Cristian was very kind but the house was not in airbnb style I did not feel guest. The sink was clogged there were no curtains do a light bulb on the night only half a roll of toilet paper, the house was not even very pulita.anche the condo was overgrown without light 'entrance or near the lift high car abandoned on grass bricks not great for a family vacation. very noisy house I'm sorry for Cristian which I thought was just aware of the situation.

We had no news of Christian until the day before the rental (even after informing Airbnb). Apparently he did not receive our messages. Then Consuello contacted us and welcomed us very nicely the next day on site. We are pleased with the apartment: he remains faithful to his very inner description if it does not match the photos on the site because it was located on the other side of the building, road side and south. The noise and heat have therefore disturbed our nights. The neighborhood was very quiet at this time of the summer, well served by bus (15 minutes from the station) and close to major shops.

One of the most cozy places we've ever been. Piero is a wonderful host who had provided us with lots of info, time & his cheerfulness. We did also loved his unusual pet Vincenzo. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place. Most of the furniture was very new. The apartment was not very big but the distribution make good for our family (parents in the room and kids sleep in the living room. The place had big windows, a lot of fresh air (the only bad thing was the mosquitos). Very supportive host. Help us when need, but give us all the space we need. Have in mind that you need a car to go around the tone and to visit other places. Definitely recommended this place!

Short stay in the house of Piero, but pleasant apartment is equipped with all new appliances. Peter is a young person, helpful and open-minded and flexible. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make a trip to the lake without being in the middle of the crowd. I, for example, I used it as a base for a visit to the fair in Verona.

Piero is a great host, the apartment is warm in a quiet environment. In a few days we managed to explore Lake Garda, Sirmione, Verona, Brescia, Cremona, Piacenza... Strongly recommend

I stayed in this apartment for one night. The interior is spacious and tidy, but unfortunately it is located within a popular building and in front of a steel mill, which weighs very air. I do not feel I recommend it for leisure stays in the city.

very spacious and full, fresh décor. We were greeted very politely and the stay was very pleasant. The housing environment is located in the area inhabited by families so quiet and peaceful home. In the evening, having desire for a bit of fun, we moved to the center by metro you can walk there in about 5 minutes. L 'property is subject to a dye intervention of its facade but there was no disturbance caused .. I've seen that are used mobile scaffolding. absolutely positive opinion. We will be back and recommend it.

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Hosts very helpful and flexible, immediate response to any request. The only drawback the location and setting, certainly not central and somewhat 'rundown, but everything is exactly as described by the announcement! Recommended

The arrival was well controlled and we have the key and get everything well explained. The apartment is really big and has 2 bathrooms, multiple rooms and a living room with TV + equipped kitchen. A car park and supermarket are on the doorstep. The tram is running so about 10min. The highway exit is very close. All in all a very convenient and nice place to stay with everything you need.

Although the area and building exterior are a bit depressing (run-down housing project of some sort), the unit was clean, relatively quiet, spacious, and beds were comfortable. Host met us personally to let us in the unit, then again when we left. Behind a supermarket, with a large industrial facility of some sort in the distance (cement plant?). Good kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. Host lives away from site, soif you don't know your arrival time, you'll need access to a phone before arrival.

I have no words to describe and acknowledge the kindness and everything he has done for my daughter Rosalia and me. My stay was quiet and pleasant. The house has the basics, if anything is missing you just have to ask and you provided. The house is well served by public transportation to sightsee without using the car. On a personal level I needed was a problem and the house a couple of nights for my daughter, Rosalia is offered completely free and treating it as a family. The apartment is really nice, true to the picture and description, with a nice decor, equipped with everything which could serve and above all clean! well-stocked kitchen, and appliances both of condiments, breakfast included (much appreciated!). Our stay was short and we were almost always out but the apartment is ideal for a couple for short and long stays. It is in a very quiet area and close enough to the old town: definitely recommend it !!

Cosy, a bit rustic atmosphere, lots of terraces.. Friendly appartment, big kitchen and living area. A view on the corn field from the terrace.... Definitely need a car, hidden from the main street. Kids enjoyed the pool, since the temperatures were just right for staying in water. The hosts were very friendly, since our GPS decided not to work and we were a bit lost....thank you, Michael, for leading the way. The hosts were also very flexible about the check in and check out times which we highly appreciate.

I stayed for one night at this apartment with my partner and my three-month-old girl. The studio is really nice and cute, clean, spacious and bright. Inside we found everything that could serve for the use of bathroom and kitchen, including towels and sheets. There is a double sofa bed which I found slightly uncomfortable but my partner slept fine. There is convenient parking right under the building which is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. Giulia was very kind, gave us all the info needed before and after booking. Council house mainly couples and travelers passing through given the convenience of the location.

The studio is very nice and comfortable. It is located in a quiet area. you can move the 3 bus to the station area or the area 16 for St. Pauline, I had no trouble moving day. the evening must be careful to bus schedules, because being an area away from the center not always be reached by public transport. Nearby, moving on foot or by bus, there is a market, a bar-tobacco, restaurant-pizzeria and the post. Julia was very helpful in giving information to me useful for travel as well as to guarantee me the presence of towels and hair dryer (I traveling with hand luggage). the house also offers free wii fi free. for those who must stay for more than one night it is definitely optimal!

really positive experience from all points of view. Giulia was a really nice host and helpful. The apartment is well kept and has a lovely terrace and with all the dishes. Not central but buses are easily reachable from the heart. Excellent parking facilities near the palace.

The Giulia apartment is made again recently, very practical for those traveling by car because there are many park in front of the house. Giulia and her family were immediately made available. Only a small flaw. Who has a light sleeper, it's not my case, you may have some difficulty because the railroad nearby. I had an amazing time, two supermarkets less than 1km away, within walking distance. I will return next time in Brescia! Thanks to Julia and her family.

Bellisimo studio, in a cool and very clean well-served means. A great place for short stays or even more 'long. A large more 'for the sofa bed and pillows were very comfy. Brescia is a very beautiful city that is worth a visit. Maria's apartment is very nice and comfortable. A very friendly, courteous and sociable hostess. The communication in the English language was good and largely liquid possible in Italy (the exception). There is free parking directly opposite and the metro station next to offer a very good infrastructure. A supermarket, a nice restaurant and a very charming bakery in the neighborhood complete the pleasant stay. Gladly again! Highly Recommended.

Place logistically suitable for three people, including two under study to national competition (the internet was crucial and we had no problems). kind, helpful and flexible owner with respect to the arrival and departure times and key management. The apartment is a little 'noisy (at night) for traffic (car and train).
