This was one of the BEST trips I have ever had, and I have traveled many times and to many places! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well equipped and was exactly what we thought we were getting. The mountain views and Vegas lights in the evening were so peaceful. That is what was nice about this place, it was quite when you wanted it, but conveniently located just minutes from the strip. Our host, Jeff, was outstanding and hospitable, and went over and above our expectations...and it is hard to please three executive women! He made us feel welcomed and ‘at home.’ He graciously accommodated us when we needed anything from the store, or transportation to and from our events and festivities! Over all this was a GREAT Experience and will recommend this host and Airbnb to all my friends and family…it gets FIVE stars!

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough away to offer seclusion and a break from Las Vegas. Jeff is available as much or as little as you need him. We will stay again if we are back in vegas.

This place was perfect for us. For the very first time in all our years traveling to Las Vegas, we actually had a different experience. It was like being in Vegas, but without the strip chaos. Quiet, beautiful scenery, awesome sunsets, and an outdoor hot tub was very relaxing for a Vegas trip. The view of the strip at night, from afar, was really cool. Affordable, spacious and completely private.

We love this place. Jeffery literally went above and beyond to accommodate our group. He was super welcoming and made us feel right at home. His place is fantastic, we love the location and we highly recommend it. Perfect balance of proximity to the "city" and enjoyment of the desert. A+!

Jeffrey is very accommodating and cordial. I have been to Vegas many times and tired of the smoky and crowded strip hotels, Jeffrey's home offers a unique mountain view on one side and the strip lights on another side. I was in town for business and one night it got cold and rainy, but Jeffrey provided plentiful of firewood for the antique fireplace, to keep the house warm. Got a big hot tub and outdoor area to do yoga and exercises. Jeffrey's place would be great for a romantic honeymoon.

Very welcoming and great for gatherings

Christiane is an outstanding host, she was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. We rented her place when my colleagues and I were in Vegas for a mining convention and the location was great if you intend to use Uber or a car in groups, but it is a 15 minute drive from the center of everything. The house is absolutely beautiful, like something out of a movie. If you want to feel like a superstar during your stay, this place is it! We unfortunately accidentally broke water pipes when a colleague stumbled on them in the backyard, but Christine was very kind and understanding about this and we ended up having a fair settlement to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks again Christine!

What a great place to spend time with friends! Convenient to the strip (about a $20 Uber unless during peak demand), beautiful pool, lots of room in the house and outside. Christine was an accommodating host who made us feel welcome and helped us to enjoy our stay. We were here for (mostly) work but would rent for pleasure also!

What a GEM! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our group while staying in Las Vegas. We felt right at home and even when the weather got a little bananas Christine checked in on us right away. The house is incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for entertaining and hanging out when we weren't on the strip. With 7 bathrooms, everyone was always on time and ready to go when we headed out! We would come back in a heartbeat and quite frankly, wouldn't stay anywhere else. Christine was by far and away the sweetest and most responsive host we've ever had. She even made us all dumplings on the day of our departure. In the world of Airbnb she is a total rockstar.

This is an awesome house with lots of great features. We had a great stay as well as entertained clients at the house. I would highly recommend this home for your next group trip to Vegas.

The house was beautiful and Christine was very nice and very welcoming. She was kind enough to let me checkin early which was really helpful. The house was stocked with everything that you might need. Christine even brought homemade Chinese Kung Pao over on our last night. The owners do live on the property, in the back guest house. It wasn't a problem, but I thought it should state that clearly in the description. Overall we had a pleasant stay and I'd definitely use the house for another gathering.

Ron's casita was just what I needed. It is very relaxing and comfortable, complete with temperature controls, a very nice bathroom, and a mini fridge. I would highly recommend the casita as the perfect place to escape the commotion and rest. Thank you Ron!

Ron's place was amazing everything was clean and just as pictured. I arrived very late but I didn't feel afraid at all. The directions he gave me were detailed and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again!!

Ron was great! We met up and introduced ourselves. The neighborhood was fancy and I felt very safe with the gate. It's a quiet community and his place was clean! Just be careful driving around the neighborhood; there's a lot of speed bumps.

The Cozy Casita is in a great location, very comfortable and clean. It's a few minutes away from the freeway and makes for a quick drive to anywhere in Las Vegas.

My husband and I had a great experience staying in the casita. It is a fantastic community, very mature landscaping and very private. We used Uber to get to the strip ($25) and having a nice quiet place to spend the night was a great alternative to the strip. Would definitely use again. Place was immaculate.

Where to begin. Communication from the host was great. We requested a book with very short notice and he acccomidated us and made the check in process very smooth. The house is new, kept sick and span and smelled fresh. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that seems very safe for everyone. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. The host was amazing...easy person to talk to and made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the noise and craziness of the strip while still being close enough to make a quick trip for a show, pool party or a little gaming...this is a great spot!

