friendly and was often around in the garden for a chat, we had planned for a bbq, but sadly his girlfriend was not well, so this couldn't take place-but this gives you an indication of how at home he makes you feel. The donkey and goat are a friendly and fun addition to the holiday and the location of the place makes you feel like you are far away from the tourist traps even though you can easily walk to the beaches from the house. All in all a lovely place to stay-thoroughly enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend staying here.

In short: I recommend this Finca to everyone that want to experience the "real" Mallorca in a perfectly fine appartment with perfect hosts. In long: Sebastian picked us up to guide us the last meters to his and his girlfriends Finca. On the "road" to the Finca we witnessed him saving a turtle - a real turtle! - from the middle of the road. This already told us two important things about him and our home for the upcoming week: First, Sebastian is one of the kindest and caring persons we ever got to know - the same applies to his girlfriend Irene. Second, the Finca is far of the ordinary tracks of Mallorca, directly in the middle of nature. And the combination of these two things led us to a perfect holiday. The appartment was perfect for us, bed and guest bed are very comfortable. Everything was very clean and like described at AirBnB. Using the gas stove to prepare our daily breakfast was a lot of fun plus we had free Wifi and daily visitors named Pinto and Öpi - a donkey and a goat, often flanked by three chickens that remain nameless to us. Three typical mallorcian bays can be reached by foot within 15 to 20 minutes - using a short and nice hiking trail. If you want to have great holidays within a stunning surrounding and caring hosts, there is no way around Sebastian and Irene.

We stayed at Sebastian's place for a week. The house is freshly renovated and very comfortable. The terrace is great for spending relaxing moments outside. Also the surrounding is very nice: The finca is close to several beaches (~15-20 min by foot, ~3 min by car), but still nicely separated from other houses. On the property itself, there is one additional, slightly bigger guest house, and the house in which Sebastian and Irene live. All three houses are arranged in a way, that you can be completely for yourself. But getting in contact with the other guests, and of course also Sebastian and Irene is possible if desired. We enjoyed a nice BBQ together, and were happy about Sebastian's tips for nice bays and places to visit. We really enjoyed our time there, and can fully recommend the finca, and Sebastian as a host in general :)

Sebastian and his wife were wonderful hosts. We couldn't have asked for more! The house was very clean and comfortable. He was super accommodating for when we arrived later in the evening and had to depart early in the morning. He also gave us great recommendations for eateries and for parking downtown Porto Cristo. The beach coves are just a short drive from his house and nearby tourist attractions are close as well. Definitely recommend renting a car while in Mallorca. The island is amazing and so much to see!

The Finca was indeed very cosy. We were here only a short time but found it wonderfully relaxing. The hosts were lovely and had a nice chat with Sebastian. He was very helpful and also provided us with a taxi number which we used to go for dinner in Porto Cristo nearby. It cost us 8 euros each way and was a short car trip There were also a few restaurants in the immediate area and a surprising amount of supermarkets. The beach was nice although a bit busy. We preferred to spend a few hours on the beach and then relax outside the Finca which was very peaceful with nice grounds. The friendly donkey and goat gave this place an extra nice feel, and with a few carrots you'll have a friend for life

Miki's house is very cozy, few steps from one of the beautiful beaches of Mallorca. Miki is a very good host, gentle and very easy to contact for every needs. Very advised!

Flat ideally located right up the stairs leading to the beach. Newly renovated, cute little kitchen, towels and sheets furnished, nice bathroom and living. Pleasant terrace. One can easily park in front of the house. Supermarkets 2 minutes away. Miki is very nice efficient and flexible. I enjoyed my staying there and would recommend this place. Miki is a great host and always available. Cala Anguila is a great spot with a small and beautiful beach and the flat is just a few metres away. The terrace is perfect for warm evenings and the flat is very well equipped.

Charmant petit studio extrêmement bien situé, effectivement à moins de 5 minutes à pied de 2 très belles petites criques avec du sable, des restaurants et des chaises longues à louer ! Le studio est très propre et comme neuf. Seul petit bémol, il n'est pas isolé du bruit des autres appartements autour, ce qui peut surprendre quand on n'est pas habitué.

