This was my second time in joanna house, house was great like always, plenty of space, very clean, comfortable, fast wifi, love the roku tv, Joanna was very responsive to questions, this is definitely one of my favorite house in airbnb, I would definitely rent again.

Joanna is a excellent host, she provides a excellent support, the house was clean spacious and comfortable, check-in/check out process was easy, we really enjoyed staying here, I will be looking to stay here if we are ever back to lewes, I really recommend this place to anyone.

Chuck and Joe were super friendly and their hospitality is unlike any other! The room was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities we could ever need. Super great location too. Not a far walk from the beach. Overall, we loved it. We hope to be back soon!

We felt cozy, warm, and relaxed at joe and chuck’s. It was great value - very clean, with plenty of amenities. The bed was luxurious with thick, high quality sheets. The coffee station had a refrigerator and microwave that we were thankful for. We didn’t meet joe but chuck was friendly, gracious and responsive. We recommend their place for a homey stay near the Rehoboth Beach.

You will absolutely love staying at this Airbnb! It's so creatively setup! It's cute, comfortable, and well-stocked with a variety of great snacks and drink choices! I personally loved the tea choices and honey! Loren is an awesome, hospitable and cool host! Getting to see the beautiful horses, friendly dogs, and sweet cats filled my heart with joy! This was such a great and peaceful place that I wish I was able to stay more than one night. I am very much looking forward to making plans to stay again in the future and have already been telling others about this wonderful hidden-treasure of a location!

Perfect getaway from the main hustle of downtown/beach area! Be sure not to pass this place up. Extremely pristine and immaculate! We loved the space and there were so many amenities if needed. It was fantastic time with the excellent host Loren. 10/10 would stay again!

You won't find a better host than Loren. The bed is SO comfortable. Amenities were abundant...coffee, snacks, beverages, etc. The animals were just as good of hosts as Loren! Kitties meow to you. Horses whinny. Dog tails wag excitedly. Close to many attractions. Ward's Wildlife Museum in Salisbury, MD is worth the drive. Then catch a Single A Baseball Game at Shorebirds Stadium, some nights with fantastic fireworks after. And, Ocean City or Rehobeth Beach Boardwalks are a must see.

Loren is an excellent host. The space is comfortable, clean and quiet.

Loren's place is very clean, lovely and comfortable. We just stayed for a night but still, the kitchenette was stocked with drinks, great coffee and tea and a nice breakfast. Loren even offered us a dinner! We can definitely recommend this wonderful place! It's our best Airbnb experience so far!

The carport adventure is perfect for people who have “been there/done that” in the Airbnb world!! We had planned to camp out this weekend but when the campsites filled up, the carport “glampsite” was the perfect step up!! No tent to deal with—added bonuses of a euro fridge/freezer, running water, flushing toilet, indoor AND outdoor showers (showering outdoor was amazing!) and two sweet/calm guard dogs to boot!! Nicholas was super kind & helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate every request. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Staying outside was a hell of an adventure. It was such a cool experience and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The house is beautiful and in a prime location. Nicholas is a fantastic host who cares about his guests’ well-being and is always available to accommodate. He knows the area well and can assist you in any way you need. We’ll be back someday!

Nicholas responder very quickly, was very friendly, and explained everything in detail. It was definitely a unique, and wonderful experience glamping under the stars!

We enjoyed Nicholas's hospitality and the uniqueness of this space very much! As advertised, it is sleeping under an enclosed roof against his house with access to lockable outdoor showers, and the toilet and sink inside. If you are a flexible traveler, this is a great value!

WHERE BUDGET MEETS ADVENTURE An outdoor experience for any first timer. With a perfectly private outdoor shower with less then a MILE WALK TO THE BEACH! Came fully equipped with soaps, towels and blankets/ privacy screens / PERSONAL MINI FRIDGE to boot. Would love to stay again, and strongly recommend to anyone who is interested in a vacation hold the walls.

The house is recently renovated and well appointed - exactly as advertised. Andres was a responsive and considerate host. The house is incredibly and uniquely well located - right in the middle of everything. At first, I was concerned that it would be loud, but it really wasn’t a problem. A nice house in a great location with a responsive host made our trip.

Really clean and upscale renovated beach apartment. Not your traditional sea shell covered and wicker furniture beach house! We loved the modern elegance and clean lines. The patio is also a bonus and very enjoyable.

