Our hosts were wonderful. The apartment is within walking distance of all of the sights in Sevilla. Make sure and go to the Thursday flea market, which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Curros is a lovely cafe worth visiting for breakfast. They make bread and pastries fresh right there.

Book before this amazing place gets booked! The hosts were so friendly! Let us check in early, provided maps and suggestions on places to see and places to eat. Wrote down how to avoid waiting in lines and how to save some money along the way. Even though as a traveler I dont speak any Spanish both the owners spoke to me as best as they could. We had an amazing view on the terrace, the room was amazingly clean, close enough walk to anywhere in town, couldn't have asked for a better trip! 5 Stars!!!

Staying with Rosario & José was a fantastic experience. First of all, they are extremely hospitable, helpful and enthusiast. They helped us out with restaurant reservations, taxi bookings and gave us plenty of tips on what places and bars to visit. Although we communicated via broken French, a few Spanish words and a lot of hand gestures, they managed to explain us all we needed to know about the city and neighborhood. The location of their house was perfect for us: a calm street in the artistic area that is only a 20 minute walk from the centre. Most bars and restaurants nearby are frequented by locals, which was a big plus for us. The room itself is spacious, clean and feels very private, with a ensuite bathroom and a big roof terrace. All in all we had a lovely stay at Rosario & José and would definitely recommend their room to all other travelers!

The hosts informed me on how to go home then, on the spot, they answered all my questions and expectations. The room is very quiet. The room is equipped with simple but is very lack nothing. The accommodation is very independent from the rest of the house. The gracious hosts and always willing to help. The area is near some interesting points without being drowned in tourism: it is more authentic.

Our hosts were so helpful and kind to us during our stay. They provided us with info on restaurants and sights in the neighborhood. They made sure to check in with us every day to ensure our stay was going well. Our room was kept clean and was great for the price. It had its own bathroom and terrace overlooking the street. The neighborhood was about a 15-20 minute walk from the historic district. The neighborhood felt safe.

Rosario is a gracious woman. Man Arrived the valuable list of map to recommended bars and attractions. The view of the church tower Gran Poder from the terrace is great.

As expected after a call, Emilio came to pick us at the bus stop (5min walk from the casa). He took the time to explain the interests of the city. Photos on Airbnb are true to reality. The Room 1 is very spacious (good bedding and linens provided), and we had a private bathroom (towels provided, shampoo and shower gel). In the kitchen, for breakfast, there is coffee and tea available. I'd forgotten cereals! The need is available if you want to cook. Each room at an appointed location to store its products, such as refrigerators. We highly recommend Casa Flor de Azahar, and Emilio is truly dedicated to its transient tenants. It would be hard to find a better host than Emilio. He was more than hospitable, telling us the best places to visit, when to visit for free, he helped me find a local doctor and dentist while in Seville. The location of his B&B is in the best spot in town, very close to the cathedral and Real Alcazar and anything you would want to see in the city. His place was bright, spotless, very well decorated and he had provided tea, coffee, cereal, and oranges for the guests. The kitchen is well stocked with new cookware, microwave and toaster. We had chatted time to time but my spanish is limited and didnt get to chance with him as much as I would have liked. I fell in love with the city and I hope to return next again soon. I would consider no other place but Emilios.

We got the wrong address on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps, so had trouble to find the place. But Lucio was kept waited for us and even we got there late at night, he and his wife were welcoming us. And they show us inside the house and explained everything. They were really friendly and nice. House was nice and very cleaned. Bus stop that goes to Sevilla is about 10mins by walk from house. We enjoyed to stayed.

Lucio y Aurora nos han recibido súper bien. La casa es perfecta, súper limpia, más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, el patio es un encanto – una casa perfecta para relajar, descansar y disfrutar de Valencina y de Sevilla. En Valencina nos despertamos con los pájaros cantando y las golondrinas suelen visitar el patio, todo estupendo!

