Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.
