This apartment is nice and clean. The apartment and the house safe by 100%. If you need to do business in Caracas or you are a traveler, just to sleep a couple of nights, this is a great and easy option. But if you are a vacationer, I believe that this appartment is far from the center and big shopping centers. And if you are staying for a long time, there is unfortunately no washing machine. We went 3-4 quarters in the district, the stores products and see that there is a number. Products can be purchased through a quarter in the next street. If you need a SIM card of local mobile operator, you can buy the shopping center located 100 meters on the ground floor. If we talk about the cost of apartment rent, it is fully adequate, as close to the center and the more expensive the area the price is much higher. Therefore, I believe that the apartment value and location.

The information we had before we left Venezuela in Brazil were frightening, a lot of violence, political uncertainty, lack of basic items ... We arrived in Caracas and find a warm, cheerful and receptive people. Jesus and his family made us feel at home. Very attentive, helped us at all. The apartment is very comfortable, well located and has everything you may need close, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery ... We loved our stay in Caracas and we are already making plans to return. Everything is great. I went in the week of protests, but Gloria was super attentive to us. Slope was my friend arrived safely home. He solved all our questions and made sure I was comfortable in the department. The department also had air conditioning was new and clean. Gloria thank you very much!

In the apartment of glory I felt at home. It is small but very welcoming. This about everything. the area is very nice and quiet. I feel compelled to tell you that the area has a problem with water (3 times daily have water) but if you organize well you do not feel much. If I go again to Caracas I stay there for sure :)

Liza and her friend Carolina we the best hosts anyone could ask for. They were in contact at all times and even though we did no have the need to bother them much (everything was perfect) they made sure they were there for me. Very satisfying and reassuring.

Great location, only a block away from the best restaurant in Venezuela (Alto, which is one of the top 50 in the world). Also only a block away from subwsy and a supermarket. Recomend people rent a car since taxis and walking in Caracas can be dangerous and there is a cheap parking lot only a block away. Due to Venezuela's conditions, guest should bring with them all essentials such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper (guest provided some but if you finish it might be impossible to find in Venezuelan supermarkets). Internet connection is great and even allows for fluid (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) calls.

Rosa's mother, Monica, is a great host. Their number one priority is the welfare and stay smooth its guests. His apartment is very comfortable and clean. On the other hand it gave me necessary to follow when I move on my own recommendations. I followed them and I had no problem in the two weeks that you take me to the city. The truth is that from the moment I decided to book with them helped me in everything. If it was my second time in the city they were love me since my arrival to the farewell. They have a shuttle to the airport and quite economical department meets and surpasses everything. I felt very comfortable with them. John and Ale behaved too well. I recommend this place. It is the first time we traveled to Venezuela, Caracas and our stay was excellent thanks to Alejandra and Juan. Ale was us getting to the airport in his car. Your house is very nice, cozy, clean, and everything works perfectly. It is located in a central location with an exceptional view, public transport nearby. In addition to preparing a travel itinerary for the other days in Venezuela, took us to walk around the city, knows a lot about its history, you can answer any questions. They are certainly recommended, would stay at home, they are very friendly and attentive.

I really can't recommend Hector's bnb highly enough! This was my first time using air bnb and I was so lucky to choose to stay with Hector and his family. Even before we arrived he was helping me with my travel planning and he bent over backwards to give my friend and I the best 1 1/2 days we could have hoped for in Caracas- a really incredible city. He picked us up from the airport and immediately took us on a driven tour of the city. With the amount of activities Hector had planned for us it didn't feel like such a short visit, but I definitely regret not staying longer and exploring even more of Caracas and the surroundings. In the short amount of time we had we went to the top of El Avila by cable car and had lunch at the top, visited art museums and the interesting Paseo los Próceres, and we toured the Teresa Carreño theatre/cultural complex where you can see every type of dance being practiced outside. We were taken to where Hector and his friends like to eat the delicious local food, ate some lovely homemade empanadas at his friend's house, and his mum made us some fantastic arepas! Hector and his friends took us to their favourite bars that we would never have known about if we were on our own, and we learnt the importance of salsa whilst we were at a student party. His family and friends are all so welcoming and friendly- we've met a lot of amazing people who we hope to meet again. Their English really put our Spanish to shame but we were always made to feel like a local. If you're looking to visit Caracas, stay with Hector!