Très bon logement tout neuf très chaleureux. A deux minutes de la plage a pied. Miki est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique. De très bonnes vacances passées au sein de ce logement

The location is fantastic. The apartment really spacious and clean. Not everything you need is there but there is a store right around the corner so you can go and get stuff. ( dish liquid/sponge/toilet paper) There is loud music and entertainment just up the hill at night but for the most part if you close the windows it's ok. (Earplugs?!). Also bed is very firm so if you are picky with the bed-put down soft blankets that are provided in apartment, that helped. Oh, and no WiFi

The house was incredible. It was maybe 100 steps to the beach and had beautiful views of the water. It came fully equipped with cookware and cleaning supplies which was very nice. I think Cala Anguila is a seasonal part of the island though because most of the shops and restaurants around were closed. Also, the bus route doesn't operate to that side of the island during this time of year, so you definitely need a car rental. All in all, the place was great and the beach was beautiful. Nice relaxing vacation. I would really like to see what it's like in the summer when everything is bustling. Bernadí himself was a great host, he answered all of our questions and was really easy to get in touch with. 10/10 would recommend

Gloria is a very lovely person! She was so nice to us and pick us up at the airport. Her apartment is very nice and clean and we loved to stay there for three nights. Only good remembers at here and the apartment!!! I hope one days I can go back there for relax. Gloria ist eine super Frau. Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Gloria's place its absolutely AMAZING! Building itself may look a bit old from outside, but its totally different inside her apartment (which is the important thing), you can see that it is a renovated apartment, Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, quick heating system, and also cold for summer! which i will be back for sure as it has a great view of Porto Cristo Harbor, just a few meter from the beach, also there is an street call "Carrero" which is full of party bar's, very confortable if you want to hang out, have a drink and come back without taking a taxi or anything, Opposite of the apartment there is a main road full with places to have dinner, lunch, breakfast, very very handy, I have to say that i have been in many places using Airbnb, and i never had such a great host as Gloria, she was absolutely great, Always worried about us to have a good time, made us feel as part of her family, always sending messages, giving us recommendations, places to visit. Its great to travel a get to know People like her!! She had a free day of work and she wanted to take us to the airport so we can avoid taxi! how great is that? Just AMAZING! We enjoyed our stay at Gloria's place very much. She was the perfect host and was always there for us when we had questions or problems. Die Kommunikation mit Gloria war einfach, unkompliziert und schnell. Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich stets um uns sorgte und nach unsrem Wohlbefinden fragte. Sie empfing uns sehr herzlich und zeigte uns alles. Da wir relativ spät ankamen, freuten wir uns sehr, dass im Kühlschrank Wasser, Milch, zahlreiche Säfte, sowie Süßigkeiten und kleine Häppchen waren. Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos - sehr modern und doch heimelig. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben absolut nichts zu kritisieren! Ein Abendspaziergang am Hafen und danach ein Besuch im Restaurant 'Quince' sind ein absolutes MUSS in Porto Cristo!

Appartement correspondant aux photos, lieu propice aux vacances relaxantes dans une résidence assez calme et idéalement située entre 2 plages magnifiques bien que très (trop!) touristiques. Confort très basique, avec les équipements de base mais pas plus. Accueil très sympa de Maria, bien que nous soyons arrivées très tard.

Прекрасное место для семейного отдых. Удалено от шумных мест. В тоже время, находится недалеко от таких городов как Манакор, Порто-Кристо, 30 мин. на машине до самой Пальмы. Три пляжа в шаговой доступности (можно и в "не шаговой", ходит паровозик), на любой вкус. Бассейн на территории апартаментов был приятным дополнением к отдыху, дети были очень рады. С террасы открывается прекрасный вид на море под бокал сангрии. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, можно готовить любые блюда без проблем (все магазины находятся на расстоянии 200-300 м.) С продуктами трудностей не возникло. Как дополнительная опция, предлагались зонт и циновка для пляжа и сейф в номере - бесплатно! Единственное, не помешало бы оборудовать номер кондиционером, а также предоставить фен и утюг. Но это как пожелание, без этого можно обойтись. Еще раз повторюсь - для семейного отдыха с детьми, идеальное место, мы рады, что выбрали вариант с Ines. Спасибо за отдых.

Amazing house!!! Everything what we need was there. Great location, 10 minutes walk to lovely views and 3 sandy beaches!!! Really good place for holidays with small kids.

Communication was quick and accurate. The house was perfect for me and my two children (5 and 7 yrs). Well maintained, nice decoration and very fine garden with pool (bit chilly, but normal this time of year). Everything on walking distance of shops, town and beach. We had a lovely week here and would love to come back again. Recommanding: yes, for sure!

The house is perfect! Exactly as described; two rooms, full comfort, great bathroom, fully functional kitchen, and the outside space is really appreciable! We did not have the best weather so a few more covers could have been nice, and maybe heat the pool a little but apart from that there is nothing to say. We felt very welcomed by Maria, she explained everything to us, and helped us with everything we needed. I recommend this place to everyone, we had an awesome vacation and felt at home right away. We will come back for sure!!