This is a perfect location for walking to the beach or on the boardwalk. There are so many great restaurants to try! We loved Lupo's and Dogfish!

This is a five star AIR BNB in my book. The place is sparkling clean and equipped for a comfortable stay. You have many stores right there, movie theatres, restaurants. The beach is quaint and relaxing and just right up the road. This is perfect for sun or rain.

What a beautiful space! The studio is about a 15 minute drive to the beach and the boardwalk, and is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, etc. It was very clean and homey, and just the perfect size for 2 people. :)

Our stay at TJ's place was incredible. She was always quick to respond and even checked in on us throughout our stay. Check in was simple and the place was just what we expected! Laura and Red's place was wonderful! The condo is thoughtfully designed and decorated, creating a very welcoming and cozy environment. The hosts provided excellent check-in/out instructions, great local recommendations and were available for anything we needed beyond that. It was a perfect winter beach getaway, located between all that Lewes and Rehoboth have to offer. I look forward to coming back during the summer months as well!

What a great stay! We visited Rehoboth during Seawitch and wanted a space close enough to town, but far enough from town to relax without a ton of people around! The space was perfect! Clean, cute, and relaxing are how I would describe my experience! Very accommodating and great space! Will be booking again in the future!

This cottage is perfect for two. It was very cozy and comfortable, kitchen is set up to cook a good meal, and it is walking distance to the whole town and beach. We had fun exploring and spending some time r&r-ing inside.

We loved having coffee on the covered patio with a beautiful view of a charming garden and visits from a cottontail rabbit. Short and lovely walk though the wooded neighborhood to restaurants and quick ride to Cape Henlopen State Park for birding, biking, and the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Rich’s cottage was charming and the perfect place to spend a few nights in the Rehoboth/Bethany area. The cottage, which is in the side-back of the owner’s home, is close enough that we could chat briefly on our way in and out but private enough that we never felt that our presence was a bother. The home was clean and well decorated and opening the door to the front porch area was a great way to start the day. The neighborhood is deliciously quiet! Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area but this cottage is about an easy 15 minute walk to the main street of Rehoboth Ave where the boardwalk meets the beach and where most of the shops are. Rehoboth is a beautiful maintained beach and the neighborhoods surrounding it are delightful. I hope to be back sometime soon! (A special shout-out to Frank and Louie’s Italian Specialties deli which is at the corner of 2nd and Baltimore Ave.)

Overall, this space was great for my partner and our two young children. Reno was attentive to our needs, and was there for us when there was a facilities hiccup. Great location on Rt. 1 too.

Reno’s place was put together very nicely and was extremely comfortable. We had one minor issue and he immediately had it resolved and was an amazing host. We stayed for Valentine’s Day and he greeted us with a bottle of wine and a warm smile. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed over Valentine’s Day weekend and she left some chocolates on the bed for us as well as a few Valentine’s Day decorations. It was really thoughtful. The place is fantastic. The view is simply spectacular. It was amazing to watch the waves and passing dolphins from the balcony. Diana and Ben have a great sense of style. The kitchen is surprisingly functional and well equipped for such a small space. And the location could not have been better. We felt as though we could easily get to everything Rehoboth has to offer. Don't miss the beach walk up to Gordon Pond and beyond to Henlopen State Park. You can take a 9-mile loop for great birding, historical sites, and easy beach walking (especially at low tide). The only notable downside is that the HVAC unit in the condo is quite noisy (at least when heating). We got used to it, but it's a surprise the first few times it comes on. Thanks for a terrific visit to Rehoboth Beach!

The Sky Pad is perfect for a couple's weekend getaway. The space is small, but the large deck is essentially another room to use for reading and relaxing. The location is perfect, close to town via a nice walk. The Sky Pad is located a quiet street with large trees. The sofa bed is comfortable, better than most as the mattress inflates so one is not sleeping on the housing of the bedframe. The kitchen is equipped with just enough items to cook a small meal, make coffee or mix a cocktail. There were normal apartment noises such as the heater/cooling system running but none of this distracting in the least. We will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this place. Loved it.

Perfect location, easy walk to restaurants, drinks and the beach. The rooftop deck is lovely to sit and have a drink after a day at the beach!

