It was my second stay at Kirsten's place and everything was perfect ! The house is very nice, clean and in a great area. We enjoyed the canoe on great pond it was very fun !!

Kristen was a great host. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet her in person, but she was incredibly available leading up to and during my trip and was quick to respond to any questions. The place was great - good location, very clean and had everything we needed for our week on the Cape.

Perfect! We felt very comfortable and welcome at the house. It is a short drive from the center of Falmouth. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. I especially loved the cool decorations with a neat vintage meets modern look! At the end of October the foliage was so beautiful! We will be back!

Kristen's home is adorable. Inside it's super clean and comfortable. And there's plenty of outdoor space. Plus, the neighborhood is great for scenic walks or jogs. My boyfriend and I had a really nice time in Falmouth. There are plenty of things to do near Kristen's home. What's more, Kristen was super easy to deal with. She was available by phone, though we didn't need her.

Everything at Kristen's place was fantastic. The accommodations just felt like home away from home for a weekend with my family.We wish we could have stayed longer! Kristen was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend her place to anyone heading to the Cape- they would be lucky to stay there!

The location and qualities of the Cozy Cottage could not have been better! It is located on a quiet street, and we woke up to birds singing every morning. We really enjoyed kayaking up the river and also out into the bay and down into the ocean. The cottage itself was recently upgraded: it was very clean and had many nice touches that made us feel at home. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen: we had all the items necessary to make a delicious lobster feast! Doug and Robin are friendly, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable.

We found this home to be extremely well kept and clean! Great relaxing spot on Great Bay! Look forward to coming back :)

Doug and Robin's cottage is beautifully appointed and adorable and they couldn't have been nicer. Close enough to downtown Falmouth, the beaches, and Woods Hole and yet out of the fray. Having the serene water view and access to the pond makes the cozy cottage perfect. What a wonderful getaway!

Doug and Robin's place was very new, very clean and just adorable! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff, and there is a grill to use. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. It's in a beautiful spot on Great Pond, with gorgeous beaches nearby. There are lots of good restaurants close by and Mashpee commons just down the road for shopping. Doug and Robin were very attentive and easy to get a hold of. Overall just a fantastic experience at the cozy cottage! The perfect getaway for a couple. Thanks so much!

Robin and Doug made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home from the very start. Robin happened to be at the cottage when we arrived, and was very helpful in getting us set up. She had even provided some delicious muffins, cookies and fresh fruit. The cottage was clean, cozy and perfect for our vacation. We loved being able to sit out on the back deck, drinking our coffee each morning - watching the various water birds and enjoying the sparkling water. The cottage is central to several towns and beaches. We were able to take a short drive to a parking area and get on the Shining Sea Bikeway, which gave us an absolutely beautiful afternoon spent riding and stopping along the beach. We made use of the double kayak one morning, and it was lovely to paddle down the inlet. The cottage was perfect for our vacation, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy "home base" when vacationing on the Cape.

We had an amazing time at the "cozy cottage" and Doug & Robin were extremely nice. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and having access to the river was a definite highlight of our trip. The cottage felt very homey and had all the supplies you needed to enjoy your stay. Doug gave us suggestions on many things to do and places to eat, and all the things we were able to try were fantastic. They added a lot of personal touches to make sure we had a great stay. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at this Cozy Cottage could not have been a better experience. Doug was prompt in communications, offered tips on how to avoid traffic along with places to go and things to do on the Cape. We arrived a little early and Doug was happy to let us check in a early. In all honesty, I can not think of any reason why a single couple visiting the Cape would want to stay anywhere else. The place is clean, well appointed and perfectly located with water access, a dock and a bevy of water craft at your disposal--all at a great value. It was our first trip to the Cape and we are already thinking of when we can return. If there is any downside to this cottage it is that it will probably be booked so we plan to book early. Thank you Dough and Robin for a wonderful first impression of the Cape and Doug--you got our vote!

This house was the perfect place for a quick cape getaway! It was so cute, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and we felt at home immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and private and was located in such a good area of town. We were minutes away from everything we needed! I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for nice home to stay in on the cape.

