I really enjoyed my staying in miguel's place. Its a very good deal for its price- spacious and clean place in a central neighborhood. Former reviews wrote about the street noise- I was lucky as exactly this week Miguel referred to this problem and put glasses to cover the ever open former window. So now you can enjoy the vibe of this authentic lively neighborhood (Libertadores) with much less noise!

The apartment was good. It was a little noisy because it's in down town but that adds to the charm of the city. The only complain/issue would be that the shower doesn't have warm water and there isn't really a shower head, just a pipe where cold water comes out of. The cold water is refreshing if you shower mid day but it would be nice to know that's what you are gonna get. The place is awesome and Diego is awesome, jut a heads up if you like warm showers!

The apartment is brilliantly located. The area is central and very caleña. A I really loved me. I received the father of Alexander, and he is always aware of what makes you lack. Thoroughly recommended.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment which I would classify as 'luxury'. Well appointed and very clean. It has a small kitchen and enough cooking equipment to cater for most people's needs. We also used the washing machine and dryer which was free of charge. We enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely recommend it to others looking for a well located and great value place to stay in Cali. Good wifi and breakfast too!

The staff at the location were very helpful and polite, the unit was very clean and very well decorated. I couldn't believe how nice it was for the price. They included Breakfast which was personally cooked by a Chef. I would definitely rent this unit again. There was also a very good Bakery across the street that offered typical Colombian food for very good pricing. Great Wifi connection!

This apartment was as pictured and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The laundry service and on sight restaurant are perfect. I felt right at home and it is in a safe location, the reception will even call you a taxi. I would love to stay here again when visiting Cali.

A very nice place, well decorated, Kitchen very helpful with everything you need but needs a remodel to match the rest of the apartment. The shower needs a head and the mattresses on the beds extremely hard auxiliaries. Little things that can be easily improved.

Edison is amazing and so is his apartment.

This apartment was fantastic! 3 bedrooms, large screen TV with HDMI plug, hot tub, full kitchen with complete utinsels, coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster, etc. The wifi in the apartment is extremely stable and fast! Edison was an excellent hots, always responsive via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). There was a gas leak in the area so all the gas in the building was off. The next day Edison left a brand new portable electric stove for me so I could cook. The area is right in the middle of Centro so you have an abundance of local stores to shop and eat at, an exito market is a five min walk away from the apartament. You are a 10 minute walk away many local tourist attractions and about a 15 min walk away from San Antonio. All of the stores and shops near the apartment close around 5:30 so if you want nightlife your a short and very cheap taxi ride away.

Perfect for what I wanted accommodation. Edison has been an excellent host, with a capacity of almost immediate response. The floor in the center of Cali and a few blocks from the boulevard. Nice clean room, the bathroom a bit cramped and the kitchen has good washing machine (with a clothesline area) and refrigerators. Note for first-time visitors to Cali: The area is lonely at night, but in the building at any time can make a secure call taxi (which is the most effective way to get around Cali).

I loved the neighborhood. It was residential but nearby San Antonio, the Mercado and Parque del Perro. Very walkable. Ilan was always available for questions. And it was great having on-site laundry. I recommend staying here.

Staying in Cali was great. The center is within walking distance and there are some bars in the area. The apartment is clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen equipment is applied to the Minimal, sometimes can be a bit problematic when cooking. However, we would use it again and recommend it!

My stay here was fantastic. Beautiful balcony with amazing views. Wonderful back yard. Safe neighborhood. Kids were a bit loud from the school next door in the morning. But other than that it is a great place to stay! :)

It is a set of studio apartments. The apartment is nice and clean; well located. Ideal for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is quite comfortable. Ilan and his wife are friendly and are at your disposal all the time. We only had one small drawback: the front door to the building, which should be locked day and night. When we were leaving the key in the fit and then we realized we were locked up. It was 6:30 am, I called Ilan and was willing to come, but it was very early and did not know how soon. Fortunately another guest opened for us, but we reached to think that we would lose our flight. Except this little incident, all super good, a recommended place with a very good value.

Really really nice studio apartment. Clean, modern, great balcony with a view of the city. Well-equipped kitchen area. Well-located within Cali, and yet, despite this, has a secluded, almost rustic feel with backyard and mango trees (the mangos are delicious). I found the surrounding neighborhood, with its winding, steep streets, to be endearing, tranquil, and safe. The hosts are very cordial and easy to reach.

There could not be any better location in Cali and San Antonio, just on the bottom of the park and close to many restaurants. The house is very beautiful, clean and relaxed. Sita is a great host, knows all the places to go and can give you a lot of tips.

I stayed with Sita for 4 weeks and it was the best decision ever. After travelling for 11 months it was the perfect ending of my one year trip. The house is a (URL HIDDEN) is Sita. Always willing to answer questions, helping with tipps and advices, providing dance lessons and massages or just having a beer, or glas of wine and a good chat. After a few hours I already felt at home :-). The location is great and just minutes away from dance schools, bars, restaurants and a lovely park. I can highly recommend Sitas house - feel home away from home :-).

Sita'a place is absolutely perfect, we loved our stay. The room was really comfortable. The kitchen facilities are perfect. Sita takes salsa lessons, which we did and she is an awesome teacher. The location is perfect a few hundred meters from the salsa bars. Great location for food, coffee shops. Sita is a great host, with exceptional knowledge of the area

A place highly recommended! All we need, clean, large and comfortable and also the house is in the San Antonio, very Sympatico space. There are many, especialemente "red snapper" very rich go walking to restaurants for lunch. The owner, Sita, is very friendly and always ready to help and adaptable.

