A delightful stay in a wonderful, quaint town with beautiful picturesque views of the alps! Close to lots of winter and summer sports, a short drive from Italy, Switzerland and Germany, the hosts here are lovely and welcoming and their home is a delightful place to stay. We hope to be back again some time!

Everything was perfect and Mirjam with Marcel are really friendly. The apartment is stylish with a beautiful wood work and the balcony for the evening sitting is great. I recommend staying here.

We stayed here for six days for a ski holiday which turned out to be just great. We enjoyed the fact that the location is close to the highway and other main roads and as a result travelling to Sankt Anton or Ischgl was a 20-30 minutes drive. Keep in mind that if you travel on very extreme weather conditions during the winter you might need a 4x4 or chains as the last 40 meters to the home are a little steeper, or you might choose to park a little further away. This comes also with an advantage, the sun is shining very nicely on the home in the morning, not the same happens if you stay lower in the valley or on the other side of the valley. It is about 3-4 km away from the main road in Landeck. On our way to and from the house we stopped at local shops to buy what we needed, very convenient. You will basically rent an entire floor, super clean and with everything you need, looks like it was recently renovated/built, much better than I could see in the photos. The bedroom is a little colder than the living room but you have an extra heater available if you feel it is getting cold. The owners were very kind, they helped us with guidance and other things we asked them and you have plenty of space to park. Four people can sleep comfortably in the house. We were very happy with the choice and definitely it is worth every euro! Ischgl>Sankt Anton

We are a family of four and felt we had plenty of room. The apartment has fantastic mountain views from the sun trap balcony, it was spotlessly clean, with high quality decor. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. We toured Ischgl, St Anton and Serfaus for Skiing which are all close by however a car is a must. Would highly recommend the apartment! The Halls, Sandy, Beds, UK

We have enjoyed by GRINS from a Skikurzurlaub and were one day in St. Anton and two days in ISCHGL - both areas are very easy to reach by car. we have learned to be very friendly, pleasant and uncomplicated landlord know Miriam and her husband - everything went perfectly, despite our late arrival. The apartment is very bright, spacious and simply furnished to modern, the view gorgeous very well equipped with large sunny balcony and kitchen and bathroom and modern. A great value for money! Conclusion: We'll be back !!

Superb house in a charming village. very warm welcome by Maria (although we arrived later). She gave us lots of info for our stay, she knows very well his region. Very functional apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It just lacked the wifi :)

Nice spacious rooms, nice modern kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. Mixture of traditional decor with modern touches. Friendly host helped us by telephone to find the way through the labyrinth of local streets. Lovely area, with view of alpacas and mountains from our window. We loved that there was a kids playground right beside property. Picturesque town. Value for money.

Was a beautiful area, you could hear the river from the bedrooms, nice sound to sleep to. We arrived late and were lost in Pians, but Maria send her husband up to meet us in the center of town, and escort us to the residence. War eine schöne Gegend, können Sie den Fluss aus dem Schlafzimmer, schönen Klang, um den Schlaf zu hören. Wir kamen spät an und wurden in Pains verloren, aber Maria schickt ihren Mann an uns in der Mitte der Stadt zu treffen und begleiten Sie uns in der Anlage.

The place was located close to St.Anton and had an amazing ambience. It was right below the Alps and the backyard had a beautiful garden which was perfect for an English breakfast enjoying the beauty of Alps.The rooms were tidy too. Maria was very friendly and flexible with timings. It would be better if you have your own transport to reach here. I would definitely recommend this

Sehr gute und günstige Unterkunft. Bushalt 10 min zu Fuß. Wenige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in dem Ort. Allgemein sehr gerne wieder.

Everything available of a fully equipped kitchen, games, books, barbecue (used every day) and all in very good condition us absolutely clean.

My family of 4 had a great stay here for 2 nights in early April. Restaurants and gas, grocery, etc are right down In The town below and the view from the apartment is beautiful. Although this is an apartment you wouldn't know it as it is built with thick walls and we never heard or saw anyone else the whole time we were there. Also a great stepping off place for skiing. We were in Ischgl in 30 minutes. Clean and well stocked, and the bottle of Prosecco was a great touch. Hope to come back some day.

Amazing place!! Great location in Tirol Alps. The price was good and the Appartements was super clean and comfortable. The only thing that we didn't like that the host didn't came to meet us to give some tips for nice places around.

A very beautiful appartment in a great location. Possible to get to many ski resorts within 30 minutes. The appartment was clean and the host in Landeck was very nice and helpful. The kitchen is missing a few convenient items. Very limited pots and pants; only one big cutting knife; limited cooking tools (which would not be an issue if there was a microwave and a dish washer). Oven clock is extremely noisy and should at least tell proper time. Wifi signal is very weak. But overall, a great place to stay.

We stayed a month (!) at Laura's apartment. The apartment was extremely nice and cozy, but not too small. When we noticed there was no toaster nor an electric kettle (which was very important for our breakfasts), we alerted Laura and the next day it was waiting for us at the door. The location of the apartment is a residential area, very quiet and close to nature, but be aware that it is a 10 minute walk to the bus station that will take you to the skiing areas. Although Laura and her family were away during our stay, her trusted friend Dietmar took very good care of us during our stay, showing us around and taking us skiing one time. Big "Like"!

We stayed about 5 nights at Laura's apartment in Landeck. It was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and other important things/gadgets which made it easy for us to prepare food (mainly breakfast in the morning before hitting the slopes). Make sure you bring your own sponge so you can wash the dishes (there is soap). Also, make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and maybe and extra towel. We were given only 1 body and 1 face towel per person and could use and extra one considering that we stayed 5 nights. If you are a non-smoker, beware the bedding smells like cigarettes. We did not specifically ask for a non-smoking accommodation but assumed it was non-smoking as the airbnb ad said smoking was NOT allowed. Another thing we noticed is that it' best to leave the bathroom window open and close the bathroom door as there is a sewer smell coming out of the toilet or the shower. Regardless of the few mentioned "challenges", we had a great stay as mostly we only used the place to sleep there. We spent most of our time on the slopes and outside. I would recommend this apartment for the price as long as you come prepared and bring the above mentioned, you will be very comfortable! Overall, we had a great stay

We stayed at Laura's apartment one week in February 2015 with my cousin. The accommodation was great because the more the ski resort was a short drive away and we had time to visit several sites. The apartment was clean and functional. The apartment is located in the middle of a residential area so it's pretty quiet. Landeck center was within walking distance which was found a few restaurants and bars, but otherwise, this subject is not suitable if you are looking for night life. Among the disadvantages are parties to the kitchen was quite austere but functional. The kitchen lacked a cutting board, knives were dull, the oven clock was loud and pans could have been more. Wi-fi connection was weak and stuttering from time to time. All in all, the apartment was still good and I can recommend it to others who are seeking a similar accommodation in a good location in a number of centers. Although the train station is basically a walk so still I would definitely recommend a rental car to move. We've got it working well.

This apartment was very nice. The apartment was just as described and immaculately clean. Doris was a wonderful host and even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The views were amazing and the area is great if you want to go skiing on nearby mountains. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a real Austrian Alp experience!
