Jane is a wonderful host. Thoughtful and helpful. The double bedroom and shower room were lovely quality as was the very comprehensive and fresh continental style breakfast. Walking distance to lots of little local shops and of course the sea! A great place to stay.

We only stayed for one night but the accomodation was very clean and comfortable, great location walkable distance to the sea. Jane was very accommodating, especially as we had to leave very early in the morning. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and I'm sure we will be returning in the future

Jane and Danny were so friendly and accommodating. Offering me everything I needed to make my stay exactly what I needed from space in the garage to being flexible with my timings (and even offering me a delicious home cooked meal!) The flat was lovely, clean and welcoming. If I find myself back in the Bognor Region, I would defiantly have this as my top pick. I cannot recommend the flat or the people highly enough.

This is a very good place for those who is looking for the rest without many people around. The Nature is beatiful, 5 min walk to the beach. You have all you need - bed, shower, small shop, friendly neighborhood. Jane and Danny also provided us with free wi-fi (very much needed). We could use kitchen and all that goes with it (nice and always clean), and sitting room with a big TV. They gave us a file with very useful information (addresses, tel. numbers & prices) about local bars, shops, transportation etc. Also our hosts helped us a lot with our momentarily needs, they found and gave us an adaptor for our chargers (English power-points are different, it was very imortant detail), they printed out our boarding passes (how could we do it otherwise?), and they gave us a weigher (or a quick balance) to control our luggage. Well, they took care for us even before we came and they were very attentive and kind. All those things are very valuable indeed, and how much can you pay for it, really? We wish all the best to Jane and Danny, let their life be happy and they have success in everything they do.

Me and my husband booked Jane&Danny's apartment for a weekend. They response was great. Any message I had for Jane she replied instantly and was very helpful. Once we arrived at the apartment we were then met by Danny. Jane showed us around and explained the local area. The apartment was modern, clean,light and very spacious with very well equipped kitchen. The location is very quiet and is only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. There is a few pubs&restaurants for trying. Overall I would highly recommend Jane&Danny's appartment . P.s. Jane's apple crumble pies were amazing!

Thank you Chris and Bob for a lovely stay in your beautiful home! I slept so well in the good double bed and I did hear the sound of the waves at night putting me to sleep. Attending my weekly long course in Bognor I borrowed a bike to get there and that worked really smoothly- thank´s for that. Otherwise the bus is very near and runs every 10 min. The three lovely dogs are good company and stay mostly in the kitchen area so in the room you have space for yourself and your stuff. Everything is as in the pictures. Very beautiful, neat and tidy. I loved the bathroom with yellow and sea shells and beautiful art pieces all over the house! I had my own space in the fridge and could cook meals in the kitchen at all times as we were hanging out there when we were at home at the same time. Great stay all in all! Would love to come back here again! Thank you for all your kindness and hospitality at all times! Love // Emma

Rose and Andrew have been great hosts : they provided us a place to park our bikes, they welcomed us with a pleasant drink that we shared in their conservatory. We had a very nice talk on all kind of subjects. They offered us the opportunity to watch the final game between France and Portugal. Eventually they offered to share their meal : Andrew is a great cook ! We really enjoyed their house : it's large and cosy and it is situated in a peaceful area. Rose et Andrew ont été des hôtes parfaits : nous avions une place sécurisée pour nos vélos, ils nous ont accueillis avec un verre à partager assis confortablement dans leur véranda. Nous avons partagé un bon moment ensemble tout en parlant de différents sujets. Ils nous ont spontanément proposé de regarder la finale de l'Euro et nous ont invité à partager leur repas. Andrew est un cuisinier hors pair !Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur maison qui est spacieuse et très confortable : elle est située dans un environnement de qualité très calme et verdoyant.

Lovely family house in lovely area (a real find if your heading to Goodwood as we were). Arriving in the late evening we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. After a good nights sleep we were greeted by a marvellous freshly cooked breakfast sitting around the family kitchen table, laden with just about anything else that might take your fancy to eat too. A good, but all too brief stay, for me and my colleagues from overseas who I think especially appreciated the homely British b&b experience.

This is a great place to stay and we highly recommend it. Rose and Andrew are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure to chat with them. Both are very attentive and friendly and made us feel at home. Andrew is an excellent cook and prepared a delicious breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. It’s a pity that we stayed only one night and we hope to come back!

We had a lovely stay with Rose and Andrew - they looked after us wonderfully and made us feel very welcome. They really did go above and beyond to make us comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! We had vey great time. Rose and Andrew are very kind and helpful. We have 3 boys includng youngest 2years old, they prepared a small mat and blanket for him. They cook very well and we enjoyed great meals. If we have a chance, we definitely would like to visit them again.

