Staying at Patty's place was a great experience. She was very helpful and accommodating, and even made us freshly-made coffee cake! The space was a great size and gave us plenty of space to get settled in. Patty had any amenity you could think of...it was easy to feel at home.

The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. We were only there for one night but I could see it being comfortable for a week or so. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The snacks, fresh fruit and coffee were a nice addition. Patty was great with communication and made everything simple. It's a short drive into Lewes so it was perfect for us.

This place is a must stay!!! Perfectly close to literally everything. And amazingly beautiful with a modern feel. Once you walk up the stairs, you will immediately feel it is well worth your while. We are already thinking about planning our next trip there.

Patty's place is amazing! We had the best time and I can't say enough great things about it. Location - perfectly situated right off the main strip and easily accessible to all the beaches, restaurants and outlet shopping, but is nicely tucked away in a residential area that is quiet and safe. Accommodations - cute, comfortable and most importantly CLEAN. Very very clean. Smells great too. Nicely furnished. Fun board games and books. Big TV. Comfy sectional sofa. Very relaxing and spacious. Value - Great bang for your buck. So many little details and touches that made our stay extra special. Nice towels and linens, basic toiletries and cooking essentials. Snacks, fresh fruit and homemade coffee cake (that we inhaled). We will definitely return and would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Lewes or the DE beaches.

Lovely experience with Patty! Space was exactly as pictured and a short drive to everything we needed: downtown Lewes and beaches. We stayed for 2 mights and maximized our beach hours, so I didn't actually get to meet Patty. But she made sure we knew everything necessary for staying (where to park, how to get in, etc) and was super accessible and accommodating via text when we had questions/needs. I had mentioned that our weekend trip was for my birthday and she left some (delicious!) birthday cupcakes for us! Such a sweet touch. The apartment has a great feel, very private with so many little things thought of: snacks, coffee, toiletries. We said staying here felt like staying with a friend of a friend!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott's cottage. The cottage was beautiful, and extremely clean/well-kept. The kitchen was stocked with any gadget/appliance we could have needed. The location was great...such a close walk to shops and restaurants.

Scott's cottage was exactly as described . It was sparkling clean and brand new. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Gourmet kitchen. High tech! Although on a main street, it is set back and quiet. Very peaceful. Parking made unloading easy. We loved everything about our stay. Especially the large tiled shower. Loved the simple relaxed feeling. The cottage was very convenient to restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance. Lewes is sweet, laid-back and totally charming. Our host was away during our visit but incredibly attentive. We had a small problem and he was amazingly fast at getting it corrected. I would definitely highly recommend Scott's cottage. Scott was generous (wine cooling for us) and tips on local restaurants were very helpful.

Great accommodation- clean, new, great amenities. Parking spaces are important during the busy season in Lewes. Walk everywhere, which is just what we wanted. Scott was great with communicating if needed. Coffee and tea were provided and even a welcoming bottle of wine.

The location was perfect-4 blocks to the Main Street in Lewes where all the shops and restaurants are. The house was de irately very nicely and the kitchen was so much fun to use as it is very modern and upscale. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The house was ultra clean and had everything we needed. Scott was very accommodating and easy to reach. My kids loved the place and asked when we could return. And the beach is about 2 miles away, completely unspoiled and no boardwalk or crazy shops selling cheap trinkets on the beach. Just sunshine and gentle waves and a laid back vibe. I highly recommend this place and hope to return!

We truly had a wonderful time during our stay at the Cottage in Lewes! Scott was the perfect host, and our family absolute loved the beach and charming small town. The Cottage was a breath of fresh air compared to staying in a hotel. We can't wait to return for another visit!