El barrio muy bien y tiene de todo y si come muy bien, lucio nos indicó sitios donde ir y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa tiene de todo no hace falta llevar nada.

La estancia en la casita de Valencina estuvo muy bien, muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días. La cama es muy cómoda, la cocina está bien equipada y se puede aparcar bien. Por otro lado, Lucio y Aurora fueron muy amables, nos recibieron para entregarnos las llaves y nos recomendaron sitios para comer y que visitar. También acudieron a despedirnos. Sin duda una buena estancia.

Hemos estado cuatro dias en casa de Lucio y ha sido genial, la casa es una monada y con todo lo necesario, la cama comodiiisima y el pueblo de Valencina nos encantó y ademas es tranquilisimo no se oye ningun ruido y pegadito a Sevilla. Una extancia inolvidable, un pueblo tranquilo pero con ambiente de tapeos por el dia ( cosa que buscabamos) la casa es mucho mejor que en fotos, cuidan todos los detalles y todo funciona a la perfeccion( barbacoa, chimenea, sauna,horno, etc ). The apartment of Isa is very well located, clean and exactly like the photos of the advertised. The neighborhood is very nice and close to the center. Isa acogo us very well. I advise this floor.

Isa's place is very nice appartment, just above in the house where she and her daughter Paula (she welcomed us when Isa was working) live. Very nice people, friendly, approachable always, very good communication. The patio outside is cosy, Isa prepared breakfast to make ourselves with fresh fruits, cheese, ham, toast bred, madeleines, milk, orangejuice, coffee; good to start the day like that. The bed is upstairs to climb with a steep stair, the upper room is open to the living room, very nice double bed, cosy, lots of cloth hanger; the couch somewhat hard but ok to sleep, my daughtet 17j slept there. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom also, good shower. AC not used. Appartment very well suitated in Triana. Public transport ok but not good, long waiting time for bus #43, this is spain. Highly recommended to stay with Isa

Immaculada was really lovely and although she doesn't speak English, written communication with her was good and we got by with our basic Spanish face to face! The room was as we expected as the picture, it was all great. very fast and easy with Immaculate, very attentive and friendly with us upon arriving communication. ideal, just steps from the fair and convenient garage parking area.

An excellent choice, although it is new, the room is as is as shown in the pictures, even better. It is conveniently located and has all the amenities and facilities. To highlight Carlos and Marta are great hosts, have their home for one feel as such. highly recommended option and more in a city as beautiful as Seville.

I will keep this short and sweet: 1. Location! Situated in the area of San Lorenzo you are central to almost anything and everything. You are within the centre and live like a local but have the advantage of moving through the town, exploring as much as you want! Very tasty bakeries, cafes,l and tapas and shopping district within 5-20 mins walking. 2. People.. like Marta and Carlos! I cannot express how kind and friendly the people of Sevilla are, their energy is amazing and you feel right at home! Specifically, Marta and Carslos go above and beyond what you need and are always a phone call or text away. I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos and he has a heart of gold explaining the natural routine and offering his advice on questions you may have,best wishes to you both, always! 3. Culture: amongst you there are endless churches, shops, kids and people who are living in their day to day life but the culture you experience is by far the best experience, stay here and see for yourself !

Great room with good size bathroom, lot's of storage. It is a bit distant from the center but we managed to get round well once we had a good map of Sevilla. Carlos was available via text for any questions/concerns we had. We did experience the noise after midnight with people coming and going. Overall great visit.

Fantastic location - central - walking distance to all major attractions. Fascinating local area. Easy access from airport via airport bus to bus station- then a short walk. Marta and Carlos are great hosts, welcoming and very helpful. Excellent communication. Their airbnb has all amenities- including a well stocked kitchen. My room was very comfortable- loved the decore- room / home. A wonderful experience. Would love to return.

