A modern Japanese-style vintage house, comfortably renovated by a Japanese interior designer using traditional materials such as tatami mats, shoji paper, sliding doors, and plaster, with a minimalist and contemporary design. In a space that retains a sense of wabi-sabi simplicity, a small dry landscape garden and the Ome mountain range stretch out before you, while at night, the lights of the atelier gently envelop your stay. This is a designer one-story home designed for “staying like you live here.” The house where Kubo Kan, the last master of movie poster art, lived has been renovated, and the design was selected as a finalist for the 2025 Modern Living Awards, a Japanese luxury interior design magazine. The “Ome Blue” culture thrives, encompassing indigo dyeing, textiles, sake brewing, and the arts in Ome. It naturally brings you closer to your travel partner. The surrounding area offers plenty of sightseeing opportunities, including Mt. This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge.
