Our stay was perfect. We were in town to visit family a short drive away, so we didn't spend much time in the room but it met all our needs: big comfy bed, good wifi, dark at night, quiet, clean, and a bathroom to ourselves.

We had a really great night! The house is beautiful and everything was very clean. We loved the bed!!! Thank you so much.

Great stay in a friendly home

Bonnie and Emil were wonderful hosts in Fort Collins. Arrived very late at their home but Emil was there to welcome us even though it was past midnight. Very clean and spacious room in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Good hosts to connect with and the fact that they moved from the East Coast made it easier. Emil helped with the Rockies travel and though I personally didn't get a chance to meet with Bonnie, she was proactively reaching out and helping us as if we are their extended family. They even had some snacks and bottled water and the room had even a TV and a Fridge. The best stay i have taken till now and its value for money in anyway we look at it. I wish I could give them 7 Stars.

A beautiful home in a quiet, residential, neighborhood while also being close to restaurants and shops! The room was clean, spacious, and it was nice to have a desk. I would highly recommend this airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Bonnie and Emil were very great. The room was large and clean with a nice TV and big closet. The bathroom was very nice as well. Emil had great hiking suggestions for us and was very welcoming. I would definitely stay with Bonnie and Emil again when in Fort Collins!

this is the place to stay close to fort collins and denver! robertas house is located in a very nice neighborhood and also close to shopping and restaurants. the room and the bed are just perfect. roberta and family, thank you very much for 3 unique days. I will be back!

This location is one of the best community around Fort Collins area, easy to access everything you want. The pictures were listed exactly matched the actual one. In fact, I loved her backyard more than others. The room is facing the east and quiet in the night.

Roberta was great with communication and was a very gracious host. We felt right at home! Even with a couple other guests and her 2 kids, it was quiet and very nice.

Roberta was there to welcome us upon arrival. We met her lovely children as well. The room had everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Roberta also gave us a list of stores and restaurants in the area. Every morning there was a continental breakfast for us too. We felt very welcomed and would happily stay there again.

I loved Ann's place. It is a peaceful country home, close to the city. Everything is as described. Except for Elzie, her gentleman dog. I am in love with that infectious smile and wavy hair. Ann is generous and great company as well. Five stars.

Great communication, quiet country atmosphere, warm and hospitable atmosphere. Ann even made me a special oatmeal casserole for breakfast! I wish I could have stayed longer than 1 night. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous!

Ann's house is in a great location - you feel as if you're out in the country, but are only minutes away from Old Town in Fort Collins. The accommodations were exceptional, with some very interesting books in the bookshelf. Ann's home is very lovely, with beautiful gardens out back. Ann was the best host we've had for our Airbnb experiences. We had great conversations and an overall exceptional experience!

The location is beautiful, the accommodations the best and spotlessly clean, and the hospitality and conversation wonderful. If I travel this way again, I know where I will stay!

Marilyn is just the best kind of host you can find. The room was so clean and stocked with all sorts of toiletries that you might forget to pack. We really appreciated the thoughts and effort the hosts put into their home. It was lovely and this is absolutely one of my favorite places I've stayed.

Marilyn and Mike were stellar hosts. They provided all of the amenities described and made my stay extra pleasant with snacks, drinks, a ride to the shuttle station, and just genuine kindness that inspires me to pay it forward.

Natasha was the sweetest. Her place was very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. She decorated impeccably and had everything we needed. She's a great communicator and was very friendly and accommodating She made us feel at home. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and family friendly. The golf course was really nice. Great place and we look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay with Denise. She was professional and gracious, and she made us feel most welcome. We were in Fort Collins helping our son move across the country, and were hoping for a sort of home away from home place. We were so pleased with the lovely basement apartment, it was just as nice as pictured and even more spacious than expected. The three of us had plenty of room to settle in, we slept well in our comfy beds, and we enjoyed relaxing and watching movies in the cozy living room. Denise's house is conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood, away from the busy streets, but a close trip to downtown. All in all, we were so happy with everything and would definitely stay with Denise again.

This was a spacious basement apartment- great for families.

Denise went out of her way to be extremely hospitable throughout our entire visit. The basement is even more spacious than shown in the pictures, and just as beautiful. Very friendly animals live upstairs, but there wasn't a single dog or cat hair to be found in the rented space. My friends and I had a great weekend, and I will definitely call Denise again the next time I'm in Ft. Collins!

Denise was absolutely amazing! My family (wife and 10 months old son) arrived at about 9:30 PM and Denise was very accommodating. She was friendly, helpful and professional. She was great with our son and even tried to be extra quiet in the morning (it wasn't necessary because he sleeps like a rock, but the extra effort on her part just shows how mindful she is of her guest). She also had a wonderful bottle of wine, yogurt and chocolate covered pretzels stocked in the apartment. The apartment was as described (if not better) and really made us feel at home. My wife and I highly recommend this place!

"Home Sweet Home" is the perfect rental if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, and welcoming home. Brad and Theresa are trusting and respectable hosts. The house was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space! It is a short drive to downtown Fort Collins, but is worth the drive when you consider the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We hope to be able to stay there again!

We had a lovely visit staying at this beautiful home. The owners are very friendly and the home is fully equipped. The neighborhood is a nice golfing community. We were very happy with this rental.

