Rebecca's place was just as advertised, a great value kitty corner from Solera Brewing and a couple of great food joints. Communication throughout our stay was excellent - she messaged us beforehand and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as promised! This place was perfect for what we needed. We attended a wedding our first day and hiked and explored the next few. This little room was cozy and had all the amenities-fridge, hot plate, water heater, even a French press and toaster. It was easy to get in and all the instructions we needed were in the manual where the itinerary said it would be. Even better was the surrounding area! Lots of hiking and gorgeous views, fruit stands all over, and we had all our breakfasts at Wake N Baked not far down the road. The Little Barn Room is highly recommended.

Kelly greeted me when I arrived and put in an AC unit since it was supposed to be warm this week and it was very warm. Very convenient location for the event I was attending a mile away at the community center.

Kelly and Dave were wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and the closeness to nature at the Little Barn.

The listing of this home is completely accurate. A beautiful home nestled in the orchard, with views of three mountains. The house is sparkling clean. Steve and TD are lovely people who make you feel right at home. The dogs are kept in their kennel, unless you beg to pet them. Steve and TD's love for their animals comes clearly thru. Food was GREAT.

TD not only provided a stunning property for us to enjoy to the fullest, but she went out of her way to make sure we were cared for. We started each morning with a beautiful and tasty breakfast each morning and that was a perfect way to begin each day. Thanks TD for the great place and the enjoyable conversations as well.

We had a great time staying at the house and exploring the surrounding area. We took a day trip up to Timberline Lodge and had great views all along the drive. TD had breakfast ready in the morning right when we were ready and the oatmeal pancakes were delicious!

Boy was I lucky to score this place! I booked this place last minute on one of the very few openings they had available. It was AMAZING!!!! Great views, gracious hosts, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast! This was my second trip to the Mt. Hood area and I wasn't planning on visiting again (want to see visit other places) but man I will be returning just to stay at their home! I was looking into their upcoming availability even before leaving! I didn't want to leave! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with TD & Steve at the Cozy Hideaway. This home has amazing views of mountains, orchards and a spectacular view of Mt. Hood. A additional treat is the abundance of birds that are in the area. After a long day of touring it was very nice to relax on their deck and take in a beautiful sunset. We were entertained by the Hummingbirds who were flocking to the outdoor feeder. TD prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for us, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. This is a must stop for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat in a quiet setting with amazing views. We look forward to an opportunity to visit with them in the future. Oh yeah I need to write a part two to the review.. I ...MISS the doggies Roxy and Shasta!!! They were also the perfect hostesses along with TD!!

Our stay at TD's was fantastic! We had our own private entrance to the downstairs living area. It was very spacious with 2 queen sized beds in one room, a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom in another room, one bathroom, and a very large living area with two dart boards, large screen TV and movies galore (although we never used it). We were invited upstairs to her dining room for a scrumptious breakfast on both mornings we were there. What a delight! The house is a little secluded, about a 1/2 mile up a dirt road, surrounded by orchards with a beautiful view of Mt. Hood. This is a place we will definitely return to when we visit the Mt. Hood/Parkdale area again. Thanks TD!

My husband and I were pleased with every aspect of our stay with TD. The house is perched on a quiet hill with beautiful views of orchards, rolling fog, and majestic Mt. Hood. TD fixed us a delicious breakfast each morning of our stay and it was just the right amount of food to fuel us for our planned recreational activities. TD and her husband were friendly and easy to talk to and gave us all the privacy we needed. They were also helpful in answering questions about the hikes we'd planned and providing recommendations for dinners out. We enjoyed happy hour at Crooked Tree Tavern one of our days there and it was delicious!! The guest apartment has its own entry making it possible to come and go at your leisure. Despite the size of their friendly dogs, we never heard them bark or run through the house. They're super well-behaved and have sweet temperaments. I had no cell reception at the house but they do offer wifi. We're already looking forward to staying here again.

Shane's apartment was the perfect cozy spot to spend a Saturday night after a long day skiing on Mt. Hood. The place is cute and well-kept. Great location as Parkdale is just up the road and Hood River is only 20 min away. We loved the movie selection and the breathtaking view of the mountain once the clouds passed. Would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Shane's place was great! It was just as described and very easy to find. Everything was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there again.

Shane's place is about as close as you can get to Meadows. It was a great place to stay overnight so that we could get 2 great days of skiing in! It is also very close to restaurants and bars in Hood River. Great DVD collection, and much appreciated Coffee and Hot Cocoa. We will have to return to see the view in the summertime!

Quiet and very clean apartment with an outstanding view of Mt. Hood. It's a great base camp to enjoy the local scenery and recreation.

We had a wonderful stay. 15 minutes from Hood River and 30 minutes from mountain activities made for a perfect weekend getaway. Shane is such an wonderful host. Clear communication, clean and beautifully maintained space, great parking, and just a completely peaceful environment. And the view... THE VIEW!!! We will be back for sure.

The guest house is exactly as described in the listing, we loved everything about our stay and will remember the place very fondly. The house is immaculately decorated and equipped with coffee and fresh flowers. If that wasn't enough, the view of Mt. Adams during sunrise is truly spectacular! Dawn made our last minute booking easy.

Attended a wedding at the Mt. Hood Town Hall. This is right across the street so was perfect for us! 4 people stayed here easy, Joe and Heather made it feel like home for the weekend!

My boyfriend and I were looking for some time away from the day to day of our lives, and this turned out to be a great place to do so! Joe was great in our communication and gave great advice on what there was to do, see, and visit when we got there. We really felt cared about and their attention was so personalized that the trip became something very special. The house is lovely, and the heated tile in the bathroom is the cherry on top of a lovely place.

