On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The enclosed unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-designed private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live in the upper floors with my family. The twenty meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is right in front of their bedroom, can be used at any time. Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerberges (Wanderung ca. 50min) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
