Quiet 16 m2 chalet on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, recognized by paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The cottage is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my home located a few meters from the cottage.
