The Appartment is located on the mountain right next to hiking trails to the location of "Rote Wand" as well as an only 20 min car ride to Ski Arlberg. The Flat is fully renovated, cosists of 2 Sleeping rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a seeting area. Familys and pets are welcome. On request to the owners sauna/ washer /dryer are also available against a small fee. The visitor's tax need to be paid on site to the owner. The tax is € 3 per person per day from the age of 15.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Our apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 large bedrooms, which has a double bed, box and all other amenities. Due to the very spacious sofa there is a possibility that even a group of 8 people can spend their holidays in the apartment without any problems. If this is the case, a second toilet allows a certain undisturbedness.