Very comfortable house with a super backyard. About 10 minutes into town. We were there for colder weather so didn't get to the beach but it looked to be only steps away

I have given a 5 star rating because we felt that the cost of our stay was very reasonable since we were visiting off season, our accomodations were adequate and the booking process went very smoothly. But in good conscience and in keeping with the spirit of posting a review that is useful to other travelers, I should convey that this is not a place to stay if you are looking for luxury. There were plenty of sheets and towels and they were adequate but not new or luxurious, although other rentals charge extra for linens so I am not complaining. The beds, again were adequate but not extremely comfortable, some were missing boxsprings. The kitchen was well stocked with an ecclectic collection of dishes and pots and pans and we found the dishwasher was a plus. The coffee maker was quite old but functional. We were thrilled to find some real maple syrup in the cabinet when we planned to make pancakes and had forgotten the syrup! There is one full bath and one half bath, the half bath is in dire need of renovation but again, served our purpose. I must point out, the bathroom mirrors are extremely small and difficult to use for those of us who like to style our hair and if you like to watch TV, there is only one small tv in the livingroom but we enjoyed the free wifi. There is a very large yard and my adult sons enjoyed the fire pit. We also noticed a kayak that we would love to have used if it were not 30 degrees out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the location was very close to the historic Nobska lighthouse where our daughter had her wedding during our stay.

Thanks for providing a great home for us to stay in. We were in town for a wedding and the house made our trip very relaxing to have a place to unwind with the rest of our family. The house was clean, convenient, and cozy. We would recommend it to others!

Our host was very accommodating in allowing us to stay another night. Access to the house was easy which was very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood.

This was the perfect little cape house for a weekend away! It had all the things you needed and was just enough room for the 4 of us. Although I didn't get to meet Gary in person, we chatted on the phone and he explained everything to a T. We even made use of the lobster pot in the garage and the grill worked great! An even bigger bonus was the quiet neighborhood only minutes away from the beach and downtown. Would totally stay here again, and would definitely recommend.

When we arrived Gary was waiting for us and extremely helpful with planning our trip. After he left we opened the bottle of wine he put down for us on the kitchen table, and cooked our meal in his well-equipped kitchen. The house was very comfortable and a great place to start your Cape Code getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this listing. We were there for the Falmouth Road Race and we loved the location away from the center of town. Gary has thought of every thing you would need. The house is immaculate and having all the comforts of home is great. We cooked on the grill and just hung out in the large back yard.. Gary was great communicating with us at all times. Really good for our first experience using Airbnb. Gary was very accommodating and helpful, and the house was great. Our only regret was that we didn't stay long enough to take full advantage of everything that the house had to offer!

Nice clean house with a decent location for many different activities. Our host was very helpful in recommending things to do that we enjoyed very much. We would definitely look in to staying here again.

Our host had the place well prepared and had nice touches like shampoo/conditioner laid out. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and gadgets. The neighborhood is not in the picturesque part of town but it was a friendly neighborhood with a quiet street that was good for kids walking and biking. A good ice cream shop was walking distance. the beach would require a car.

Gary was a great host, and the house was perfect for a family of four. He immediately suggested some great kids' beaches in Falmouth, and had great tips on where to eat. The house was simply decorated, which made it easy to keep clean, and for keeping up with little kids that are into everything. He had thought of everything - I loved that I didn't have to pack sheets and towels for a short Cape get-away from the city. I think the house looks even better in person than the pictures, and the flat and fenced in yard was perfect for the kids to run around in! We especially loved the croquet!

You won't regret your stay at this beautiful little cottage. It's in a great location to access Woods Hole or the rest of the Cape. The whole house is clean and bright, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Our party of six had a very comfortable stay for two nights. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtney's. Everything was really clear and well equipped. It is very spacious and would be fantastic if you come with kids as well. We were two couples. Courtney was great at communicating everything beforehand and the place felt very homely. We highly recommend this cottage to stay for a relaxing break close to the beaches.

Courtney's Seaside Cottage is a delightful home and a wonderful location to explore Falmouth. My family and I stayed here (7 adults) comfortably for a long weekend. The place was very clean and comfortable. She provided lots of nice details, like condiments in the fridge, spices in the cabinets, and toiletries in the bathrooms, etc. We highly recommend this listing!

Courtney's house is such a comfortable place to stay in during the vocation in Cape Cod. There are plenty of supply for you to use and everything was wonderful.

