Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Stylishly decorated wooden summer house, set on a lovely piece of land in quiet surroundings, and close to the forest and lovely sandy beach. Spacious living room combined with open kitchen. For the house there is both a covered and open terrace. There is a sofa bed in the living room, and two rooms with double beds. The cottage is suitable for max 6 people. In addition, there is 1 piece. Baby cot. The holiday home includes 10 m2 covered terrace, and 80 m2 of lovely large wooden terrace with BBQ, and garden furniture.

Small, cozy, family-friendly summer house on closed land with old trees 550 meters from one of Denmark's best (child-friendly) beaches. The house has a cozy alcove, perfect for reading books, watching dvd movies (classics for kids and adults). The garden offers a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox, as well as a covered terrace. The house includes bicycles, so you can bike a ride in Bøtøskoven, where there are wild horses! Bring your own bed linens and towels You are expected to clean yourself after the stay.

Charming blue cottage close to lovely beach

Valhøjhuset is a lovely little holiday home, located at the end of a long driveway on a peaceful plot naturally bordered by trees and bushes, and only 500 meters from the wide and child-friendly sandy beach. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm wide), and another sofa bed for 1-2 people in the kitchen / living room (can be made to 140 cm). Enjoy long walks on the beach, and not least the small private blue house with secluded and covered terrace with barbecue and direct forest views.

Flot anneks i romantisk stil. Huset er på 36 kvm. Køkken, stue, spiseplads og soveværelse i én, derudover er der badeværelse med brus. Terrasse med havemøbler. Huset ligger i naturskønt område i den del, som kaldes "det gamle Marielyst" En af Danmarks bedste badestrande ligger kun 300 meter væk. Det tager 5 minutter at gå til Marielyst torv, hvor der er skønne butikker og gode spisesteder. El afregnes på stedet. I 2023 nye vinduer og døre samt varmepumpe.