The Skypad is totally awesome! The location is incredible. It took me less than 20 minutes to get to the beach every day and you are so close to everything in the circle. I felt completely safe and everyone in the area is so friendly. I wanted to note how great the host is - I accidentally locked myself out of the Skypad and he was so quick to answer and let me back in. Stay here, it is perfect!

If you’re looking for a stylish space with the best location- this is it. We loved sitting out on the deck and how close we were to everything with it still being very quiet and private. Would definitely stay again!!

The Sky Pad is great for a couple or single traveler. It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood yet close to great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The apartment is small but stylishly decorated (loved all the lights!) and full of character. The queen sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfortable and very easy to set up. My husband especially appreciated the desk since he had to work part of the time. We both loved hanging out on the expansive deck. We were sorry to leave but hope to stay here again on our next visit. The Sky Pad is truly a special place.

Clean and cozy space in a great location for a short stay at RB. The place is within easy walking distance of the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. We would recommend Charles’ place to others.

Great location, and an ideal space for solo travelers. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to town for restaurants, shopping. Beach distance is walkable, or there is a parking pass if you prefer to drive. Would definitely return---a great find!

5+ stars all around for my stay here! Lovely townhouse neighborhood, spacious, clean bed and bathroom, and kitchen with all the necessary appliances + more; down the street from Dogfish Brewery, as well as only 12-25 min. drive from Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach so plenty of fun things to see and do close by! Brian and Megan were the best hosts - I had absolutely no issues during my stay. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Initially we booked the place for one day and ended up staying an extra two days. The place is very clean and comfortable. Our host was great with speedy responses. We would definitely return when in the area.

Overall Ray’s place was amazing! It was perfect for our stay. However a few things I want to mention. There is a little lack of privacy. There is a huge window in the living room with no curtains. In addition, if you want to cook I would recommend bringing your own cooking utensils because they did not supply much to cook with. Overall I would recommend though!

Ray’s place is EXACTLY as depicted in the photos. It’s clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and easy to access. Had no problems at all. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Kristan’s Place was clean and perfectly located for a quick weekend getaway! Steps to the beach and to local restaurants. Unique layout, great for enjoying separate spaces—feels like summer camp but much much better! Comfortable beds and common spaces. Smaller kitchen—if you are planning to cook keep that in mind. Also if you are staying in one of the outdoor bedrooms a white noise machine might be helpful. Road noise is minimal but there in the event you are a light sleeper. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the beach and our walk to Rehoboth to the boardwalk. Plenty to do and gorgeous this time of year! Would love to visit again!

Very charming ”old school” beach cabin. A great space for hanging out with friends and family. Short walk to beach and everything Dewey. I would come back.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb vacations. The house is a rustic, unique and lovely rental with artsy touches and lots of space. It was much bigger than I expected, very comfortable, so close to the beach, and an enjoyable happy place to return to after a day on the sand. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The host is very responsive and helpful, and I hope to return.

My boyfriend and dogs recently stayed at Erin's place and it was absolutely wonderful! You can't beat the location! This place is a block or less away from the beach - Dewey is dog friendly which was a huge plus! All the great restaurants and bars are within walking distance so it made if convenient after a long day at the beach!! Erin made our check in extremely easy and let us check in early! She was very accommodating and answered questions very quickly! This is definitely a place we would stay at again!

This was PERFECT for my husband and I plus our 2 medium size dogs. Erin was GREAT and checked in our travels. The place was clean and had nice touches that made it feel homey. We just got back to PA and wish we would have booked another night. I would love to stay again next trip that's just the 4 of us. It was nice that the cottage sits back. It feels private and is a cool shaded place to eat lunch.

This place was a great stay in Rehoboth Beach. It’s the perfect size for two people and very comfortable! Great location and place was way ABOVE my expectations! My daughter(11) said that was the most comfortable bed EVER!!!

Sometimes photographs don't do a place justice. Denis' place has 12' ceilings, 8' doors, and sumptuous wainscot and crown molding. The windows have classy plantation blinds. The bed, bedding, and pillows were luxurious. Everything was an uptick or two from where I usually stay. Very nice amenities too. Great towels, ceiling fans (not noisy, YAY!), my own thermostat, and a sweet kitchenette. Clean and super quiet. Great place. It felt like a wonderful getaway.