Es war noch besser als auf den Bildern!!! Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und eine Toilette sowie draußen der herrliche Pool. Oben dann die beiden Schlafzimmer und ein großzügiges Bad. Speziell die Terasse mit ihrem relativ großen Pool sowie die Außendusche und der Grill waren für uns das Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief hervorragend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt! Deshalb kann ich diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

La estancia en la casa fue inmejorable, ya que además de moderna y muy bien decorada, estaba limpia y muy cuidada, con todo tipo de detalles. La casa es como sale en las fotos o incluso mejor, lo cual me llamó mucho la atención. El dueño amabilísimo y muy paciente, lo cual es de agradecer. En todo momento nos ayudaron y facilitaron la estancia en la Isla. La zona además, es muy tranquila y a la vez cercana a un par de calas estupendas. Mi familia y yo nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo, y si alguna vez volviéramos nos gustaría repetir.

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, liegt ruhig, aber dennoch ist alles nötige schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Aufgrund von viel Regen war der Wlan Router defekt, dies wurde aber super schnell repariert. Was störte, war ein immer vorhandener leicht abgestandener Geruch im obersten Geschoss. Dass liegt aber generell wohl eher daran, dass es viel geregnet hat und Häuser in warmen Regionen keine Heizung besitzen um trockenen Luft herzustellen und somit auch den 'feuchten' Geruch wegzukriegen. Aber es war nicht sehr auffällig. Ansonsten picko bello sauber, alles da, sehr schön! Wenn man nicht spanisch spricht ist die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, aber es hat ja alles geklappt. PS.: Einen Fön muss man selber mitbringen, den gab es nirgendwo.

Wir haben Anfang April unseren Urlaub auf Mallorca verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei, sodass der Check-in perfekt funktionierte. Das Haus ist, wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen, wirklich wunderschön. Der Pool war allerdings zu dieser Jahreszeit noch recht kalt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Gewürze, Öl etc. sind aber nicht vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einen Fön gab es zwar, aber für Frauen mit langen Haaren ist dieser eher ungeeignet. Probleme mit dem WLAN wurden schnell vom Vermieter behoben. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können diese nur weiterempfehlen.

Photos fidèles, très belle petite maison avec piscine. L'ombre s'abat un peu vite sur la piscine malheureusement (vers 17h). Barbecue fonctionnel, cuisine moderne, chambre et salle de bains propres. Peu de charme car c'est un logement 100% Airbnb il me semble, ça tient davantage de l'hôtel de luxe à bas prix. Proche de plusieurs plages (10min à pied) et situé à quelques dizaines de minutes en voiture de superbes criques. Très satisfait !

Very good experience. Joan’s apartment is spacious, agreeable, with all you need. The place is calm and not far from the beach (10 min walking). We were welcomed by Joan’s parents, easy arrival (despite our late arrival, visit in French) and departure, everything was well organized by Joan (via emails, quick answers, tips for visits in bonus). Highly recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable and nicely located close to the communal pool and 15 minutes walk from a lovely beach (Cala Aguila). All amenities are in the apartment, and the general state is good. The apartment is perfect if you want a more quiet and calm area to stay and at the same time you can be in the more touristic towns within 5 minutes drive by car. Joan is the true superhost, managing from a distance, he ensured we were taken care of. Cala Magrana is a very quiet area to relax and enjoy the slow pace of the island. Beautiful beach within walking distance but will need to go to Porto Cristo for meals, delightful restaurants in the s a side city. Exquisitly equipped kitchen with a lot of extras such as an espresso machine, great coffee!!

we had a really lovely stay here, joan was a good host keeping in contact with us before our holiday had started and checking every thing was ok a couple of days into our holiday. He answered any questions and concerns we had promptly which was reassuring. we were met by his parent at the apartment because joan was away, who were very welcoming and friendly. There was tea, coffee and orange juice was provided so we could all sit and have a well earned drink as soon as we arrived, which is a good start to a holiday. The other things that i liked was there we toy for children to play with buckets and spades to take to the beach, inflatables to play in the pool with and plenty of books to read. The apartment had a comfortable feel to it with a pool close by.

It was a wonderful vacation. The location is very good and we have enjoy every moment. The house have all what you can need for life + some toys for a children's. The sea is only 5 minutes (by car) away. Thank you Joan for your hospitality!

There is just one thing to say about the apartment, the location and the host(s): perfect! The apartment was very clean and cosy, exceptional well equipped and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Joan's parents gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. They even provided coffee, milk, juice and water for the first day. Joan was easy to reach via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and answered every question very fast. We enjoyed the pool, garden and beautiful beaches near by a lot and where sad when we had to leave. So I highly recommend this place, and hope to return one one day.

