“The road biking is spectacular right out your back door at the Westin. Take the paved path to Vail (11 miles moderate) or farther to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. (difficult). Many will drive in a car to the TOP OF VAIL PASS and ride the paved bike path DOWN into Vail (15 miles all downhill) with spectacular scenery. Ok for kids 8-10 or older who know how to brake! Rent bikes at Westin Beaver Creek Sports Mountain Biking too is spectacular. One of the best scenic rides is the 'village to village' singletrack ride from Arrowhead to Beaver Creek 1.5 hrs (moderate).”
