Bem localizado, próximo a praia, com boa infraestrutura de alimentação e serviços na região, inclusive muito próximo ao centrinho do Guarujá. O apartamento é bem equipado, espaçoso e os funcionários do prédio muito prestativos. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa, nos informando todos os detalhes desde o início, o que me deu bastante tranquilidade antes e durante a viagem.

O apartamento da Lana é ótimo! Muito espaçoso, arejado e com todos os utensílios que você possa precisar para passar alguns dias se sentindo em casa! A localização é tudo de bom! O bairro é ótimo, arborizado. Somente 1 quadra de distância da praia, padaria muito boa na esquina, e distância caminhando de outros comércios, restaurantes e do shopping e feirinha. Ter cadeiras e guarda sol disponíveis para o apartamento tb é muito prático! É bom saber que não tem vista e tb que é meio antiguinho, mas não influência negativamente. Tem WiFi, canais a cabo e netflix já configurado na smartv que fazem a diferença! As camas, travesseiros e sofás são muito confortáveis, e tudo estava bem limpinho quando chegamos. A equipe do edifício foi super solícita e a Lana também, respondendo todas as perguntas bem rápido! Adorei e quero voltar logo!!!

The air conditioning works very well, as well as all other equipment present in the apartment (which by the way are of excellent quality).
