The perfect place to rest after a sunny day at the beach, which is located at 2 minutes walking distance. The shower outside lets you bathe under the sun, and you can watch the stars in the evening from the lovely terrace. The village is calm and peaceful, full of colorful flowers, but with few options to go out. Mariapaola and her daughter Isabella were truly helpful, we highly recommend this place for a couple getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Mariapaola and her daughter are really nice and welcoming. The area is quite in a nice surrounding. The place itself is cozy, yet smaller, but for couple of nights doesn´t matter. Golfo Aranci is lovely place too. Not suited for party people, but if you look for calm and privacy, go for it.

We stayed at" vista stupenda de viletta sul mar" 6 adults and 2 children. We had a great time! we had a lovely welcome from Valeria - a bottle of wine and a lot of good tips as to where to visit, how and when. Valeria was very helpful throughout the whole time. The living room was a little bit small for us but the veranda is beautiful and big. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach is very close and is beautiful. Elena hat alles perfekt vorbereitet und uns bei der Ankunft alle wichtigen Dinge gezeigt. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr ruhig, und vor allem die riesige Terrasse hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir haben uns gleich gut zurechtgefunden und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Clean well equipped apartment. Luca was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to messages. Beautiful shallow sandy beach within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Easy drive to the beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Perfect stay with children, gated garden area and lots of toys.

Bien que n'ayant pas directement rencontré Luca, il a été très disponible et très attentionné. Son voisin Silvio qui nous a remis les clés est très sympathique et nous a indiqué de nombresues informations utiles. La maison est grande et très confortable, avec ses 3 chambres, ses deux salles de bain avec douche et baignoire. Les matelas des lits étaient de bonne qualité. La grande terrasse devant la maison de laquelle on peut apercevoir la mer est fabuleuse, avec sa grande table et son salon de jardin. Le séjour est spacieux et sympathique. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Un autre point fort est le calme absolu, notamment la nuit. La maison est à environ 100m de la superbe plage de Baia Caddinas ou l'on peut admirer de splendides levers de soleil. Le quartier ou se situe la maison est magnifique avec des maisons typiquement sarde en pierre. Il y a de nombreuses belles plages très proches de la maison. La localisation de maison est très bonne pour visiter la Costa Esmeralda : 15 minutes de Porto Cervo et 45 minutes de Palau. Un grand merci à Luca pour son hospitalité et ses nombreuses attentions.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e consiglio. Tutto perfetto, vacanza stupenda!!

Luca es un anfitrión muy atento. Ha respondido a todos los mensajes de forma muy rápida resolviendo cualquier duda que pudiéramos tener. Nos indicó algunos restaurantes y playas a visitar, sugerencias muy acertadas en ambos casos. La casa es muy tranquila. Por la noche el silencio es absoluto y el descanso perfecto. El apartamento está distribuido en una planta y consta de una cocina-comedor, tres habitaciones y dos baños, además de una gran terraza ajardinada (desde la que se ve un trocito de mar) y un espacio para aparcar un coche. La habitación de matrimonio tiene baño propio y un cómodo colchón de los que tienen una capa superior de látex o espuma visco-elástica. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen camas individuales, una de ellas en literas. En ellas hay colchones de varios tipos, un par de los más cómodos (con capa superior espumada tipo látex) y otros cuatro de muelles estándar. En general se trata de una casa acertada, con algún contraste en los acabados de la obra que no pueden achacarse al propietario y que no impiden de ningún modo una buena estancia (por ejemplo, se necesita de un buen estado de forma para desplazar la puerta corredera de entrada). La urbanización donde se encuentra la casa queda cerca del casco urbano de Golfo Aranci, al que se puede llegar andando dando un paseo de unos 15-20 minutos. También tiene un supermercado a unos 5 minutos a pie. Si se opta por ir al centro en coche, cabe decir que nosotros siempre encontramos aparcamiento con facilidad. Como base para visitar la provincia de Olbia-Tempio y el este de la de Nuoro es una casa muy adecuada. Las playas cercanas son espectaculares aunque para nuestro gusto estaban demasiado concurridas. Por ello optamos por visitar aquellas situadas más hacia el sur, dirección Orosei. A la hora de planificar los desplazamientos hay que considerar la limitación de la velocidad a 50 Km/h en la mayoría de las carreteras (70-80 en la autovía) y lo sinuoso de su trazado, lo cual alarga bastante los tiempos de viaje. Pero si se busca playas tranquilas merece la pena (al menos en estas fechas). En resumen considero que Luca es un muy buen anfitrión. Ha estado muy atento a nuestras experiencias y necesidades durante toda la estancia. Su casa es cómoda, tranquila y está muy bien ubicada para visitar los atractivos turísticos de la zona.