La casa è graziosa, originale e accogliente. L'abitazione non molto spaziosa ma comoda e riservata. Raggiungere Siviglia è molto semplice dalla fermata a due minuti da casa, gli autobus frequenti e con servizio oltre la mezzanotte. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La casa de Jorge es preciosa. Luminosa, agradable y bien ubicada. Muy cerca de Sevilla y con transporte público al lado. Aunque la zona es tranquila, también tiene la opción de salir a tomar algo sin necesidad de desplazarse, ya que cuenta con bodegas y cafeterías cerca. Jorge es un chico encantador, además de un artista. Es simpático y tranquilo, y tiene un gusto único para la decoración. Tiene unos gatitos adorables. Por desgracia, no tuvimos mucho tiempo para conocerle mejor. Pero si volvemos allí, sin duda nos alojaremos en su casa.

Sin duda recomendado,!!!Hemos disfrutado de un lugar increible y un anfitrion excelente, Jorge, que fue muy atento durante toda la estancia, dejando flores en la habitacion o incluso preparando cafe la primera mañana. La habitacion es muy luminosa y cuenta con baño propio,aire acondicionado, ademas de una terracita a la entrada, bien equipada, luminosa y (URL HIDDEN) casa esta a dos minutos caminando de la parada del bus, donde ademas hay unos cuantos bares tipicos del barrio que vale la pena visitar, los cuales nos recomendo Jorge, y muchas zonas de Sevilla. Jose's place is beautiful and contemporary, clean and quiet. He was helpful and friendly. The location is very good and very close to a couple of Michelin-star restaurants! I wish I could have stayed for longer. Jose also gave me a ride to the train station. Thanks again for a great stay!

José Maria is one of the best Airbnb hosts I had the pleasure to meet. He sent me a lot of information on Sevilla before the trip, he secured a parking place for us before we arrived (during Semana Santa) and, when we were there, he showed us around his beautiful city. It was a pleasure to share the breakfast with him and his family. The house is centrally located, very nice and clean. Do not hesitate to book to stay in his house.

Jose was easy to get a hold of and communicate with before we arrived; however it was only in spanish (not a problem if you speak spanish though as we did). The house itself was cool with a nice upstairs, however we were somewhat disappointed by the rate. At 40$ usd per night for bunk beds in a shared house wasn't bad, but the rate was raised to 80$ per night because of semana santa and that was too much for what we actually got. The 2 of us that were staying in the room were also looking to go out at night and felt somewhat awkward going out late and returning late. I don't blame the actual apartment or the hosts, in retrospect we should have just stayed at a hostel or a non-shared flat. Bathrooms and the kitchen were fine but shared with the family and other guests. I would stay again if the rate wasn't doubled and if I was visiting as a family and not as young people looking to go out.

The Maximum homestand was for both my daughter and myself Alba, very comfortable; we felt like home, everything we needed we have sought. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated it is in a very central district with the essence of Sevilla.

Our host May & Ricardo were wonderful, very helpful and lovely. May even took the effort to cook us dinner when we arrived very late on the first night. Just back from our trip to Seville. We are new to Airbnb and have had a great experience staying with may and her family. May's son Ricardo kindly picked us up from the station. May has a wonderful home it looks exactly as in the pictures. May and her family were very welcoming and helpful in every way including organising taxi for airport. Our room was top class hotel 4 star plus standard. There were 2 rooftop verandas which provided sun and shade and we really enjoyed these amenities. The house is in a good location to visit the main sites 10 to 15 minutes walk plus close to tapas bars, restaurants, supermarket etc . When we return we will stay with may . Declan & Lewine

May's home was beautiful, comfortable, and I would say even cheap for the experience it offers! May and her family were very kind, took care that we had some ideas for going out and access to a delicious breakfast and snacks, coffee and tasty treats in our bedroom. I was most impressed by the care they took to ensure that we experienced the best of Seville, even directing us to a lovely late-night Flamenco spot and a local cafe with gluten free cakes for my girlfriend. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to all!

