This gated property is situated on 20+ acres in and against the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. This cottage is private, even though it is next to our residence. It has a 6' privacy fence. Once inside the gate,you are met with beautiful landscaping and a view of Lake Isabella and the surrounding mountains that are well worth the drive.The cottage is set for 1-2 adults.