Paul lives in a lovely area and we enjoyed our stay in his house. Paul is a really nice and friendly host and his dogs are adorable. Paul recommended us a few spots to visit and kindly gave us a lift to the town. His house is modern, comfortable and very close to the beach. We strongly recommend his place and will definitely stay there again if we decide to visit that area in the future.

Really nice apartment with comfortable living space in a quiet location, only 10mins walk from the seafront. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are spacious and the 3rd is a small room but has a double bed. Decent modern bathroom with a really good power shower. Wifi speeds are decent and are more than quick enough for streaming movies on Netflix etc. There is also a nice bit of private outside space in front of the flat which we didn't know about until we got there. Would be great in the summer. There is a local convenience shop below and then across the road there is an off license and a great fish and chip takeaway! The flat is a little tricky to find as access to it is behind the shops and isn't really marked with a number until you get right up to the door. You can drive your car behind and parking for one car can be found in front of the garage. Parking on the road is restricted to 2 hours. Worth mentioning that access to the flat is via a fairly steep metal staircase so be aware if you're planning on brining a big suitcase or have young children!

What a fantastic place for our first AirB&B experience. The accommodation was beautiful and very well presented, our room was clean and tidy with the added bonus of shortbread which we loved. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for our days out at goodwood. Both hosts were welcoming and always made us feel welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We would like to thank you for all you did and we will definitely be back.

Stephanie and Rupert were charming hosts and were very accommodating. Particularly when it came to breakfast on the first morning of our stay, as we had to be up and away very early. Also they managed to find undercover garaging for the classic car that we were travelling in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hobbs Farmhouse. The rural setting was perfect, offering both a lovely quiet place to stay but also conveniently situated for touring the area around Chichester and the coast. The farmhouse was beautiful, with its lovely duckpond with ducks and moorhens, its delightful garden (complete with hammock which guests can use in good weather) and peaceful setting. The bedroom was lovely and big, airy and light and tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of storage, and everything you needed (including hairdryer, fan etc) and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Little touches like delicious home-made shortbread to accompany the tea and coffee making facilities were really appreciated, and we even had the use of a small fridge to ourselves. The cooked breakfast was delicious and plentiful and there was plenty of choice. Above all, what made our stay so enjoyable was the warm welcome that our hosts Stephanie and Rupert, gave us: they were charming and so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to recommend places to eat, even offering to phone a pub on our behalf, had recommendations about the local area (there were also plenty of leaflets, maps and other information about the local area in the bedroom) and were really friendly and pleased to open their home and garden to us. They definitely deserve the status of Superhosts and we would not hesitate to recommend staying at Hobbs Farmhouse. Indeed we will be back ourselves in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the duckpond. We chose it because it looked so homely and full of character and weren't disappointed. The room was gorgeous, the house is lovely and most of all, the host made you feel completely at home. I would highly recommend.

We were made to feel really welcome . The rooms were really tasteful and comfortable. Breakfasts were fab. This farmhouse is beautiful. Rupert & Stephaine could not of been more helpful and accommodating. We were also allowed to have our dogs stay over.

A lovely property every inch of what it described we had a lovely 2 nights here

Fabulous accommodation. Lived up to the description and Stephanie was helpful as and when needed. Only disappointment was that the hot tub was broken throughout out stay! This took the edge of the stay as this was a big attraction of the accommodation.

A lovely, spacious cabin in a good location to explore Sussex. We were a party of five including our two year old, his grandparents, my wife and me. The cabin is on a quiet site which was great for us, but probably not for our neighbours with our littlun in full voice! That said, we couldn't hear a peep from any of the young children on the site. The cabin is well appointed with a nice kitchen / lounge with everything you need for a short, self-catering stay. The bedrooms were great - bunk beds in one room which had enough space for our travel cot, a double with ensuite and a twin. The family bathroom (which had a bath) was opposite the twin room. The place was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The cabin is surrounded by decking with a hot-tub sunken into the deck. The hot tub was a very pleasant addition as the weather during the week we stayed was pretty nippy. There was enough outside space for our little man to tootle about on his bike but under supervision in case a car passed the cabin (which was actually extremely rare). There is a 'Vintage Inn' pub within a two minute walk of the cabin which served some nice ales but the food was pretty average, unfortunately. All said, it was a very nice stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What a find! Great value for money, had everything we needed for a long weeeknd, we'll come back again if it's available. Very family friendly (we had 3 adults, a 2 yr old and a 3 mo old). The hot tub was a very welcome addition and lovely in the evenings. Would highly recommend!
