I’ll also take you inside the 11th-century cheese-aging caves, constructed by the Ubaldini family who ruled this part of Tuscany. • Taste the fruits of our labor! I’ll guide you through a tasting of our cheeses, from fresh to aged. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes glimpse at what modern farmstead cheesemaking looks like in a historic corner of Tuscany.

Take a break from travel fatigue and experience a deeper connection with Italian culture by mastering the art of homemade pasta in our hands-on cooking class in Florence. Join us at our cooking school in the historic city centre, right by the Arno River, for a fun, interactive and unique experience led by professional chefs. In various shapes, you’ll learn the secrets of making traditional Italian pasta like RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE, and TORTELLI. We provide everything you need—kitchen apron, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After crafting your pasta, we’ll cook it together and enjoy the meal family-style with the group. Tomato sauce for fettuccine is made in advance and butter&sage is made in front of you. MY FARM three experiences in one day

Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We'll meet in Florence, where a driver will take you to our farm in just 45 minutes. What will we do? 1) Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history with plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos.  You may even meet our friendly, domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2) Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white, red, aged straight from the barrel, and "Vin Santo" a classic sweet wine. You’ll also sample our premium olive oil and watch a short film about our mission. You'll have the chance to purchase wines at exclusive cellar prices or order them to ship. 3) The final part is all about making fresh pasta! Raffaella or Laura will teach you how to craft it using authentic techniques, then cook all your pasta together (it won't be possible to do individual cooking) to enjoy it as a group at a long table, just like a traditional Italian family. Our organic wine will accompany the meal. We'll be around 20 participants for an authentic Italian experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The round trip to Florence has a cost of 20 Euro per person to be paid directly to the driver by card before the return journey.

My little organic Farm

You will immerse yourself in our little world not only made up of work but of history, nature, passion and many beautiful farm animals. We will walk through the fields in the company of our dogs and we will explain how we were born and how we got to this day, our philosophy and the reasons for our choices. We will observe the vineyard and its phases, the olive grove where the sheep graze in the beautiful meadow below and we will personally go to get to know them one by one. We will show you our cow Vilma running freely in the fields and the happy hens producing red yolk eggs. We will show you the cellar where we produce the wine and where we store the exquisite extra virgin olive oil. Then we will all sit together to taste the wines, oil and cheeses that we produce naturally with so much passion.

Horseback Riding and Wine Tasting in Tuscany

We will pick you up from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch. Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour back to our Ranch. After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and then we will drive you to the Villa (by van - only 3 min drive) where you will continue with the second part of the experience. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Ci incontreremo nella mia fattoria, immersa nella campagna del Chianti Classico. Ci incontreremo direttamente nella nostra fattoria: abbiamo due sedi diverse all'interno della nostra proprietà, dove svolgiamo le nostre lezioni di cucina, accessibili da due strade diverse. Vi invieremo l'indirizzo esatto del luogo in cui svolgerete la vostra attività qualche giorno prima. Insieme prepareremo la pasta fatta a mano, utilizzando le erbe aromatiche del nostro orto e il nostro olio extravergine di oliva. Impareremo anche a usare diversi formati di pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli e tortelloni). Vi insegnerò a preparare l'impasto del pane e a realizzare tante ricette diverse con questo impasto versatile.
