Raimund is an excellent host. He got early with us in touch, explained how to get to Furstenried and were to park (not the Rewe or you will be town :). Most remarkable, when we had a bed frame malfunction Raimund immediately fixed the problem. (He is a handyman also :). His apartment is super clean. My girl friend and I enjoy his tea. (there is a kitchenette in the hallway). Also, Raimund let us stay until the afternoon when it was check out day. Such service you won't find even in a hotel. We highly recommend Raimund's place!

This is one of the best places you can find in Munich the place is very clean and Raimund is so helpful. The place is only 18 minutes drive from downtown Munich and a lot of parking spots around the place even when I come late. If you looking for a quite place then this is the one you need.

I liked very much ti stay at Raimund's house. He was very helpful with city info and how to get to his place and to move inside the city. Also I have to say the house is very clean and peaceful. I recommend it.

Raimund is a nice guy and very reachable. He will provide you with a lot of information as well as a lot of rules for his home! This doesn't mean that it is a place to avoid but that it's not a place for everyone. Apart from that, it is a bit secluded from the city center (although it is just 50m from a Metro Station).

Raimund is a great host. The flat is a bit far from the center but its right next to the subway so this is not a big deal.

Cozy space just outside the city and easy access to metra system

Franz is very available for every need, he helped us every time we needed something. The apartment is nice, clean and very well positioned. We were in Munich for Oktoberfest and in 3 minutes on foot there's subway by which the Oktoberfest could be reached in 15 minutes. We'll probably come back next year

It's a great accessible place day and night through public transportation. 4 mins walking distance from the bus and U3 ubahn station. Clean and Franz is very helpful and friendly. A great place for a stay to explore center of Munich.

Franz may not be present during your stay. There are other renters in the home. The upstairs apartment has a lock. However, it was a bit strange entering the home without the host there.

Very nice location, it's far from downtown but close from U Bahn. There're 2 markets very close too. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is very cosy and the room/kitchen is full equipped so you don't have to bring anything. I would stay again.

It was big enough for a family of four adults. The bathroom was quite spacious and clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a bit far from the airport (2 hours by subway) but only 20 minutes from the city center where the tourists go. Restaurant choices were limited to two, an Italian and a German, but both were good.

Franz's place was as expected. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood just outside the city. It was easy to get to, and Franz was great to communicate with.

The apartment is new and very nice, as shown by the pictures. It is located around 10 minutes walk from the Ubahn station in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and Franz was always very responsive and nice.

Definitely a fantastic experience. My friend and I arrived Munich at late night. Mark couldn't greet us but we found his memos everywhere in the house. It is a sweet, warm and clean room. We met Mark and his (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) in the morning and it was so generous for them to share German breakfast with us. There was also a fantastic flea market in the neighborhood and we spent a morning with all people. We enjoyed our stay very much, highly recommendation for our host!

Great cozy place, not far from the public transport.

Sophia was welcoming and friendly. She was not around most of the time, so basically the the room and the toilet are yours to use. It's a pity there was no kitchen, and it is quite a far distance to the U-Bahn (12 min walk + 17 min to city centre). Otherwise, the house was quiet, had good ventilation and was clean.

The apartment is very clean and has a nice style, the room ist lovely but too small comparing to the price. The Email communication with Sophia was uncomplicated and and the check in went well and fast with no difficulties. Anyways, we couldn't find any restaurant or market in the neighborhood and there was no kitchen in the apartment. So we drove to the city center, which is about 1/2 hour by car. For our stay for one night it was ok though. Unfortunately we could not meet Sophia personally when she was home but she had prepared everything very well and we stayed in contact with the Email. Besides, we think afterwards that the price is too high, since there were no kitchen or fridge in the apartment and no food shop oder kiosk in the neighborhood as we arrived late. We recommend this accommodation for people who want to stay one night, and who have a car so that they can drive to the city if they need something.

Very nice room. Quite place. All went smoothly whereas Sophia wasn't even there. It is very convenient to able to check in at any time.

Yefta was a super welcoming host! He made breakfast every morning and even left food out for me when he had to leave early which was incredibly thoughtful. Easy ~20min train ride into the city center.

Great host and cosy apartment. Yefta was very attentive and caring all the time. He is a respectful guy and very organised. The flat was very clean and everything was ok. I slept in a small mattress, but it was ok for the price and only 2 nights. But ai had a couch available as well.

Cosy room with really adaptive host. Sofa is relatively small, so you should consider the length of your legs. Fantastic breakfast and good communication. Yefta is great to have a chat with and really welcoming.

Clean as a whistle, quiet and easy to find. For this price it fit my needs for a quick over night between flights. A major bonus for me was getting in a nice long run in the Forstenrieder Park which is less than 10 from the flat by foot. Yefta was friendly, accommodating and super chill.

A simple place to stay, just beds and a bathroom. But everything was clean and all communication was very clear. The neighborhood was quiet, but there is also easy U-Bahn access to get downtown.

It's very kind of the householder. He gave me a map before we arrived which helps a lot. The room is really clean and near to the subway station. but the third bed, the single bed , is really small. My friend can't put his feet on the bed. We need to share the bathroom with someone else.

Great communication and flexible with check-in time. Everything was well prepared and he had many ideas and pamphlets available for what to do in the city. Great stay!

Raimund's place is very clean! Close to metro station and there is a brilliant Italian restaurant within a short walk. It is a bit away from the centre, it takes around thirty minutes by metro to get into the main town square, it is one direct line though.

Immaculately clean apartment in a nice residential part of town. About 20+ minutes to the city center but the trains/public transportation were nearby and very easy to use (even for an out-of-towner). Lars was accommodating to our needs and was a great host.

The space was very clean and Patrick was very helpful helping us settle in. We came for Oktoberfest and the location was great. There was some miscommunication about security deposit but we were able to figure it out!

I stayed with two friends at Goran's apartment, and overall we had a very nice stay. The room was exactly as it looked in the photos, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern. Additionally, Goran and his roommates were very friendly and welcoming, and they gave us great tips for exploring Munich and Oktoberfest. Goran's apartment is located in a very quaint suburb of Munich, and it takes about a half an hour to get into the downtown area using the metro. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Goran's apartment.

Es war megagut :) Super nette und hilfsbereite Truppe, gemütliche Wohnung und bequeme Schlafmöglichkeiten auch für drei Besucher. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Erwähnt werden sollte außerdem die fancy Dusche die nach dem Wiesnbesuch die Lebensgeister wieder weckt und die Versorgung mit fantastischen Rührei. Echt nicht selbstverständlich dankeeee :)

The house was clean and comfortable. But the location is not really good. It's far from station and far from city center. But if you dont mind of location the house is nice to stay. The host was kind and helpful and the cats are so cute.

The apartment was clean and matched the pictures! Miguel and his sister were very welcoming and his cats are friendly :) the apartment is a little far away from the center but it is easy to access by bus/ metro.

Miguel is a friendly and nice guy. We came late in the evening but he was waiting for us and showed us sein the house. His house is really nice, clean and quiet at night. The public transport connection from the main station is quite good, even late in the evening. He answers all email very fast. I highly recommend you to stay there.

Although me and my boyfriend stayed just for getting some sleep before coming back home it's a perfect choice if you're thinking about visiting Munich on budget. Miquel's cats are so friendly!