THIS is what you hope all Airbnb experiences will be like! My husband and I reached out to Leisa in hopes of staying at the Rodney House for a few days after our wedding and she was quick to respond, incredibly kind and immensely helpful. The house itself is more charming than the pictures can show, the decor is comfortable and chic and the location is simply perfect. They left us champagne and chocolates for when we arrived as well as everything in the house we would need. The town of Lewes was so quaint and welcoming and the food options were fabulous. We can't thank Leisa and Debbie enough. It was the perfect plce to begin our marriage. Thank you!!

This was a great find! It's located on "main" street with ample boutiques and dining options and there are numerous churches in the neighborhood. I even visited the local spa which was nice. The house was exactly as listed. Very cozy and very well decorated. Parking can be a bit tricky but the meters weren't being charged so that was great plus there's off street parking available. It's the perfect spot for solo traveling or a couple. I can definitely see me returning again. OH and I had the BEST mimosa (raspberry) in life at Nectar.

This little bungalow in Lewes is just as quaint and comfortable as the pictures show! But what I did not expect was how quaint, kind, and lovely the town of Lewes is. By the end of the weekend we preferred strolling and eating in Lewes over the busier nearby beaches. The home is right above the shopping on 2nd street, one if the small main streets filled with fantastic understated restaurants, cute antique shops, and a delicious homemade ice cream shop (among many other things). The walk to Lewes beach is doable - about 12 minutes. We loved our stay here.

Lovely home! The location, furnishing, and atmosphere are perfect. We deeply appreciated all of the thoughtful touches from the giant jar of taffy to the beach towels. We hope to visit again soon.

What a wonderful place in the heart of Lewes! My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The place has a great living room with lots of natural light and great view of 2nd Street. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with deck access overlooking the marina. The house is right in the mix of action. There are great places to eat in walking distance and minutes away from the bay and the Henlopen State Park beach. It is a great place to stay for first time users!

The Rodney House was wonderful. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and great amenities. The location is prime--it's on the main downtown street with delicious restaurants steps away in every directions. You can tell great thought is put into the details and the way the history of the apartment, and city, is presented makes it fun. Leisa even has a book full of local sites with maps, menus from different restaurants, and a whole bunch of other helpful info that really let you take advantage of your time in Lewes. My wife and I hope to visit Lewes again and stay in the Rodney House.

My husband, our dog Luna and I had a fantastic stay - we loved being able to walk to Cantina Ultima (YUM- thanks for the suggestion!), Irish Eyes, and along the Broadkill. Everything was perfect and it was in a perfect location- close enough for day trips to Rehobeth and day drinks at Dogfish Head. We really appreciated how dog-friendly everything was, including a convenient crate big enough to leave our German Shepherd in with plenty of room. Thanks again!!

Leslie and Tony's place is a gem in the Milton historic district. Cozy, private, quiet. Nice gardens to enjoy, and within walking distance of a cute downtown area with everything you need - restaurants, walking pass along the water, ice cream shop, and liquor store to name a few. Excellent communication. Very clean, and just right for a weekend getaway. We were in town for a concert at Hudson fields, and it was very convenient.

The guest house was just as described - comfortable, quiet, convenient, and cozy. They even provided recommendations for dining, activities, and more in Milton. And Tony was extremely accommodating, specifically in providing extra linens for the sofa bed. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

A quiet little place to stay near the shore and Dogfish head brewery. Not a place to spend multiple nights with 4 people, but really great for a night to enjoy the brewery and the surrounding area! Super easy check in and check out, great communication!

Staying in the library was a wonderful experience. Leslie and Tony made us feel right and home from the time we arrived until we left. The space was very comfortable and just as the pictures showed. It was a very convenient location to stay for the Weekend of Compelling Ales and Whatnot event we attended at Dogfish Head and the Brewery was only a quick 10 minute walk away through a quaint town. Leslie provided us with some great suggestions of places to try and Milton is a great little town. The drive down to Rehoboth Beach was only about 20 minutes and very easy. This place is exactly what we were looking for to attend the event, it couldn't have been any easier. We would definitely stay here again and plan to if we decide to attend in 2017. Everything was clean and basically brand new. Both the host and place were wonderful.

