We had a really brilliant stay here. Mike is a really excellent host and very congenial company. Our children loved the lake and we canoed and swam. We would thoroughly recommend staying in this delightful place, we would have loved to stay longer.

Very pleasant stay in this old barn with private access to the lake (150m downstream), accommodation is minimalist but enough for a short stay. Mike was very welcoming and helpful. It may lack some utensils in the kitchen but Mike helps out easily.

We've stayed here one night on our way towards the south of France. Wonderful place to relax after a long journey. Mike was very friendly, welcoming us, and happy to chat and make sure everything was great. Especially the garden and the access to the lake are wonderful. Tranquil and nice for swimming. Dinner in the garden during sunset on the lakeside was great too. There's a nearby beach as well with a playground and water activities. Very nice for kids too.

We had a very good stay in Mike's apartment which happens to be one of the nicest people we have had the chance to meet. He will do everything for you to have a great time. Its housing is in a beautiful location, the lake beach is within walking distance, access is through a shaded and pleasant path. You must of course use the car to go shopping but that is the price to pay for peace and nature!

Everything was absolutely perfect during our too short stay in this accommodation: the warm and friendly welcome from Isabelle who had everything prepared for us (a big thank you!); the accommodation itself, a small "nest" nicely decorated and well equipped; and even the sun for a nice breakfast on the terrace ... We want to come back to enjoy it longer this corner of paradise near Limoges and Lake Saint-Pardoux.

The apartment has just been refurbished to a very high standard - especially the kitchen - and it is well-equipped with everything you need to do your own cooking. Chantal and her family were very welcoming hosts - they live in the house below and were always around if I needed to ask anything, and also very accommodating when I had to change my departure date at short notice. The location is within walking distance of Limoges-Bellegarde airport. To get into the city or explore the area you would ideally need a car, as public transport is limited, but there is parking on the premises. The setting is wonderful - very quiet and surrounded by fields, but there is a supermarket and other shops a short drive away.

Chantal and her husband are lovely and very welcoming. The apartment is newly refurbished, spacious, clean and very cosy. It is also very convenient as it is literally next to Limoges Airport. I strongly recommend this apartment for those who want a different and great place to stay.