Courtney was a very thoughtful, gracious host. Prior to our arrival, she was in regular email contact and ensured that we had all of the information we needed for checking in. On arrival, we were greeted with a lovely welcome pack, plenty of information about her home and the surrounding area. Courtney's house was a perfect based for exploring cape cod and Martha's Vineyard. The house itself is clean and well maintained and very tastefully decorated. The litchi and basement was well equipped with cooking and washing facilities, which made it feel like a home away from home. It was perfect for a family vacation. We ended up hiring a car. While there are plenty of taxi companies and über in east Falmouth, for ease of getting around to the beaches, towns etc it was more flexible and convienent.

House is as shown in the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. Almost 2 miles to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Very comfortable house.

Erika was amazing to work with. She was super responsive and helped through every step of the process. The house is beautiful with a great back deck for grilling! Plenty of space for all to enjoy. My family and I were in East Falmouth for a wedding. Erika's house was conveniently located to the church in a quiet neighborhood. The weather was not nice while we were there although we would have loved to enjoy the large back deck which looked great for summer cookouts and relaxing. Erika was a fantastic host and was so easy to communicate with. She left us a kind welcome gift in the home as well which was a nice touch. Thanks so much Erika!

We loved the house and had a great stay in the house of Erika in Falmouth. It is a nice designed house on a great location, fully equiped, very clean and the kindness of the owner is all over the place. Erika is the owner, she is so kind and thoughtfull. She is great on hospitality! She is checking if you have everything you need and if you are happy along the way without being too much. She even took care of having a great time on the beach. Just perfect for having a wonderfull stay. Thanks Erika! Erika just renovated the house. It was designed lovely and beach'y'. She designed it clearly with a lot of passion and dedication. That's the feelings you get immediately when entering the house. It feels like a real home because of the attention the owner has for you. The house is great. We loved the deck Erika created behind the house. It's great the have a nice BBQ or to read a book in sunshine on one of the deck chairs or swing chairs. I love to cook, and the kitchen had everything to do so. The house is very clean and neat. And there is everything in the house to keep it that way. It makes it easy to do so. And finally the location of the house was perfect to explore Cape Cod Falmouth is a great place to be with nice beaches and Fallmouth downtown is very cosy. We loved it!

We loved Erika's house for a long weekend to the Cape. We were 5 good friends spending time catching up. The deck and backyard are huge and perfect places to relax in the sunshine. Communication with Erika was so easy and fast. You are close to beaches, nice walks, and not too far from Falmouth center and other places of interest. Would highly recommend!! This wonderful small building easily hosts 6 people in the shared living/dining/bedroom. The amenities are complete, with indoor and outdoor shower (great after a beach excursion), AC. The setting is beautiful with high trees, singing birds, no traffic noise and a quiet neighborhood. Barton made us feel very welcome. Everything was ready for us, and he even prepared bicycles for us to use, he hat boogie boards and beach chairs ready, and we could have used the big BBQ.

Barton's cozy studio was exactly as described -- perfect for four of us for a weekend on the Cape! Barton was welcoming and answered all of our questions, but absolutely left us our space. He was quick with restaurant and beach recommendations, and the space was clean, quiet, and fitted with everything you'd need!

We had a great trip! Barton and his family are extremely gracious. The whole family came over to introduce themselves when we arrived. We had asked about grilling and Barton went out and got us a grill and also very generously offered us some huge fresh clams he had caught that day. The space is private, the linens are clean and soft, the kitchen has everything you need and there is a/c. The only thing is that it's not *on the beach* per se, so be ready to drive and get parking stickers. It's also truly a studio, so while it sleeps 6, there's no privacy.

This cottage, located in the host's back yard, is private, clean and comfortable for a family stay on the Cape. We enjoyed the full kitchen--small but fully functional--and our teenagers appreciated the single bed with rollout trundle so they didn't have to share a bed like they usually do in a hotel! The shower is very small, but functional. Everything was clean and comfortable. This location is away from the bustle of downtown Falmouth, with easy access to less congested main roads in and out of town. If you prefer to be within walking distance of restaurants, etc. then this location is not for you. We appreciated the peace and quiet of this neighborhood!
