Modern, colorful, and quiet space and living area with easy feasibility to use.
Quite warm in the winter, cool in the summer, with a nice sunrise.
cool lighting suitable for all times, flexible to change depending on the right activity.
Friendly space to enjoy the indoor activities.
Nearby the markets, churches, bars, and all needed.
I live in a kind of lovely corner small flat, on the second floor, with a nice view on the main street.
When you go in, you can find a hall. On the left, there is the kitchen space. Opposite it, there is a dining table on the right.
After that on the left, there is a small corridor taking you to the bedrooms and the bathroom, and you will find the living area on the right of the corridor which is including the TV and six sites with 3 small serving tables.
In the corridor there are 3 doors, the door on the right is my personal bedroom, the door on the left is the bathroom, the door, in the end, is the guest bedroom.
Finally, my neighbors are OK. They are lovely and they also help a lot.
I love my house, but it isn’t mine! I’m renting it!
The neighborhood is nice and quite, show respect you will get respect as well.
Humam was very friendly with me. I didn't only meet a host but a true friend. He is very cool, very funny and I felt really comfortable in his house. The appartment was clean, fresh (thank God, there is AC 24/7) and I love his cat. I will for sure come back again and keep in touch with him. LOVE YOU HUMAM!

Moni was a great host and really made me feel welcome. She's a really interesting person and we had some great conversations. She provided tasty breakfasts and lifts into town, as well as advice about life in Erbil. The apartment was clean, as advertised, and the view from the room was also an added bonus! It was much nicer (and cheaper!) than staying in a hotel. Thank you Moni!
