Everything worked as designed. The cabin was functional and clean.

This house has lots of space for a bigger group. Everything went smoothly from collecting the keys to just enjoying and relaxing. Slopes are just a short drive away and in fact you can see them from the yard. Big clothes dryer closet was an excellent surprise!

The house is as described, we were in trouble with sauna and dishwasher in the beginning but it was just a minor misunderstanding that host resolved in matter of minutes. I'd like to mention that any problems or questions will be resolved very quickly, as host was always online and reachable. Everything in house was as described, different sizes of pots for cooking, a big boiler so everyone could have a shower, the dryer worked great for ski boots after long day on slopes. Wifi got a bit slow but this was probably due to 8 people logged in at once, it worked great when there were less people (streaming etc.). Pillows, blankets and beds were comfortable enough and I'm a really picky & light sleeper. The slopes are a bit far to reach by foot, so you need to drive to get there. The only thing we missed were kitchen towels, everything else was up to standard described. I'd like to thank host once again!

Company of 6 and toddler stayed here for a 5 nights. Listing description is accurate. Location for skiing in Himos good, few minute drive. The pillows could have been better, as in company we had some picky sleepers. Over all we are satisfied with this apartment home.

Nice house near the lake on the second line, 200 meters to a small pier. On the whole, peace and quiet, especially in the summer - when few neighbors. There BBQ, grill and wood for barbecue. Good online. Dmitry went quickly to communicate, all lucidly explained, matters not! Note that for a sufficiently large house - a small sauna for 2-3 people, but it was not a problem for us. Wonderful stay in this lovely house by the lake. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We had been cooking on every of 3 days of our stay and didn't miss anything in the kitchen. Thanks to Dmitry's discriptions nearby we found good places for fishing and hiking, a funny elk farm, Himos mountain and, ca. 30 km away from the house, the Isojärvi national park. Jämsä is ca 5 km away and provides places for shopping, gastronomy etc. Anytime Dmitry had been available for questions and gave advises. All in all, a great time here! Мы (компания молодых людей) провели в домике 3 дня и всем остались очень довольны. Коттедж достаточно просторен, всё нужное оборудование в нём было. По вечерам готовили, пользовались сауной. Коттедж расположен недалеко от берега озера, мы быстро нашли отличные места для рыбалки. Благодаря описаниям Дмитрия на месте разобрались быстро, много времени проводили на природе, посетили лосиную ферму, были на вершине Химоса и в национальном парке Исоярви в 30 км. В Ямсе (в 5 км) можно найти различные магазины, рестораны итп. Дмитрий постоянно бы готов помочь советом в любом вопросе. Отдых очень понравился, уезжать не хотелось.

Very good place do stay

Nice and cozy cottage close to the slopes. 2 minutes by car. The check-in was very smooth and the host replied very fast. We can recommend this place!

All was well, the house worked fine for our group consisting of two adults and three children. A car was handy to have as, while close, the house is not next to the slopes or services. Entry and departure was very easy.

Some problems in getting the key but the problem was solved quickly. She's easy to reach. Can recommend her to potential customers.

We went skiing to Himos and stayed at this house. The house was very nice and cozy and was also situated pretty close to the ski center (5 minutes walk over the frozen lake). Cozy bedrooms and a little lovely sauna made the trip very nice. The only thing that disappointed us was the mess in the house when we got there, left by the previous guests. Considering that the 92 euros cleaning fee was mandatory, we contacted Kseniia and she sent the cleaners who cleaned up the mess.

Good and flexible customer service

The cottage was really nice and cozy, it felt almost like new. Nice sauna, kitchen, fireplace. The location is so close to the slopes (you can actually see them from the window) so that is very convenient. The area doesn't have much dining options but that's where the kitchen comes handy and you can prepare your own meals. There are no bed sheets and towels, you can rent them for extra cost from the Himos center. Overall I would gladly recommend staying in this cottage!

Dmitry was easy to be in contact with and he was very helpful when there were some small problems with the cottage, which were NOT his reason.

Rest in this house in July, we all very much. The house is clean, with a pleasant terrace. The air in the area was very clean and fragrant. On the territory of the site is growing blueberries. Everything was great!

We expected nice cottage in countryside and we got it. Service from reception was limited, but, apparently, industry standard for Finland. And take your bed linen with you! We mistakenly expected this to be included. As a result our cost of staying increased for 24%.

Beautiful cottage in lyžaské area, but around the other cottages, so no feeling of a private nature. Super amenities, cleanliness, but I do not recommend for seven adults is rather a family with children.

