Close to everything . two of the biggest fortress of attractions are on the same street the Pirate and the Lupus which has humor show, the cultural center of Sea Dragon is just behind, several tourism agencies are in the same street also beyond the market. And nothing beats the sea breeze on your balcony. The manu was a great host always very helpful. We will definitely come more often! ;)

If I lived in Fortaleza, I would want to live in this apartment. Fantastic location; close to everything. Great ocean view. A very comfortable apartment. Very safe area as you can walk for hours and be entertained on the beach boardwalk. Easy public transportation; supermarkets and pharmacy close by. Av Beira Mar is the most "Chic" section of Fortaleza. I Highly recommend Iracema Residence and would love to stay here again.

This big apartment is great for 2 or more. Walkable to the beach and to the Dragao do Mar center. No AC, but it is very breezy, which helps. No WiFi except in the lobby.