The house was super clean upon our arrival. Each room was tidy and comfortable. I really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that were throughout the premises. The neighborhood is extremely quite and parking was never difficult to find. Perfect for a medium sized group.

Our family stayed there in May for 4 nights. The home is in a great and quiet neighborhood, the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. Very clean, nicely decorated with personal touches. I wish we could stay there more time- to hang out in the back yard, drink my morning tea in porch and enjoy the sunrise.... Next time. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Nicholas made the process seamless. This was the by far best Airbnb I've chosen! Everything was laid out just as promised. The house is in a great location easy access to everything, tons of restaurants, shopping, etc.. The setup was perfect for my group, and the couch was extremely comfortable! We were able to prepare meals its was just like being at home, Nicholas's property is equipped with everything you could imagine and some. This was a five star property for my group! Nick is awesome! He is very polite and communicative. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly think of (food, cooking utensils, cups, plates, toiletries, BBQ, etc...). It's obvious that he puts a lot of thought and consideration into it. For example he left a windshield visor, which was very thoughtful considering we were visiting LV in the summer. The price was outstanding. We had 13 guests stay 4 nights within 20 minutes of the strip at a third of the cost of a hotel. The house is in a very nice area (appears to be new development). This is weird but the carpet in the master bedroom and family room is super plush (I want it in my home). This was my first AirBnB, and I doubt I'll ever stay in a hotel again. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nick set the bar very high!

Monica is the greatest host I've had the pleasure of working with on Air bnb. Communicating with her is easy and quick. If you're headed to Las Vegas, I highly recommend this property. It's spacious, has all the amenities that you could need, and offers the privacy and convenience of your own house. One of the things that needs to be mentioned here is the decorating; the design and renovations to the home are stunning, and it was put together with an expert eye for interior design. The location is great, in a neighborhood that's good for walking the dog, going out for a run, etc. It's an easy drive to the shops of Henderson or the excitement of the strip. Monica, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. I give this property my highest recommendation.

Monica was great it was a pleasure to stay at her residence she was very helpful and very responsive in all my phone calls and emails it's a little bit away from the strip where you can feel like you're at home in a regular community not seeing and listening to all that gambling, that's what I was looking for. But it was still close enough where myself and my employee could still go to the strip and enjoy ourselves and it was about a 10 minute drive to work.

Far from Vegas Strip but much value to stay away from Strip to have a Good sleep at day time :) Feel to visit again.

This house is very well located and looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house is everything we could have hoped for and more. The decor is new, and stylish. There are many sitting areas where we found ourselves gathering around the home for conversation, and lounging around. The kitchen in particular! It's one of those magnetic spots in the house that everyone was drawn to, with comfortable seating adjacent as well. We were a small group traveling to Vegas for a work related trade show, and we were looking to get away from the bustle of the strip, and this was the perfect place. The memory foam beds were incredible comfortable, and everyone felt really well rested, which is a rarity for Vegas! It was a 25 minute drive to the convention center each day, which wasn't bad at all. Grocery store and amenities nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay in anthem highlands while house hunting for a week. Unfortunately for us, steves home was nicer then other sites available nearby. We found ourselves comparing the house tours to this Airbnb. Steves home was amazingly clean, efficient, and beautiful. The park and small cluster of stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby was amazingly handy while traveling with a 4 yr old. Although some would say it is far back in anthem, in realty, the drive or Uber to the airport, green valley ranch or even the strip would be no greater then traveling from summerlin or McDonald ranch in gvr given the proximity of i15. Thanks Steve for an amazing stay.

Steve's house is beautiful. You can easily tell it was a model home in the area. It has top-of-the-line equipment and furniture in the house. My guests and I had a lovely stay, and the check in/out process was a breeze. This place is about 20min from the Las Vegas strip, but it is definitely worth the drive to enjoy this oasis. Highly recommended for big groups or families! I will be returning here again!

Steve's place is awesome, it looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is nice, we were right across the street from the park. He let us check out a little later with no problem at all. Our group just loved the house. It's about 20 minutes from the strip, but we just took an uber, wasn't very expensive at all. I would love to stay here again when we make it back to Vegas. This experience was so much better than getting a hotel. Thanks Steve for allowing us to stay in your home, it was a great weekend.

We stayed at steve's place for a Girls Bachelorette weekend May 5th-8th and everyone really enjoyed the entire home. The home is extremely clean, spacious and accommodating to needs of travelers who have to pack light. Our main location in the home was the kitchen which we loved! Everything we needed was right there for us to cook most of our meals. There were plenty of bath towels as well which meant a lot for 8 women. The backyard is really a great place to hangout in fact everyone wanted to leave the strip area and relax in the backyard which is really nicer than the pictures show. It took about 22 min to get to the strip which will cost a nice amount if taking a Lyft/Uber during peak hours at night so we mainly drove when we were headed out at night. I wouldn't recommend having big events since this home is in a beautiful family oriented neighborhood and noise could be an issue. Overall we loved this home and I'm definitely going to return in the future.

