The total area of the 230 pyeong building is 54 pyeong and the spacious yard over 100 pyeong has privacy, and Jisan golf and Jisan ski slopes are 3 minutes away by car. There is also a bus that takes 40 minutes from Seoul Nambu Bus Terminal, the entrance to the village is connected to a large road, making it easy to access. Convenience stores are within a 4-5 minute walk and restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance. The surroundings are a safe and quiet cottage complex, great for families to share.