Joan has created a nice atmosphere in his house. And his house in Cala Magrana has got really everything you need. You name i and it's there! A special thank to his parents for welcoming us so nice. It felt more special when we arrived and Joan had put some water/milk in the fridge as a cold ;-)) welcome to us! In the kitchen we could use all the things to make coffee/tea/dinner with like teabags, sugar, spices, coffeecups etc.... That was also very fine and confenient! As we stept into the house it felt good, warm en coasy. The terrace was lovely and we could sit there out of the sun and have out breakfast. On the grass we could enjoy the sun. The swimming pool nearby gave us a moment of refreshment. A very nice pool and you have your own sunbeds there! Everything is very clean and well gardened! The sea is nearby and you reach the beach in a 10 minutes walk. Like all other reviewers we recommend to hire a car to see more of the island. There is much to see and relax and for your stay: there is no beter stay than here! Thank you Joan! Monique&Julius

Loved our stay at Joan's place, great little area near Porto Christo (5mins drive to centre of town), but also very nice beaches and ammenities (10mins walk) close by incl. great little restaurant called 15fifteen. Joan's place was clean and just perfect for 2 adults / 2 children, very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Joan's parents met us after a late evening arrival and were extremely lovely, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended. Thanks again Joan.

Beautiful view of the bay and water perfectly clear (oct). The apparment is not new but works fine and the balcony is fantastic. Perfect with kids. Small kids can play on the beach and bigger kids (7+ can jump from the rocks) The Drach caves is only a 10 minutes drive away and is worth a visit.

Tomas has a wonderful house right at the Playa Mendia. The terrace greets you with a killer view on the sea. The house offers everything you need for a pleasant holiday in Mallorca. Close by is Portocristo with great restaurants or leisure activities, such as Cuevas de Drach.

Joana met with us and led us to the property. She was very kind and showed us around and made sure the wifi worked and everything. It was very appreciated! The view and balcony were lovely. It was unfortunately quite cold the whole week we were there and not very comfortable with just the fireplace. The place is certainly better suited for the summer months.

Overall, a really really good experience. Tomas and Joanna do a fantastic service and the appartment is really as described Only the noise until 11:30pm from the Jumbo Club (3star french all inc club) is really annoying.

I was at first very suspicius, this offer was too good to be true. But actually it was every bit as good as promised. The living space is very large, area is quiet, the location 10 m. above the beach with private stairs - could not be better. I felt that people staying at Cala Mandia Hotel just across the beach pay 3 x more for less comfort and fun. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und zu unserem Appartement begleitet von der nächst grösseren Stadt hingelots das wir die Wohnung gut finden. Der Aufenthalt war toll die Aussicht ein Traum. Ideal nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und die Bucht ist eine der schöneren der Insel. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und ganz einfach eingerichtet aber es hatte alles das man braucht. Der Baustil ist auch sehr rinfach deshalb ist die Wohnung bei warmem Wetter zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein paar mal Regen mit kühlem Wind so war es drinnen nicht sehr gemütlich. Es hat jedoch Elekroheizungen für den Notfall. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns wohl und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Great place for family vacation. We were two families traveling together and the place accommodated everyone.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit viel Platz, sehr ruhig und in direkter Nähe zur Badebucht gelegen. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Auch der Garten und die direkte Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. An- und Abreise waren völlig unkompliziert.

Tea, her husband and holly (dog) were so good to us. The place is great, very accessible to everything. The nearby restaurant will serve you a sumptuous meal, more than you ever imagine. The best 4 day holidays. I will be coming back soon and I will surely recommend it with my friends and colleagues. ☺️

We really loved our stay at Tea's place! The apartment was right next to two very beautiful, yet quiet beaches. There is also a great restaurant right outside of the apartment that we ate dinner at both nights. The apartment itself was very clean, and looked just how the pictures show it. We spent three days, and were very happy without a car. We would love the chance to go back!

Tea is a lovely host and very helpful. Wonderful location with stunning beaches around the corner. Nice atmosphere and restaurant literally in front of your door. I highly recommend Tea's place!

Very nice apartment, close to two beautiful beaches and a few nice restaurants. Apartment was very clean. The central heating was great in this time of the year. The shower took a very long time to get warm and the amount of water was little. But enough to wash the sand of. We would defenitely come back another time!

Amazing place right at an amazing beach with great restaurant just 5 steps from bedroom. Highly recommended to anyone and Tea is so helpful! We came to play tournament in Rafa Nadal academy and Tea's place was so convenient for that too! Both academy and our accommodation was perfect! Definitely will be back!

My husband and I had a lovely time. The apartment is a wonderful little beach retreat. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Tea was a good host. While we didn't need to contact her for anything during our stay, she let us know she would be available to help us should anything come up.

I have a very happy memory in the couple's house. They are very friendly and helpful. The house is very near to the port.

The apartment is nice and comfortable! I enjoyed time in Portocristo. Pedro and Mariabel were hospitable and provided me with all the things I needed (maps, information, bicycle etc)

Mariabel was on time to welcome us. Her house was in the PERFECT location. It was a 1 minute walk from the beach, and it was a 3 minute walk from great restaurants. She recommended us to some nice (less touristy) beaches.

If you're in Portocristo, book this place. For real.