We loved our stay at May's beautiful, traditional, Triana home. We stayed in the deluxe private room and we were so comfortable! May and her family welcomed us and gave us a basic orientation to Triana and the main attractions in Sevilla. Her son asked us about our particular interests (history, archeology, contemporary art) and directed us to some of our favourite experiences. We felt supported, but not at all overwhelmed by our host -- we would recommend May's place to our friends and family without hesitation! Mucho gracias May, we miss you already!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! BEST airbnb experience in 5 years! We felt VERY fortunate to have the chance staying at May's big,clean and beautiful home. It's a very old house but renovated with respect to its original style. The dining area is super cozy with a very high roof which is made of glass, so it brings in a lot of light but brock out water in rainy days. There are coffee machine, candy, snacks, fresh fruits for guests. Everything in the room is for guests too, the wardrobe all the drawers etc.. very very neat. it's just like a room with equipments from hotel (hair dryer, clean towels, cups, bottle water, dressing room,big bathroom with window, 2 small french baconies where you can chill out and look down on the street). The house locates very centrally, but you can't hear any noise from street at all. The rooftop is spacious too, must be good in summer time. May doesn't speak much English, but she's such a kind and charming mama. She tried to use an app on her iPad to "talk" to us :) She offered us invitation for private casseta of the Feria April and did a superb job to introduce her other guests to know each other. She's the best host ever. We didn't expect breakfast at all, but May offered us a rich breakfast. Her homemade tortilla patata is the best i've ever tried in Spain. Before we arrived, we found we made mistake on our planning. But May's son Daniel managed to get problem solved right away. and May's another son Ricardo gave us lot of suggestions on what to do where to eat etc when we arrived. And May's husband offered us a free ride to the train station when we had to leave (...imagining how grateful we felt when we realised we had a little hang-over from all the dancing the night before haha) It's a pity that the kitchen is not available for guests. but it's not a problem at all. It just gave you more excuses to try out all the tapas and mercado nearby. Holiday is always too short.... next time when we come back to Serville, we will definitely stay with May again...and she promises me that she will speak English :) Muchaaaas gracias y hasta luego!!

LOCATION: The house is located in one of the most traditional areas of Seville, Triana, surrounded by places to eat very good quality and good price, long ago that did not eat such good fried fish, and bars of the area both Bell as Golondrina or the pedestrian area are excellent, where they eat local, not tourist. The area is very safe and very quiet. Crossing the bridge Gualdalquivir is one right across the historic area of Sevilla, no public transportation is required is in the center. HOME The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, pleasant, common areas are very nice, the patio, terrace, very quiet and super nice. HOSTS The hosts are lovely, and give some real good tips to explore the city's amazing breakfasts and potato omelette May is a monument. Return. RECOMMENDATION Recommend the house to anyone who wants an authentic experience of Seville, who wants to be quiet in a very pleasant atmosphere after being visiting the city all day. The upstairs terrace of the house is stunning.

We absolutely loved staying at Casa de San Lorenzo. We are Americans currently living in Portugal and travel to Seville often. Casa de San Lorenzo is our new favorite place to stay, and we hope to visit with them often. Eleonora and her husband were the perfect hosts -- very prompt, communicative, and kind. The apartment is beautifully furnished and was in immaculate condition. The location was also perfect. Very quiet but close to everything. A++++.

Beautiful and clean apartment in the best location! It located in center of Sevilla so it could be little bit noisy at night but I can definitely recommend this apartment. And thanks to Inigo that I put wrong number of person to stay when I booked, but even though I realized and said that just before I arrive, he prepared extra bed and blankets immediately. Inigo was not available when we arrived in Sevilla, but he had arranged for his friend Maria to meet us at the apartment. It is a lovely, open space in a beautiful old building. The location is amazing: you can walk to any place in Sevilla. The loft had excellent wifi (the fastest of 4 stays in our trip to Spain), and Inigo had stocked the kitchen with milk, water, soda, even oranges that we juiced for breakfast! Although we did not meet Inigo, he was in constant contact with us, providing suggestions and answering our questions immediately. We really appreciate Inigo accommodating our schedule, and letting us leave later than the usual check-out time. We really loved Sevilla and Inigo's loft!