This was one of my favorite airbnbs ever. The library lining the downstairs is just so lovely, with a ladder going up each side. The upstairs sleeping loft is way more than it looks in pictures---it is really spacious, and there are tons of really wonderful art books lining the low shelves. What a pleasure. It's kind of an introvert's delight at the beach---about half an hour from Rehoboth and Lewes, and it's so quiet and lovely here to recharge from the crowds and the sun. There's a fridge and coffee pot and we did fine with just that in the absence of a full kitchen. Actually very easy. Milton is adorable, it reminds me for some reason of Hudson, NY but before it got crowded/"discovered"/profiled in the NYT. Super cute. The hosts were great--we kept having to delay our arrival time and they were super flexible and nice about it, and everything we needed was here when we got here. There's an informative binder and a bunch of information about stuff to do in Milton and environs, like outdoor movies in the summer. Super adorable, relaxing, one of my absolute favorite airbnbs

Cool space with lots of books and great for travelers who need a dog-friendly place. Wifi signal provided was weak (and if you have AT&T or Verizon mobiles, cell phone signal is also weak...1-2 bars) in the guest house. Checking my personal email was challenging at times depending on where I was in the guest house-if you use cell phone data by the dining room table, access is slightly better. Post-rain storm during my stay: found ants by bathroom door (ant spray provided in kitchen by host helped slightly. Perhaps this is a common issue based on location?) This may not be ideal for those planning to stay with multiple guests for longer than a few days; there is NO kitchen sink (must use bathroom sink for water/wash dishes) and there is a dorm room sized fridge. Food Lion and a few restaurants are near by so can make food/drink runs as needed. Area is very quiet and host very responsive. Nice spot for short term stays especially if traveling with a dog (large dog crate and toys provided by host). Appreciated the quiet area and binder with suggestions of local restaurants.

Didn't meet Paul, but met the roommate Billy. Billy was friendly and cool. Space was small with only a futon and lamp. The futon was rather hard. Basic accommodations, but close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

My stay at Paul's was excellent. He was very prompt in my messages to him about what time I was coming during the day. His place is very clean and the room was exactly how it is described. Definitely recommend! The neighborhood is very nice, very safe, and easy to get to especially following Paul's instructions in the listing.

Paul's place was very convenient! walking distance to outlet malls, bars, restaurants, and fun stuff for the kids. We stayed one night. The room was clean and cosy. The futon was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were high quality.

Even though I only stayed for one night at Paul's place, I could immediately tell why he got such good reviews on here. He's very quick with his communication so you would never feel like you're truly lost since he's always there to help. The place is so clean and spotless, from the front door all the way to the room that I stayed in. He also left instructions and recommendations for how to set up bed and places to eat in the room. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision choosing Paul's place and would definitely come back here in the future if I ever visit Rehoboth beach again.

Anita is very courteous host. Her place is a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy near-by beaches (Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewis)- just 10 minutes from her place; and also Bethany beach and Fenwick island (25-30 minutes). I would highly recommend her place.

Anita went above and beyond to create cheerful comfort and convenience. Her enthusiasm for being a great host was apparent in many thoughtful touches (including an array of self-serve healthy snacks, and she even had time and energy to offer homemade breakfast when I stayed). She, John and Monica are truly lovely people whose company offers competition to the beach -- and that is a high compliment! It was an easygoing stay all around, the place is fresh and clean, and bonus: their animal companions are very sweeeet!

My stay at Anita's couldn't have gone any better. Anita and her husband John are some of the nicest people I've ever met, they showed my friend and I what hospitality really means. Their house was very clean and tucked in a quiet neighborhood very close to the outlets and the beach. I was in town for the Dogfish Dash at Dogfish Brewery and it was conveniently located only 20 minutes from their house. I slept great in the bedroom with the twin beds and in the morning she had an array of breakfast foods to choose from. This is the best Airbnb experience I've had so far. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be staying again!