Steve's place was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with a great double oven. Grilling was a breeze with a full set of BBQ ensemble at the outside patio. The rooms were super clean and towels and linens were provided. The house was equipped with a built in speaker and you can link your iphone/ipod to enjoy your music which can extend to the outside patio. Leah was great, the house manager. She was very helpful and accomodating. Will definitely use Steve's place again.

The home is well kept and inviting. Perfect size and location for us. It was two couples, and the home was plenty of room. It was clean and well decorated. Neighborhood was great, it was a $6 uber ride to M Resort and Anthony's prime steak and seafood was absolutely amazing, highly recommend for fine dining. We listened to a live band after and music was great. The beds were comfy and the area was quiet. Highly recommend.

Natalie's house was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, comfortable, and we'll stocked! We felt right at home and so did our dog. It was such a nice extra to have toys, bed, and dishes just for Scooby. It had everything we needed too! Thanks Natalie for being such a great host and for the use of your beautiful home! After we decided to take our two dogs with us to Las Vegas to attend our friend's wedding, I had to take find a place that could accommodate our Doberman. Luckily, I found this adorable spot. It was a bit more expensive than some of the other Air BNB listings but Natalie had all the things we needed for a dog friendly stay. When we arrived, I realized how the place was worth every penny we paid. The accommodations were awesome, everything from the deep seats on the couch, doggy bed, toys for the pets, soft throws to snuggle up in, great shower amenities, and comfy bed sheets and pillows. It completely felt like staying with a family member or close friend. Our dogs loved the place and felt immediately at home. In the future, we'd definitely stay again!

Great hosts! If I had any questions I could reach them immediately. The house was big and spacious. The front door was a bit hard to open, but it was a good experience for us all.

Beautiful 5 bedroom home, 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs; plus a loft and a sofa sleeper. This home also had a games room set up in the garage with an additional sleeper. Nice backyard with a hot tub. The home is in a quiet area and it worked perfectly for our group of 12. Easy access to I15 and Rosa Parkway and within 12 minutes of the airport. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Hearing about Airbnb from coworkers, I thought about trying it out to accomodate the ten members of our family and friends, who were in Las Vegas to watch the IRB Rugby 7s tournament. The experience was really smooth and pleasant, and the property was as advertised, huge, clean and just perfect for our needs. We felt really at home and were impressed by how well maintained the property was and the kitchen appliances and utensils (especially the mugs, which were way better than the miniature ones in hotels) was just awesome. Really got Value for Money on this reservation. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is 15 to 20 mins from strip. Only problem we faced is Lenin's. Other than that our stay is very good.

View before going if possible

We rented this home so 4 families could share it while attending a local wedding. The home is large and offered enough space for everyone to have privacy. This home is rented out by a property management company, not a private owner. Upon arrival, you are instructed to call in and receive an entry code to the front door. All of this went well. The house was clean and well equipped, but dated and slightly wornout looking. The stairway, especially, is in need of paint and carpet cleaning. Maintenance seems to be an issue. Soon after our arrival, two men showed up and entered the back yard. We went out to ask them why they were there. They said they were trying to fix the hot tub. We had not opted to have the hot tub heated during our stay, so it was not for our benefit that they were there. We realized that many electrical outlets, one ceiling fan, and several lights did not work. We called the management company and they sent someone over within the hour. He was very nice and was able to get some of the issues repaired but said he would need a crew to come and and try the complete the repairs. They would be coming and going, using ladders and removing recepticles to try and locate the faulty junction boxes. This would have been very disruptive, so we requested that they do the repairs after we left. Upon our departure, I called the company and they said they were aware of the needed work and said they had scheduled a crew for the following week. The house is located on a corner and we could hear traffic noise from the bedrooms, especially from the Master bedroom. The instruction manual for the house is restrictive, but some of the rules are odd. Don't park in the street, even if parking is allowed and available? Since the garage has been converted into the game room, this leaves only two spaces in the driveway for parking. We had three cars, since we were multiple families. Overall, the rental was fine and suited our needs, but it was not the best experience. Repairs and maintenance should be done when the house is not rented out.

This was my first time to rent a Airbnb property, and I will have to say it was a great experience for our group. We had 6 male business associates fly into Vegas and had 3 solid days worth of meetings at the dining room table. The kitchen had plenty of silverware and dishes. Everyone was happy with the mattresses, even the guy that got the couch. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet at night. I definitely would rent this property again.