An amazig location overlooking the Golf of Olbia from the Village of Golfo Aranci to the north via the Isola Tavolara (once called the smallest kingdom of the World) to the hills on the south side of the bay. The setting is very peaceful and calm. Parking is on the street without any problems. Supermarket, bar, newspaper stand and butcher are located at the entrance to the development. The small beach (suitable for children) with white sand is two minutes by foot. Even on the last days of August there was enough space for everybody without renting umbrellas. The appartment itself has a very spacious loggia with the described view. The inside has enough room for a family of five and has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay in good working order. It was clean and at night a good breeze brings fresh air to sleep while good insect curtains keep unwanted guests out. The host is most welcoming and will make you feel at home easily. We recommend it without reservation.

The apartment was really good and the host was SO nice, helpful and kind! The terrace has an astonishing view and the beach is really close. All in all, it was a great holiday. Totally recommendable! And thanks again to Maurilia!

We spent a fantastic week (except for the weather) in Maurilias nice house. Everything was great and the view was even better then the photos. The area is really nice with walking distance, 150 meters to a fantastic beach and close to a food store. There are some really nice and genuine restaurants in the centre of Golfo Aranci. This is a perfect place to be with a family. Quiet, private and great surroundings. You need a car to get must out of it. The apartment was very clean and charming. The house have all the basic facilities you need. We would love to come back to Sardinia and Maurilias house! Jan & Agnetha

We had an amazing time at Maurilia's place in Golfo Aranci. The apartment was exactly as pictured and met our every need. The view was amazing and the proximity to the beach was incredible. It was easy to walk to the supermarket or into town to the many restaurants there. We were travelling with our 6 month old son and found that the area perfectly suited our needs, quiet, relaxed but close enough to the action. Maurilia was quick to respond to all of our questions and very helpful.

We loved Maurilia's house in Golfo Aranci. The photographs didn't do the house justice. The living space is simple, comfortable with a fantastic view over the Golf Aranci. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay at Maurilia's house again (if she allows us to of course). Grazie per una splendida vacanza vi!

We stayed at Paolo's place in baia Caddinas for 2 weeks with our 2 years old daughter. The experience was great, the beach is really close and it's a beautiful one. Within 15 km there's plenty of other amazing beaches. The house is really cosy, with everything you need and really clean when we checked in. The only drawback (being picky) is the location of the kitchen, not comfortable for a 2 year little one. Golfo Aranci is ok, nothing astonishing but fine for a walk in the evening. Paolo and Emilia are really kind and helpful. We appreciated their flexibility.

Villetta carina,corrispondente in tutto e per tutto alle foto e alla descrizione. Il portico dove poter pranzare fuori è sicuramente un tocco in più!La spiaggia di Baia Caddinas (libera e attrezzata) dista 2 minuti a piedi ed è veramente comoda soprattutto per chi ha bimbi piccoli come noi. Altre spiagge molto belle sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina. Il centro è relativamente vicino e a poco distanza c'è anche un supermercato per tutte le necessità. L'accoglienza di Emilia è stata fantastica, con un semplice colpo di telefono si è sempre resa disponibile per aiutarci. Ultima, ma non ultima, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del signor Paolo sono state la ciliegina sulla torta! Consiglio vivamente! Torneremo sicuramente nei nostri futuri viaggi nella splendida Sardegna!

Innanzitutto voglio complimentarmi con il sig. Paolo per la sua eccellente rapidità nelle risposte, ottima accoglienza da parte della Sig. Emilia, invece per quanto concerne l'immobile posso confermare al 100% che trattsi di una Location carinissima ubicato in un angolo di paradiso della Sardegna. Molto carino come posto lo consiglio a tutti per assaporare una vera vacanza relax noi ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'appartamento è carino e in una bella posizione per poter visitare comodamente tante spiagge. A cinque minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia di baia caddinas molto carina ma nei dintorni ci sono spiagge più interessanti. Gli unici difetti sono l'assenza di una lavatrice che al mare con asciugamani e altro è importante e la presenza nella casa di scale non proprio facili da fare sopratutto se si hanno dei bambini. Nel complesso però siamo stati bene e l'host è stato molto disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

L'annuncio rispecchia al 100% la casa, una location molto carina vicino al mare. Si in fase di arrivo che alla partenza siamo stati accolti molto bene, la consigliamo a chi vuole un'accesso rapido al mare.

Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Bewertungen waren wir von dem, was uns in der Wohnung erwartete sehr stark enttäuscht. Da wir außerhalb der Saison ankamen, sah die Wohnung entsprechend aus: Es wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht, auf den Regalen und auf dem Boden war Staub und Dreck, die gesamte Wohnung und vor allem das Schlafzimmer stank nach Kanal und Staub. Die gelbe Polstergarnitur war voller Flecken. Auf unserer Bettwäsche waren Staubkörner, als wir uns das erste Mal hingelegt haben. Die Handtücher wurden nicht richtig gewaschen, was man auch roch. Die Dusche war völlig verschimmelt und viel zu klein. Einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft kam noch ein Wasserschaden dazu, der dafür sorgte, dass die Küche unter Wasser stand. Der Kühlschrank ging nach 24 h kaputt und sorgte dafür, dass unser eingekauftes Essen kaputt ging. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos bei Airbnb sind bedauerlicherweise alles andere als aussagekräftig gewesen. Wenn man anstatt Fotos der Wohnung Scans von Postkarten hochläd, ist es kein Wunder, dass Gäste enttäuscht davon sind, mit dem, was sie vorfinden. Bild 2/9 wurde des weiteren nicht von der Terrasse der Wohnung aus gemacht und soll suggerieren, dass die Wohnung Meerblick hat. Der Zugang zur Küche erfolgt über eine Hühnerleiter durch ein kleines Loch, genau das selbe gilt ebenso für den Zugang zur zweiten Schlafmöglichkeit. Es ist richtig, dass man die Küche im Sommer auch von außen erreichen kann, jedoch muss soetwas in der Beschreibung stehen, gerade in Hinblick auf ältere oder korpulentere Menschen. Die Baia Caddinas ist ein kleiner Privatstrand, der Hotelgästen vorbehalten ist. Dieser ist definitiv mehr als 50 m entfernt. Für den nächsten Supermarkt muss man etwa 2-3 km fahren, nicht wie beschrieben fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter befinden sich, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, nicht vor Ort (in Zypern) und übergeben die Verantwortung an eine dritte Person, Frau Emilia. Am zweiten Abend bin ich mit den Vermietern in Kontakt und habe die besagten Mängel vorgetragen. Die Reaktion war unfreundlich, unverständlich und widerlich. Das zweite Telefonat war im Grunde genommen eine halbstündige Belehrung, dass uns kein Recht zustünde, den Vertrag entsprechend einzukürzen, damit ein Urlaub unter sauberen Bedingungen gemacht werden kann. Trotz der eingesendeten Fotos wurde weder vom Vermieter, noch von Airbnb, eine faire Lösung vorgeschlagen. Wir sind letztendlich auf einem Schaden von über 400 Euro sitzen geblieben. Der Gastgeber war zu keinem Zeitpunkt bereit einen Kompromiss einzugehen um uns zu frieden zu stellen. Wir haben die Wohnung aufgrund der besagten Umstände nach der zweiten Nacht verlassen und mussten spontan etwas suchen, was natürlich den Urlaubsgeldbeutel zusätzlich belastete. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass selbst Airbnb trotz der eingesendeten Fotos uns mailte, dass keine Mängel ersichtlich seien und sich auf die vorangehenden (gefälschten?) Bewertungen bezog. So viel zu unserem Urlaub.

L'accoglienza è stata gentile e precisa, in un quartiere tranquillo e ben collegato alla vicina Golfo Aranci che, comunque, è comodamente raggiungibile anche a piedi. La casa era carinissima, ben più spaziosa delle aspettative e pulita. In più comoda per parcheggiare l'auto. Ogni villettina ha praticamente il suo posto auto. Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e se dovessimo tornare in Sardegna sceglieremmo sicuramente questa bellissima casetta a pochi passi dal mare!