It's the coolest place I have ever been, what's cooler, Sandi and Steve are soooo considerate and sweet!!! We had dinner and breakfast and chatted a lot, I had a wonderful experience for the first time staying in a farm, really enjoyed talking to Sandi and Steve and playing with Chloe. :P

Sandy and Steve are very happy to have guests at their home, we felt very welcomed. The room is big, quiet and extra clean. It's true! You will enjoy a wonderful breakfasts all cook by Sandy and we sat and started our day laughing and having a great conversation with this lovely couple, while Chloe is keeping company (and knowing that bacon is on the table) They gave us suggestion and directions of places, they know the area very well. Sandy & Steve's home was the perfect place to stay for our visit to the Delaware beaches! We loved that we were able to escape the crowds of people at Rehoboth and relax in the wilderness! Their home is a short drive from all of the beaches in the area; the location can't be beat! To top it off, Sandy made us a fabulous french toast bake for breakfast in the morning! We will definitely be back!

Great location, quiet street and great host

If you love walking to get a cup of coffee, stroll back to your cozy nest after a wonderful dinner and a glass ( or two) of wine, but still be close to the beach, State Park and everything else, this is a perfect place to stay. The rooms are very spacious, bed comfortable and everything very, very clean. Amy was wonderful with many great suggestions and immediate helping hands when I needed some..... I had most wonderful weekend.

Our charming accommodations at The Nest as well as our very gracious, thoughtful hostess Amy helped make our first visit to Lewes a wonderful experience. The Nest served as a perfect home base for us to explore Lewes for a few days. Historic, very clean, well-appointed with antiques and the vintage touches that my wife so enjoys, the Nest is very welcoming with all the little comforts of home and even a new bathroom addition. We arrived during a storm and our hostess made sure to provide extra towels and even some raincoats. Although there is no kitchen Amy does provide guests with a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and microwave along with many other smaller thoughtful amenities. We were initially concerned that this was a room versus an entire home but The Nest is attached to the main house guests are given a private entrance and code, very easy to come and go. The location of The Nest is quite perfect - a quiet residential street just a couple of blocks (a 5 minute walk) from the main street where there are plenty of good restaurants and cute shops. We highly recommend Amy's cozy place and very much look forward to coming back again soon!

If you are looking to relax and find a quiet place to just be, then the Nest would be the prime Airbnb you need to look into. The coziness of the house which feels more like a mountain cabin is very inviting and sound.

Keith has created a delightful experience in this welcoming and cozy Georgetown home. His special touches and décor make your visit both unique and comfortable. We were visiting Rehoboth Beach which was an easy ride about 30 minutes away. Keith was a wonderful host always prompt with communication and working closely with us on a rather late arrival time. I was looking for a last minute place to stay, not too far from Rehoboth, that was affordable. I easily booked a room at Keith's home. He welcomed me right away after booking. He was very flexible with my check in time and greeted my daughter and I with a friendly welcome upon our arrival. The room had a king bed which was very comfortable. We had the use of a bathroom right next door to the room. The room had cable, Netflix and wifi. The drive was about 30 minutes from Rehoboth but not out of the way for our drive back to D.C. Keith was a great host.

Keith is a great host - very welcoming and easy to deal with. The house is an older home but the bed was very comfortable and there was good privacy. Georgetown is not a beach town but it is close and the beach is very accessible.

This place met our needs perfectly. We were in Georgetown for a baseball tournament and needed a room for a few nights. Keith was there when we arrived and helped us with our bags. Very convenient to beaches or outlets. Thank you for your hospitality!