We had amazing time in this house. The house is gorgeous and even more beautiful than the pictures shown. It's clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you'll ever need. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We've seen a lot of cute little bunnies and pretty birds. Though I never met Jena, communication with her through text was very easy. Jena's mother, Gloria and her husband Jim were extremely nice. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful time here. We were greeted warmly with a welcome basket filled with snacks, fresh beautiful flowers, well stocked refrigerator and more! Debby, the neighbor is super sweet and caring too. We love everything about this trip!

Gloria was extremely welcoming, met us at the house, had a basket of goodies for the kids and even a high chair and playpen for the little one. Each bathroom had a little basket with items such as a toothbrush, lip balm just in case you needed it. The house is also very close to Walmart and supermarkets if anything was needed. Our stay there was very enjoyable, kids loved it and spent a lot of time outside in the yard and porch / balcony even though it was hot! Would love to stay there again when we are in the area.

This is a beautiful home set on a golf course with lots of spaces to sit and visit and enjoy the park like setting. Gloria and Jim went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Gloria had a snack basket and breakfast supplies waiting for us (we had a late arrival). The basket of personal items in each bathroom came in handy as we all seem to forget one or two things. They helped with our special needs from toddlers to "handicapable" . Although they were not in town their neighbor helped us out with our few questions. It was truly a memorable family reunion and we even had room to have a few family friends in the area over for a picnic.

Tawnya and Matt were very pleasant and helpful. The room has easy separate access and is in the opposite corner of the living area from the families rooms. A busy Thanksgiving weekend sort of consumed everyone's time....perhaps we can tell fishing tales on another visit :) Thank you!

Buy far my best stay on my month traveling in the US. I received a welcoming note fresh bottled water the most comfortable bed with a TV in the room. Bathroom was stunning and clean with fresh towels. I received a list of some great activities for in and around town. Its the small things that count. Matt and Tawnya are the best.

Accommodations are wonderful, the hosts are very kind and friendly, and the price is a super bargain. I would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

Beautiful private room located on the lake with a separate entrance. Nothing better than waking up to a lake view! Tawnya and her husband were very nice and had a welcome letter and two bottles of water waiting upon our arrival. The room was clean and sheets practically new. The bed was omg sooo comfy! Tom and Kim were exceptional hosts. Their home is lovely, modern and clean, exactly as pictured and described on the website. Several family members met in Fort Collins for our son's graduation from CSU. It was obvious that we scored the best accommodations of the group... near enough to campus and Old Town to drive there in a few minutes but far enough away to avoid the traffic and chaos. The location is so convenient, just blocks away from shopping, restaurants, bike trails, you name it, yet in a very nice residential area. Tom and Kim were attentive and generous. Besides providing everything you could expect in a well equipped apartment, there was a bowl of fresh fruit and coffee/tea to welcome us. Communication was excellent throughout the process. If our travels bring us back to Fort Collins, this will be the first place we check.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The owner provided everything we needed - towels, a lot of different soaps, a selection of blankets and comforters. The owner is quite friendly and welcoming. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt secure and safe there. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a very nice stay at Mark's place. Everything was as described and he was very warm and friendly. Good location with near main roads. The house was quite and peaceful and my room was very private. Easy access coming and going to and from the house. Marble (the dog) was too cute and very well behaved. Highly recommend this place for a good stay.

Leslie and Aaron are great hosts! The house is warm and inviting and has all a traveler would need both long and short term stays. Plus you can park in the garage! The area is a beautiful neighborhood with many walking trails. It's close to downtown and local businesses. Leslie and Aaron are very accommodating and help out when needed! This is the second time I've been a guest in Marie's home. And it feels like a home away from home ! Always clean and fresh. A calm sanctuary. The bedroom offers a quiet space and I sleep wonderfully in the very comfortable bed. The location is convenient to both the city of Fort Collins and has good access to the interstate. I will definitely make Marie's home my first choice on my next visit.

My stay a Marie's home was wonderful. We met at the appointed time and check in was easy. The room is as described, spacious and well furnished. The room is in the basement and has a light and airy garden window. Very quiet and great for sleeping with a wonderful queen sized bed. A 1/2 bath is available on the main floor and a full bath on the second floor. A good location in a southern suburban setting on a quiet cul de sac. Access to I-25 is easy. A vehicle is recommended as public transport is distant. Marie is a delight and I enjoyed our conversations. Her home is serene, calm, quiet and lovely. You will very much enjoy your stay :-)

This is spacious and comfortable basement apartment. It is quiet and the hosts are gracious. The bedding on the queen bed was the most cozy and comfortable I've ever slept on—the softest fleece sheets and blankets. Such a treat.

This place is outstanding! The basement is enormous and there is plenty of room to sleep in the common basement area if your group is not needing their own rooms.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. I especially enjoyed the towels provided, so soft. No complaints about anything and the family was kind and inviting.

Mrs. Bonnie was absolutely wonderful!! Her place is extremely nice and comfortable along with plenty of room! If I ever make a trip back to Fr. Collins I will definitely stay again!

Staying at Bonnie's was wonderful! My husband and I had the full run of the basement. There was a kitchen that included a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. Seating galore if you want to have people visit you (which Bonnie allows up until midnight). The bed wasn't comfortable for me personally, but everyone needs different support, so I wouldn't suggest that it will be bad for you. I just moved to the trundle bed in the other room and that worked for me. Everything you might need is provided. It was very comfortable and easy. I highly recommend it!

Bonnie and her husband live in a lovely neighborhood and were very welcoming. Their space was a perfect fit for our group of six and much more welcoming and spacious than renting a hotel room. Bonnie's husband even cleaned the snow off our vehicle the morning that we were leaving! I would definitely stay with them again.