As I have introduced AirBnb to Dmitry he has learnt very quickly how to use AirBnb. :-) The House was immaculate, Dmitry has been the best host I have ever dealt with via AirBnb, even when he was in St Petersburg in Russia, he has helped us call a cab. :-) House was very clean and very warm, the location was the best and I will definitely go back there again and recommend Dmitry's properties to people.

Atrašānās vieta ļoti laba, mēs gājām uz trasēm ar kājām aptuveni 5 minūtes ar slēpju zābakiem, māja ir paveca tāpēc grīdas ķīkst gan augšā gan lejā, māja aprīkota ar visu kas vien ir vajadzīgs, trauku mašīna, veļasmašīna,kafijas automāts tējkana, tosteris utt, ļoti daudz trauku ir gan pannas gan katli, principā neko nevajag izņemot (URL HIDDEN) tikai viena duša otrajā stāvā, ja ir daudz cilvēku tad tā varētu būt problēma, labi ka ir pa tualetei katrā stāvā :) Gultas veļa ir iekļauta cenā, ir uz balkona otrajā stāvā kubls, lieta laba, bet vējā mazliet līgojas kad sēdi kublā.Kopumā viss ok, vienīgais ka varētu būt lētāka cena.Ar maziem bērniem ne īpaši ieteiktu, ja ir jau pusaudži tad varētu būt ok.

Everything is at a high level. Clean, comfortable, close to the city center and Himos. Now we know a very good place to stop in Jämsä.

Extremely small room, almost impossible to move to second and with two suitcases themselves. Too many unnecessary things and stacking the hosts were distributed across bya room. However, were all very helpful, directed us have breakfast and even borrowed wheels!

My host was there when we arrived and welcomed. We received all the necessary information and accommodation was really nice! Target responded to the description, the beds were very comfortable and we were on the whole satisfied! Neighborhood was quiet, lovely big yard and there was sulkismailat, which we used. The only thing was I guess the breakfast was basic supplies and some basic spices. Definitely I can recommend Tenkalaa and if there's the move, I utilize certainly again!

Esa was very hospitable. We arrived later in the evening than expected, this wasn't a problem for him. We could contact him anytime during our stay. The house is in exelent condition and clean. I would recomment renting this house when visiting Jämsä!

We rent a house for the New Year. The house complies with the photo. The house is cozy, warm, clean, fully equipped kitchen. Location of the house is excellent, if you drive to the ski slope - 2 min. Not long before the arrival ordered a tree. And when they came to see the beautiful Christmas tree and toys, for which he is very grateful. The only drawback - the problem with the Russian TV. Installed antenna Tricolour, but the receiver was missing. When communicating with Xenia learned that shortly before our arrival, the TV was tested, however, upon receipt of the receiver, there was no signal from the dish. It was very disappointing that we could not hear the chiming clock, the more that two children who believe in Santa Claus, so waiting for the chiming clock to run after and look under the Christmas tree, whether played Santa Claus to their requests.

I would like to thank Dmitry for hosting us during the New Year holidays. First of all, what I would like to highlight is the location. You can walk from the cottage to the ski slopes. Large food stores are just 5 km away by car. I also really appreciated warm floors around the house, stable and fast wi-fi and a parking place next to the house. The house was quite small, but very clean and had all the necessary amenities, and even a sauna. Our group of 3 adults and 4 children did fit in the house, but I think it would be more comfortable for 4-5 persons. The only thing, that I would improve - more comfortable mattresses.

Olimme isolla tyttöporukalla viettämässä viikonloppua mökillä. Mökki oli siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Mökissä mahtui olemaan isollakin porukalla. Sijainti on erittäin hyvä, lyhyt kävelymatka HimosAreenalle. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä!

It is a great place to stay, which is located very close to the slopes. All of us loved it and we definitely plan the same trip in the future. The one thing that could be better is TV signal, children couldn't watch anything from TV, but I guess it depends on the provider. Kseniia is a great host. Answers very quickly and everything worked as agreed.

The key to the house was deposited in Himos Center, which made the journey easy. The house looks like in the pictures. Everything is there for the preparation of all meals. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean. The cutlery, pots and pans were dirty with food scraps and some with hair. The house is ansich be very nice if it would just not have been so dirty. We will not stay here!

With all description matched. There were not the first time. On arrival there was a terrible ice, eventually the child tore his knees with his pants down. And very strange working fireplace. We wanted to light - he puffed and smoked, despite our throwing until triggered smoke detectors. Yelled mercilessly. How to turn them off - not written anywhere. Themselves understood. Only then I realized how close to the front door lying poluobgorelye wood, and in the fireplace too. In itself there is a fireplace and stove. It was dirty. Not enough powder for dishes. machines. Comfortable family cottage, responded well to the description and expectations. DVD player was a repair, but it was the next day. Highly recommended!
