Very bright and quiet attic apartment with fitted kitchen/dishwasher, daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, sleeping alcove in the dwarf house, room with large roof windows and a fantastic, kilometre-wide view towards the west. Extremely comfortable seating, stereo system, cable radio and TV, fireplace in addition to central heating. Approx. 10 min. walk to the eastern station, approx. 15 min. to the pedestrian zone, approx. 5 min. to the local recreation area. Lockable bicycle shed.

Recreation in the Waldsiedlung Glashütte Haus Regina

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

This beautiful modern apartment is right in the heart of Hildesheim. The perfect starting point for exploring the city centre and visiting the World Heritage Site. All sights can easily be reached on foot. Nearby are many restaurants and bars as well as good shopping. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 20 minutes to the fairgrounds. Please don't smoke in the apartment!! Parking garage is directly in the house - for a fee