Keith was a great host. I had to move the trip 2 times before I finally made it down. He was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. He is a very gracious host and had towels and everything else we needed to be comfortable. 2 things to note, the bathroom is not located in or near the room. You do need to walk through another room, which Keith uses as his hair salon, so it can be a bit awkward when he has clients. And it is about a 40 minute drive to Bethany Beach and about 30 minutes to Rehoboth

My husband and I stayed with Kathy at her amazing home and it was perfect!!! Kathy was warm and friendly and her accommodations were excellent. The view from our room was gorgeous and we didn't want to leave. My husband and I compared other beaches (Bethany and Lewes) to Kathy's paradise and it made us head back to the AirB&B. Kathy responded quickly when we had questions and was very easy to book with. On our drive home to Maryland, my husband and I were planning our next trip to Kathy's. We found our perfect beach getaway!!!

Kathy was very responsive to our inquiries before arriving. The listing gave an accurate description of the accommodations and what we were expecting. We were hoping to enjoy some rest and relaxation on a beach away from the busy beach towns in the area and we did exactly that, yet we were close enough to indulge if we wanted. The accommodations included our private room & bath as well as shared areas where we felt very welcomed by our hosts and had some good conversations learning about their community. There was just enough interaction that we didn't feel like we were intruding in their personal lives and hope they felt the same as it was both of our first experiences with AirBNB

Kathy and Jack were so welcoming upon our arrival! We got a quick tour of the house and property and were shown where we would be staying. Everything was so clean and the decorations were so cute. The house sits right on a private beach which was amazing to wake up to. During our stay, we went to the Dogfish Brewery which was very close by, and went into Lewes and Rehobeth for great food options. Overall, this was the perfect weekend getaway and Kathy and Jack made sure we had everything we could ever need.

This place was perfect for me. I was down for the Dogfish Dash with a few thousand other people. Kathy's place offered a respite from the crowds. Beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the private beach I had access to. The accommodation had all the modern conveniences and was just so welcoming and comfortable. Kathy and her husband offered breakfast stuff and juices which were much welcomed. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat while at the same time the night life spots are about 20 mins away by car.

Nowadays you sort of know what to expect of a holiday. You look up the stuff you are interested in on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), you look at the pictures, read the reviews and check the prices. However, sometimes you go to a place and you only realise then and there how great your holiday destination really is. This place is perfect for a holiday for many reasons: the location, the nature reserves right next door, the ocean right at your doorstep, the morning sunrise you can watch from the comfort of your sofa while listening to the sound of the ocean (every day :-), great sea food restaurants near by as well as many other things. The nicest thing about this place are your hosts, Kathy and Jack. They will answer any question you may have and make you feel at home in a very relaxed way. Would I choose this place again? Absolutely, yes.

This was our first Airbnb experience and was completely positive. We had excellent communication with Chris before arriving- important because our arrival time kept changing! We were at Sports at the Beach for our grandson's baseball tournament and Chris' was a perfect location-just 2 miles away. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable (so important). Private bath, walk in closet, a tray of sightseeing material - loved it all. Chris is friendly and a great host. And we have to mention Romeo - Chris' large, friendly and well-behaved dog! We enjoyed having him around! This is a perfect place for those attending baseball tournaments. It's easy to get into Rehoboth for the evening but you are near the field for those 8 am games! We will definitely return next year!

Chris was very nice and introduced us to his lovely pets Romeo and Nicholas. He welcomed us into his home and stayed to himself the rest of our stay. We came and went as we pleased and always returned to a well lit house.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Chris's gorgeous house after deciding to hang out at the beach for a couple of days. I requested to book the same day and Chris was super responsive and happy to allow us to stay! He made us feel very welcome in his home and we loved meeting his sweet puppy, Romeo, and his protective kitty, Ridiculous Nicholas! Haha! So cute. Chris's house is located about 10mins from Cape. Very convenient and a great value for a spacious room and bathroom. We'll look to stay again sometime!