Perfect, the apartment was great, in the center of town, a nice neighborhood, 3 minutes from the cathedral and along the river, the decor was great, tastefully decorated. All new furniture arriving we had fruit, coffee, tea, water, fruit. I went with my family, including children and spent some wonderful days, and very comfortable. The apartment is larger than the pictures. The building is absolutely beautiful and clean. It was well stocked. The neighborhood is right in the center of everything. The restaurant just across the street was our favorite.

Inigo's place was great- fantastic location, spacious, comfortable beds. Easy to communicate with him and Maria met us to check-in. All went smoothly!

We had a very good stay at Marias'. Every details have been careful given before our arrival from Maria. The flat is perfectly optimised, very impressive, with a nice rooftop. Communication is very good. Wifi is good. The flat is approximatively 15min away from the main touristic places (walking distance). I recommend it.

Maria's apartement is the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Sevilla! It is very centrally located and also close to buses to go to the train station or the airport. The apartement is tiny but it is very cozy and there is everything you will need. We felt at home and we would love to come back again. Maria was the perfect host. Communication was very smooth and she made sure that we had all we needed to have a great stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Inmaculata Maria and Miguel were really helpful and kind. The house is small but perfect for couples, there is everything there must be if not more! Perfect location for discovering Seville on foot!

I made the reservation for my parents, it was their first visit to Seville, and thanks to Julia 2 week stay was perfect. Julia was very friendly from the start, and stayed at our disposal, even came to give my mother some things to dry the laundry, and answered my messages immediately. The house seemed like we had never been inhabited. It is a beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. There was not even a wound on the walls. All very bright. The kitchen and bathroom were so well equipped that we are not in need of anything else. The residence has a garden and buildings around with other apartments, very safe, and very friendly neighbors. Around, there Plaza Nueva station to catch the tram, also the Plaza del Duque to take buses or taxis. It is very well located, 5 minutes of each, and also close to all the famous stores for shopping. Although there are all kinds of transportation, everything was accessible on foot, as 25min Maria Luisa Park, 15 minutes from the Gold Tower next to the River, and 5 minutes from the museum square where there is the Museum of Fine Arts. I recommend the house Julia thousand times. It's all how you look!

Nice, spacious and clean apartment, 10 minutes walking from the cathedral. Julia was always available for questions and even if she doesn't speak much English she manages everything really well with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate. I recommend it!

The position of "El Arenal" is a great location, in the very heart of the city. Exactly in the middle between the old town and the district of Triana, perfect for those who want to walk. Everything was perfect ; housing, cleanliness, equipment, home, location, bedding, advice and availability of Bruno, little touches (tea, coffee, biscuits ...) etc. The studio is very functional and well located downtown (street yet remains quiet). I sincerely recommend it!

We have been this weekend and we love it. It is an old typical Sevillian building of 3 floors and a roof Cuca. The apartment is decorated with simplicity and good taste. The furnishings are new. Comfortable beds. Good cleaning. Its location is great. Crossing the bridge to Triana Elizabeth II, it is in the 3 street. Good transport communication and close to Plaza de Cuba, where you can catch the subway. But if you like to walk a bit, it goes because it is close to everything, including the site of the April Fair. Lots of atmosphere, tapas bars. Oliva bar (a few meters, in San Jacinto) you eat well and affordably. In the Golondrinas, just below the apartment, eat very rich. The hostess, from the first moment of the reservation to the time we left, super attentive and outstanding. Lovely We have loved, we will definitely repeat

A lovely apartment in CENTRIM Seville. Parking is sometimes difficult, but the location makes this more than good.

This was a great place to stay! We LOVED it! Wonderful location and the apartment felt like home. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed making breakfast each morning and sitting in the living area with the balcony doors open. Carmen was a great host. Easy to communicate with and also very sweet!