Had a great stay on Denis' place, the suite is very comfortable, and bigger than what it appears on the pictures. The community around is great, had everything we needed within a 10 minute drive and still had the tranquility of a small countryside city, the bed was really nice and comfortable, the termorstate system kept the rooms at a cozy temperature and we had everything to cook meals ourselves. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend some time at a calm and quiet place with great scenery while not being too far from all kinds of restaurants and stores you might need.

Lovely space with all amenities you could want. Clean, easy access, Denis is an excellent host. Quaint. The full kitchen and lovely bath make it very homey. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Entertainment center is fully connected with DVD and cable. Highly recommended. We WILL be back and stay here again.

We spent four wonderful nights at Kim's beachfront condo and couldn't have had a nicer time. Great space, well equipped, very comfortable, especially the king bed. And nothing compares to waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean right outside your door and a sunny boardwalk view from your balcony. Indoor parking a big plus, as was the friendly, helpful condo staff. A great beach getaway!

An awesome couples getaway!!! The studio condo was spacious, well decorated (lots of special touches), and very comfortable! The ocean views from within the condo and on the balcony are nothing short of stunning! We loved the balcony bar and stools, each morning we would sit out there and enjoy our breakfast while taking in the breathtaking sunrises and in the evening we would sit out there sipping martinis before heading off to dinner! During the day we rode the bikes along the boardwalk, and walked along the beach. Kim is an excellent host, she provided all the information needed and addressed all of our questions in advance of our arrival! This is a truly special place, and we look forward to many more returns!

The view (and location in general) is obviously why you stay here, and it did not disappoint. For a winter trip, it was awesome to wake up with a full view of the ocean and enjoy the scenery from the balcony. Beautiful space and perfect for a few people.

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed. Everything in the unit is high end, it is so thoughtfully put together, it does not feel like a rental unit at all but like you're a guest in someone's home. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and boardwalk and easy to walk to everything, the bed is big and comfortable, even the blankets were really nice. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We loved staying here.

T’s studio was amazing. A postcard view right outside of your door. Great for sipping coffee in the morning or a quite relaxing dogfishead in the evening. Location was perfect. Right outside of rehobeth country club and yacht club. Just over a mile away from Tanger mall in one direction and dogfishead eatery in the other. About five minutes from the beach. We suggest “Egg” for breakfast, it was to die for. T let my wife and I enjoy our quite little weekend getaway but was right next door with a smile and a helping hand and suggestions if we needed. All amenities were there and ready for use. Not five, but six star reviews from us. Our most enjoyable and best Airbnb to date. The pictures online simply just do not do this dream apartment justice. Who says Summer ends at Labor Day? Not really. It’s the perfect time of year to get away to Rehoboth Beach when the crowds are gone and the off-season rates are in full swing. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street, tucked away behind the sea grasses, under the pines, on a small creek is T’s secluded little sea shore hideaway. The first thing you’ll notice upon arrival is how quiet it is. We could hear nothing but the breeze whistling through the pines. Without a doubt this is the place where you want to be to trade rush hours for happy hours. The accommodations were simply wonderful with everything we needed to enjoy our extended day trip. Separate from the main house you’ll have all the privacy you’ll need. The space was super clean and well-appointed with a very comfortable king bed and a kitchenette. Also, there are plenty of restaurants nearby…plus the center of town and the beach. Which are all within a very short driving distance. After a day of biking at Cape Henlopen State Park it was such a treat to come back in the late afternoon and sit on the dock with a glass of wine, while watching the deer and fox across the creek enjoying their side of the creek, as much as we enjoyed our side. I’ll finish as I started by saying, who says Summer ends at Labor Day? Check out T’s place and you’ll see that it does not end but only gets better.

T was a great host and the room was perfect for having a get-away! It was situated in a nice location near Rehoboth beach and so easy to get around.

If you’re not staying here, you’re 100% missing out. My girlfriend and I stayed here for Valentines Day weekend and it was perfect. The decor was awesome and it has everything you could ask for in a home. Full kitchen and plenty of room in there for 2 people to live very comfortably. I would stay here again, for sure! Best AirBnB we’ve stayed in! Also, the homemade crumb cake was DELICIOUS!

We spent a wonderful 2 nights at Patty’s place, using it as a home base as we explored our future retirement location. The space was bright, cheery, and full of touches that made it extra special. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping, yet in a quiet, residential area. We will definitely be returning!