Chris greeted us warmly on our arrival. He introduced us to his very friendly dog and kitty cat. He made us feel right at home. He provided us with a key so we could come and go during our visit. His home is on several acres, I would guess, and is separated from neighbor's quite a bit. It is located at a busy crossroad on the home front. Highway 9 and 30. This was perfect for us to go toward Rehoboth Beach for dinner and head to the Lewes Ferry Terminal the next morning. Our upstairs bedroom was quiet and cozy, not affected by street noise, with excellent bathroom set up. Chris is doing some very interesting remodeling in his beautiful home and out in the huge back area by a wonderful pond setting. My husband sat by the pond and enjoyed smoking his cigar late into the evening. He found the setting very comfortable and lighted by many strings of party lights. We would love a future visit to this perfect Air B&B location. Thanks. Chris!

Chris was a very hospitable host. From the moment we got there, he greeted us with a warming smile and helped us make a to-do list for our vacation. His house is very comfortable, clean, homey, and beachy. It is not too far from the beach but far away enough from the hustle and bustle of town to be quiet and calm. Barry is a great host. Great communication from start to end. This house is very unique and struck up several interesting conversations between my family. It has a very unique and different charm to it. The master bedroom is beautiful with the beams! The upstairs one that my brother and wife stayed in was fun. The place was clean and had everything we needed in it. Thanks for letting us stay Barry, we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the property and the uniqueness of the house. Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. The screened porch was my favorite spot because of the beautiful outdoor space and the quiet atmosphere. Barry is a great host, very caring and hospitable. The house is a few minutes from Dogfish Head Brewery and Tours and not more than twenty minutes to Lewes and Rehoboth. We like it so much that I could see us staying here again!

What an amazing escape! The house itself is just beautiful, with historic charm to spare and all the modern conveniences. A cozy screened in porch adds to the perfection and allows views of a delightful landscaped garden. Our toddler loved the grounds as well as her special kids room. The master bedroom is open and airy and has a terrific porch perfect for morning coffee. We enjoyed the town a great deal, great dining options, beautiful walking neighborhoods and a terrific playground centering the town. A perfect retreat that is just a few miles from the area beaches!

We had a great stay!! It was perfect for a day trip to the beach and to visit the Dogfish Head brewery. The house was perfectly cozy and clean and exactly what my friends and I needed for the weekend!

Beautiful and warm historic house. Communication, description, cleanliness, were all top notch. The interior and grounds are an experience unto themselves. The location is a short walk to downtown Milton and a very short drive to Dogfish Head Brewery and additional quality restaurants.

We loved our visit to the Mathew Osbourne House in Milton. Our two young kids, 6 & 4, enjoyed the "secret" bedroom and beautiful backyard. My husband and I enjoyed the bedroom balcony for our morning coffee/quiet time and spending time in a little piece of history. Milton was a very nice, quiet town and full of very well maintained old homes. It was an easy drive to the beach. Barry was spot on with his recommendation of Po' Boys & Fresh Catch. It's a taste explosion!

Our stay in Joanne and Brett's in-law suite was fantastic! Their house is situated in a serene, fairly rural area an easy drive from all of the major beaches. The suite has everything you might need during your stay - a very comfortable bed, an area to watch TV, a kitchenette, and ample storage. It has a completely separate entrance and seems well insulated sound-wise from the main house. Joanne and Brett were very responsive and we had the pleasure of meeting them when we checked out. They were friendly and kind and we can't wait to stay with them again on a future trip!

Adrian's home is convenient to the beach and other amenities, spacious, bright, inviting and Adrian and his family ensure that everything you'll need during your stay is there - perfect!

Clean and efficient apartment with bunk beds for extra guests. A great value for the money. We did not need to be on the beach, just within driving distance. All the essentials were there. Adrian was very attentive when the internet was struggling. He responds immediately to quedtions or needs.

