Bienvenue au studio26. J’ai rénové ce studio en 2016 dans un esprit vintage; Situé au 6 é étage (avec ascenseur), il dispose d'une salle de bain et d'une pièce principale ouverte sur un grand balcon avec vue sur les montagnes.

Il est situé à 5 minutes de la place des Romains et 10 minutes du centre ville. Une place de parking est réservée à l'arrière de l'immeuble, Vous trouverez au pied de l’immeuble, un carrefour city, ainsi qu’une excellente boulangerie, une pharmacie et arrêt de bus. Le canapé s’ouvre en 1 seconde et est équipé d’un couchage haut de gamme très confortable. Wifi illimitée, 200 chaines de télé. Les draps et linge de toilette sont fournis, ainsi que les bases du petit déjeuner. Location de 2 nuits minimum. Un book vous attend avec tous les bons plans et manifestations . Les fumeurs sont acceptés sur le balcon.

The flat is very well decorated and modern. It has everything you need and a great view. Patricia is very friendly, she briefly described the surroundings and has a special booklet where we could find all needed spots. Highly recommended!

An ideal studio to discover Annecy. The city center is nearby, 15 minutes of walking, no car needed. Patricia thought at all, the studio is well equipped. And what kind enough to pick me up at the station!