First-class hospitality! A room with a view that’s conveniently located on the boardwalk near the center of Rehoboth. My wife & I have stayed here on other occasions (in other condos). We love the efficient and thoughtful staff, terrific location and great facilities and greatly enjoyed staying here again. MD saw to it that a key was available for pickup on New Year’s Eve and had the place in top condition for guests— squeaky-clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The Kerug was a nice touch that we enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended!

The condo is exactly what is described except that the view is an unexpected benefit. Waking up every morning and being able to look at the ocean is amazing. Very clean and perfect location.

The location of this place is fabulous! Park your car in the garage, and walk to everywhere. a very easy walk even to dogfishead, which has great food and beer!

This was the PERFECT rental, clean, full kitchen, great layout, spectacular views. We couldn't get closer to all amenities, shops, restaurants, the beach if we tried, an absolute gem and the host was gracious and prompt with replies. LOVED it!!

Great stay and plenty of space four our family of six. We appreciated the two large family room areas, multiple bathrooms, and the large couches. Perfectly located with easy access to all that Rehoboth has to offer. The space was clean and well decorated. The thing that stood out the most was Brad's thoughtfulness in the many amenities available such as: beach chairs, bikes, luggage racks, two wireless cellphone chargers in all three bedrooms, linens, towels, beach towels, well stocked kitchen with ice maker and filtered water just to name a few things. My family would book again.

We loved our stay at Brad's and would love to come back soon! It was impeccably decorated with all the amenities you could want to hang out and cook if you wanted (we did not). The house is clean and well situated and we were able to walk to the main downtown street and easily drive to the outlets and nearby stores off the highway. It was very spacious for our group of 6 with 3 cars parking and we didn't even use the large living room upstairs. We enjoyed the easy self check in and check out process. The only small annoyance that we knew in advance via the house guide is that guests will need to strip the beds, take the trash out, do dishes, and start laundry before checking out. We'll be back soon in the warm weather to use the pool and nearby beach!

My bed was my favorite part. It was so comfortable! The kitchen is also beautiful but I never used it. I appreciated the washer and dryer though as I stayed for a week and laundry was in order.

Pictures do not do this house justice. Charese and Carolyn were amazing host. My boyfriend and I stood Valentine’s Day weekend and she brought us a cake and wine. The house had everything we needed to cook and had complementary coffee and tea. The beach is under 10 minutes away and there is a cute bakery right across the street. The house was sparkling clean and was right off the high way. Definitely would come back.

Everything was super clean. Carolyn greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the amenities, which were considerable. She has anticipated your needs and provided the extras of coffee, shampoo, and even some wine. The beds were comfortable and well appointed. There is a large flat screen TV and strong WiFi. The location is great for running up the back way to Lewes Historical District or Cape Henlopen State Park. We had a lovely stay.

Carolyn and Cherise’s apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and incredibly clean. Cherise gave us such a warm welcome to the space and showed us around when we arrived. We were immediately struck by how clean and new the entire space felt! It's filled with small, thoughtful touches, like local maps and cozy blankets. Carolyn and Cherise even supplied coffee and a bottle of local wine to make us feel at home.The beds, bathroom, kitchen, and TV area are all beautiful and comfortable. The space is across the street from a wonderful local bakery, and it is an easy 10 minute drive from downtown Lewes. We loved exploring the area, walking on the beach, and then coming back to cozy up in the apartment. Our stay was perfect and we are eager to return!

I had highly recommend this place. It’s perfect for one person or a couple to get away. Its just steps from the beach which was beautiful.

Pictures show exactly how it is. Very clean. Small but perfect for my husband and I. Super close to the beach and downtown Dewey. Pretty close to Rehoboth. Kitchen has everything you need. We had issues with the TVs but we weren’t really there to watch TV so didn’t bother us much. Very nice. We would stay again and recommend to others.

This cute condo was in perfect location to everything. The beach was just a small walk away, a few restaurants and Dewey brewery within walking distance, and a short drive from Rehoboth. The condo was clean and cozy. The shower was amazing! I had trouble finding the condo and I called Denise and she was quick to respond and show me where the condo was and where to park. She also made suggestions for crab legs. Thanks so much for everything!

This condo is just liked it is pictured. Everything is updated and so clean. It may be a small space but everything you need is right at your fingertips. We appreciated having a washer/dryer right there since you never know what the weather will be like in October.