We visited Adrian's place with our toddler and three adults during March. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious, has a well equipped kitchen and lovely balcony. Very centrally located to the shopping areas, which was our reason for travelling there. Adrian was prompt to respond to our questions and arranging access etc was very easy. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

We may have been Adrian's first Airbnb renters and as a start up there were some things lacking such as washcloths, hand towels, dish towels, pot holders, cable TV, radio. We made suggestions to him for more adequately stocking the condo. You may wish to check on these things before booking. Other wise it is a clean, well laid out unit convenient to the Delaware seashore at a reasonable rate and Adrian is very nice to work with.

We stayed at Adrian's for 3 night and we had a very relaxing weekend. The apartment was well equipped for cooking a full meal and the bathrooms had towels, hand soap and bars of soap. Adrian addressed any of our questions immediately. The apartment complex is on the second level and we never had any issue with noise disturbances around us. The only downfall was the A/C didn't work. He was not able to get anyone to come fix it since it was Easter weekend, so we slept with the windows open which was noisy from the highway close by. He said someone was coming to fix it today so hopefully they were able to have it up and running before the weather gets too bad. Overall a great place and would definitely go back.

Dawn & Louis own a beautiful home with little touches to make it feel welcoming and homely. The room/apartment had it's own private entrance and the room was spotlessly clean and with a beachy decor - very apt given the location of the home on the beach. They were also very kind and hospitable, not only to us but also to our small pup and arranged a bed and treats for him to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday.

Great place for a quiet beach getaway. We came down with our dog to have him enjoy a weekend off leash and run on the beach. The place is newly renovated and has everything you need to relax for a couple of days. Milton is a quick 15 min drive away and has decent food and grocery options. For anyone who is looking for a shore weekend on a secluded beach or to have your dog run around without issues this is a place to recommend.

We had such a fantastic time at Dawn and Louis'! The apartment was super clean and they were both so willing to help. The apartment is clean and tastefully decorated and it was super nice having extras like cold sodas in the fridge and muffins. The beach is beautiful and so peaceful.

Great place! My husband and I wanted a quiet weekend away with our dogs and this place was just what we were looking for. It's off the beaten path, but close enough that you can run out for whatever you need. The thoughtful amenities of drinks and snacks were a nice addition and it practically feels like you have your own private beach!

If you are looking for a quiet place with your own stretch of beach, this is it! The place is about 30 minutes from Lewes. Enjoyed walking along the beach and flipping crabs! Host was very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

It was an honor to be the first guests in this brand new apartment. Our hosts Dawn and Louis were lovely and accommodating (allowed us to store our stand up paddle boards in their garage)! They not only stocked the kitchenette with beverages and breakfast snacks, but also included treats for our dog. We loved being right on the water and appreciated having access to their outdoor shower to get the sand off before going inside. It is a relaxing, beach retreat!

We had a great weekend at Dawn and Louis place. We would definitely recommend it. Accommodations were great for us and they really went the extra mile for our Beagle Molly.

We loved our stay here. Dawn and Louis are awesome hosts. After our 7+ hour to Delaware, we were very appeciative of the snacks and beverages provided. The studio apartment was perfectly sized for me, my fiancé, and our doggo. The place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was so nice to be steps away from peaceful and beautiful Prime Hook Beach. We highly recommend staying here and will likely return!

This was our first airbnb venture, as my girlfriend and I were looking for a place to get a good night's sleep during an overnight getaway. Amanda's listing was just what we were looking for. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is about 5 minutes from the beach in a quiet community and offers quick access to shops, dining, and entertainment in the area. Amanda and Scott were very friendly and welcoming. Their dogs were adorable! Being new to the area, we were looking for some solid restaurants to check out and Amanda's recommendations were absolute home runs. This place is a must stay! Amanda kept the house extremely clean and even added shower supplies and other goodies that could be used by the guests! Check in was super easy and the house had a light soft country music playing when we arrived to make us feel super welcomed! Also, the two dogs were super cute and we had a great time playing with them!

Amanda's place is beautiful! Plenty of parking, cute residential area, and close to shops and beach. The bed was comfortable, and she provided a bucket of little toiletries for our use; we felt very welcomed.
