NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment here for travelers who like to spend a little break in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The Reisermühle. In the middle of nature.

We rent out the outhouse on our farm. We live here with our two children and have 2 free-range pigs, 9 sheep, chickens and ducks. On our Aeral there is a beautiful stream where you can make great stream walks through the forest. In about 600m distance there is a swimming lake. 5 minutes by car to Altötting, 45 minutes to Munich and 1 hour to the mountains.