Maria Victoria and her team are excellent. They made me feel like in my own home. Care about know how you're going through, you explain where the nearest left to go eat or walk. Photos of the spaces are equal to the lodging you are. Both the rooms and the building generally known for their impeccable grooming. I totally recommend. Whenever possible I will stay in this nice place.

I always use Airbnb page for my travels around the world. This time traveling with my mother (71years) to Cali. Maria Victoria hotel is conveniently located a few meters has access to public transportation (buses) or taxis. Cali airport has taxis insurance service. We paid 20usd for airport-hotel Ma. Victoria. Our room was on the third floor, but not very comfortable for my mother, we congratulate the administration for thinking of older adults and have placed handrails either side of the ladder while maintaining communal always clean air. The next time you saw Cali, I will reserve a room at the PB. The person who greeted us are helpful, attentive to any request. We had access to wifi immediately upon arrival, the room had air conditioning, cable TV. I loved the kitchen area in the room is small but complete with refrigerator where we could store safely insect, fruits, milk and juice we buy. The super-hot water shower, the bathroom always with an air freshener, a towel for each person. Perhaps a towel over would not be bad but we must care for the environment. They arranged the room every day we were hosted. We have done very well in all our trips to Colombia, from Ipiales to Cartagena, to Popayan, Cali, Pereira, Medellin, Bogota. By bus, by plane, by taxi. Colombia people always try to work nicely with tourists and provide good service. Finally I thank Ma. Victoria for your kind attention and service. It is a lovely person.

Luz Angela's apartment is beautiful, decorated tastefully and especially considering total comfort. The location of the building is very good, a strategic point for us as we were tourists. Really the apartment has every detail that made us feel really comfortable, did not miss anything, truth is stranger than advertised on the platform.

The first morning we woke up to a smelly flooded apartment. We called the contact and they said nobody would come for three hours. I had to call the owner, who couldn't give me a precise time for the clean up. They had security turn off the main water supply. Then she insisted it wasn't a big deal that we couldn't shower, that I could figure out breakfast in spite of not having running water. That we should lift our things of the floor and just lock up our stuff in a room and go through with our day, that eventually someone would fix it. The stay at this place would be great, as long as you don't get flooded I guess.

Good value for a downtown place. Good value breakfast option in one of the best traditional bakeries! The room is very nice decorated and very ventelated. As all options in this price range it is a little noisy but i enjoyed it and slept very good!

I was disappointed by the property. The faucet in the kitchen licked by two hot plates was a defective and the kitchen equipment was reduced to the minimum. There was no kitchen towels even a rag to clean around the table. For the same price you can find better and more central options. It is also insanely hot in this apartment

The flat was great comparing the price. BUT the cars entering to the parking lot give noise and spotlight at the dark time to the kitchen and bedroom. Also the light at the shaft gives a lot of light to the bedroom at the night time. The curtains doesn't block all the light in two of the bedrooms and 3rd one has no curtains. Even nobody might look to the apartment it feels like you can be seen all the time because there is a lot of windows without any kind of curtains.. This differs from North European culture. If this doesn´t bother you the flat is perfect. Any way comparing the price, quality, the location ans especially the view it´s great ans safe. The social area at downstairs is rundown and that's why the swimming pool is not too tempting.

We spent here two weeks during our two years trip around South America. PROS: The apartment is centrally located in the historic neighborhood of San Antonio. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and new. The cleaning girl makes an excellent work in keeping the apartment spotless-clean at all times, plus the apartment has a big washing machine that was very useful. Homero has been a very kind and attentive host, before and during our stay, always replying to emails in a timely manner. He let us could stay in the apartment after check-out time. CONS: People sensitive to noise should be aware that the apartment is located on the street level: on one side, the one external window is facing onto the street, where the noise from motorbikes and cars can get loud at times. On the other side, the rest of the openings (not glass windows, just openings with iron bars) face onto the small inner court, that the owner regularly uses as a garage. The court amplifies all whispers and being without windows you can perfectly hear (and be heard) conversations from other guests, vehicles parking in the court, main gate opening and slamming, people shouting across the patio, etc. There's no window you can close on this side, so some guests might feel somewhat exposed in privacy. Further on, before reserving this apartment, we specifically asked the host if there was any construction work nearby that could be heard. He replied to us ensuring that there wasn't any. We were very surprised on our arrival to find out that the host himself was doing important remodeling work in the apartment next to ours with noises from power grinders, hammers and saws starting from eight in the morning, eventually lasting until late. We were very surprised to be let down by such a nice and kind host. However, after a few days and some requests, Homero was kind enough to stop the works. We are very respectful, polite and tolerant people, who don't ask anything else but a reasonable quiet in a flat.

A beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Although I only stayed two nights, I can imagine staying much longer. The lower unit I resided in was a little louder and I suspect had less air circulation than the upper two units, but it was still wondrous. I didn't meet Homero in person, but I meet his brother and wife. Both were exceptionally friendly and genuine. And Homero was a great host via text. :-) On the spectrum of air bnb experiences, this had a greater formality with signage and packaged toiletries.

The place is gorgeous, extremely clean, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Homero had everything we needed, plus more. A washing machine to wash your clothes with soap provided? Who does that? Homero does! My mother fell in love with this place when we walked in and immediately asked if we could stay another day, which we did. Homero provides everything you need and then gives you your privacy and space. However, don't hesitant to contact him if you need anything else because he responds to emails/phone calls very quickly! Thank you so much for the most pleasant and comfortable experience in Cali! This place is by far the best bargain on airbnb I've ever experienced!

Beautiful city. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful flat. The flat is situated in the San Antonio zone of Cali. The restaurants around the flat were amazing. Homer was very helpful with any questions that we had. I highly recommend staying in one of his flats.