We were in Hector's place for almost 1 week. His family is very kind and friendly. The breakfast was great every morning we had Arepas his Mom did for us. They have a flat in a secure part, with a lot of possibilitys to go shopping, see the town, go for a walk in the park and have a nice time. But if you think you can stay in Caracas without doing nothing, you are wrong with Hector :) He knows a lot of places for all different types of persons. See the nature, well eating and going out for the night are only some of the things he can offer you to you. We had a great time in Hector's Place and for sure next time when we go to Venezuela, we will stay there again. We totally recommend to stay at Hector's place to enjoy your time! I received a cordial and friendly treatment from Hector and his family. I also received timely advice on how to move in Caracas and avoid problems. I also accompanied various sights and facilitated getting tickets, tours and other essential things to scroll through Venezuela. The neighborhood is nice, and the department where I was staying. Close to subway access points, if you do not want take a taxi, getting me the phone and I picked Hector at the door. I think the facilities and amenities of the department are keeping the price paid for them. I recommend it for anyone who does not intend luxurious accommodations and is willing to live with the family.

Wonderful! Hector is a host and so much! The accommodation in the apartment is super comfortable; had an exclusive bathroom, access to the kitchen and everything we need. We were welcomed every morning with a warm coffee and Venezuelan typical cuisine, prepared with care by Héctor's mother. He took us places we never know we would know if we were due. We walked the walk sightseeing, dinner and different restaurants, we know shopping malls, museums, theater (we had a guided tour around the place and we could see a test of a concert), we went up the cable car and much more! We did not have any kind of inconvenience to local currency, as Hector helped us at all. Moreover, it was timely to seek us at the airport and the port of La Guaira. Thanks so much for all the dedication and hospitality! Surely we will return to Caracas!

Hector is an amazing host. He is very helpful, responsible and most of all friendly. We went to a lot of places in Caracas both during the day and night, something I would never do alone. Great experiences!!! I noticed early that he genuinely likes being a host. Hector and his mother also took care of me when I was sick, I was more comfortable there than at any hotel. Hector provides transfer to and from the airport. Which I highly recommend. I believe it's more safe than other alternatives, he also waited a long time when my flight was late. Definitely one of my best AirBnB experiences! I recommend his place to everyone.

Héctor was a great host and very knowledgeable about the country and it's history. Along with Héctor, his family (mother and bro) was very welcoming and made super delicious arepas and papaya juice in the morning. The place itself is an apartment inside of a gated community which was situated on top of a hill. Very safe while being very close to the center of the city and the Paseo de Los Próceres. A cab to Plaza Venezuela only costs 150bfs (about $3 today), and the buses way less. It was helpful for me that Héctor spoke such perfect English because my Spanish is by no means the greatest. He helped me learn a great deal more. All and all, a very be enjoyable experience.

I stayed in Charly’s apartment in August’16. Its very spacious and can easily accommodate 2 couples. Its a very good value for the money spent. The apartment has a full equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. The bedroom has a air-conditioner. The building has a high security and you would be completely secure inside the building. While I was there, I had no interupption of electricity or water, which is a important aspect considering the situation. The apartment is situated near a mall and a busy street with good food and gym options etc. Personally, I never felt unsafe in Caracas or his apartment provided you do all the safe and logical things as you would do when traveling in a country like that. Conclusion - You can stay at Charly’s apartment at a very good price and be comfortable and safe.

The apartment has a living-room and two toilets. Kitchen appliances are perfect. 2 minutes from the subway station and was located in the downtown Caracas. If you do not have guards the entrance to the apartment is of course key to enter the apartment because it is so safe. Charly was friendly and gave active help in all situations.

Charly is a good, honest man that will do everything possible to make you enjoy your stay. Perfectly located 2 blocks from the famous Sabana Grande and the main Metro station, you are walking distance from anything you need! Taxis are always close by too. You will not have any problems staying here. Water works perfectly, bathroom is top notch and the bed is very comfortable. Full kitchen if you want to stay in and cook and the washer/dryer is simple to use. When I come visit Caracas again this is where I will stay, hands down. Ewa house is perfectly situated. A few meters from the underground station, which is the best way to get around Cracas. Safe and fast. The neighborhood is very safe and has to walk a supermarket, several restaurants and cafes and the Parque del Este, which is one of the most pleasant places in Caracas. Ewa is very attentive. Give all the necessary information, takes great care home and get find yourself perfectly. It is also a pleasure to talk with her and her son Piotr. It was also a good choice to choose your home for this trip and definitely repetiria.