When I discovered the Farmhouse, I knew it was a place where I would return. This is my second business stay. Is it the friendly host, freshly baked bread, excellent coffee, spacious, sparkling clean, quiet apt., or the fast wifi that keeps me coming back? Answer: All of the above!

We stayed at Joe and Heather's farmhouse over Christmas, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was warm and well-stocked, the location (and snow!) was perfect, and the fresh-baked bread and coffee were quite a treat. This was one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had, highly recommended!

Karey and Bob had some really tasty blueberry pies for us to enjoy on arrival. The cabin was located conveniently near Hood River, the owner couple built it 7 years ago themselves, it was modern, spacious, clean, cozy and warm. They had washer and dryer which we used for rain soaked clothes. The bathroom floor was also heated and I felt so comforted walking around barefoot. It was refreshing to have Hood River running next to the cabin and the view from the windows were fantastic! Highly recommended.

Spacious and very comfortable. If you want a place out of town and the hustle and bustle this is it.

This is the place, if you want peace and quiet, out of town a bit, the river in the backyard. Great shower, kitchen with everything you will need, laundry, and LOTS of indoor space. Comfy bed, too. Get away from it all in comfort and style.

Karey has a lovely and charming home with a rushing river directly below, as well as driving distance access to Columbia River Gorge and Mt Hood. We had a very relaxing stay in the private apartment, which is located within her home but has separate amenities- a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The bathroom was very nicely appointed. Karey and Bob were nice enough to give us their local recommendations for hiking and eating, and help supply us with things like foil to complete our local seafood dinner, which we were able to cook using the kitchenette. Thanks for a great stay!

What a wonderful retreat! Our visit was way too short and we're already planning another trip next year. Susan is so charming and her farm is beautiful. We were there during full bloom of the local pears in the Odell Valley. It was an exquisite, peaceful weekend!

This is a special place and exceeded what we hoped for in our stay. There are too many details to mention but the grounds are beautiful, the place and Susan are so welcoming. Every corner is bursting with flora or is the domain of the chickens, llama and alpacas which you can approach if you are lucky. It was quite a stroke of luck to experience this special place. It is beautiful and happens to have the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in my life.

My beloved and I came to stay at the Big Apple over the weekend, and it was a lovely experience! Susan is a warm, generous, and delightful host. Her farm is magnificent and bursting with life. We enjoyed strolling through the gardens and visiting the crew of resident animals. The Big Apple is the perfect place for a rejuvenating escape, and not to be missed. Susan's breakfasts are delicious and abundant, and the feather bed is like sleeping on a cloud of sink-in-able fluff - perfect for dreaming and listening to the chorus of frogs serenading outside.

We wanted a place to stay that would also serve as a springboard to discover Hood River and the Gorge. What we received was so much more. The setting for Susan's Apple Farm is about 8 miles from the town of Hood (URL HIDDEN) an extraordinarily beautiful valley. The farm is equally beautiful with ducks, chickens, sheep, and alpaca's. I remember a quote from an artist who said, my words are inadequate to describe how I feel and that is precisely how I feel as I try to review the Apple Farm while providing some accurate opinion of our experience. Our room was charming and the bathroom was great. There was a separate entrance which underscored the privacy we were provided. We were encouraged to explore the garden which was incredible...beautiful...scenic...rich with all kinds of fruit and vegetables. As a side note...Susan provided great follow up and directions to the farm. I confess to being unfamiliar with the area and I thought the drive to the farm might take a (URL HIDDEN) is a great road...beautiful and an easy drive. We stayed two nights and each mornings breakfast was perfect. Susan used to own a restaurant in town and, among her many talents, also happens to be an excellent cook so the breakfasts were perfect. For my wife and I staying at the Apple Farm was one of the most memorable experiences we have ever had. In closing, I would be remiss if I did not mention a bit more about our host. Susan is an unbelievably wonderful person...inspiring and so sweet. We are already pondering how we can visit Hood River and Susan's Apple Farm again.

Mary was super accommodating and very pleasant to arrange our vacation with. She gave us total privacy and made sure we had all we needed.

Ortopia Cabin was very comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic area of Oregon, including wildlife such as wild turkeys and coveys of quail. Perfectly located between Mt. Hood and the Colombia Gorge for all types of outdoor activities along with wonderful breweries and vineyards. Accommodations were spacious, clean and comfortable, especially the bed! Mary was the perfect host with respect for everyone's privacy. Thanks Mary for the wonderful accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is very clean, basic, and affordable, which is perfect for us. Cleanliness is important to us, and we don't feel the need to pay for extra bells and whistles. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom work great and the bed is comfortable. Also, it's set far back from the highway in a wooded area, so there is not a lot of traffic noise. The Hood River Valley is gorgeous, and this place is located close to wonderful hikes and natural beauty. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a real pleasure staying at Mary and Chris's cabin this week. We love it very much. , The cabin is super comfortable, quiet and close to everything we wanted to do in the Mt. Hood area. We recommend it to any one hope to return some day.

The host was great about contacting us up front, giving us accurate directions, and the place was easy to find and get into. It was a good location to stay near the Cooper Spur Resort for a wedding I was attending. The small cabin was clean and warm. I was a little surprised that there was no door between the bedroom and main room/kitchen. We had some issues with a cricket (which could have been solved if there was a door) and the bedroom not being dark enough in the morning.

Mary and Chris were super awesome! The cabin was tucked away in the woods but so easy to get to parkdale and hood river. It was clean and had a lot of fun games and videos! Would 100% stay here again if and when we come back to the area!

Our stay was seamless. Kelly provided easy arrival and departure information. The home is comfy and conveniently located...with a spectacular view. We didn't spend much time there since our main event was at another home in the area. The space was perfect for two couples and 2 youngsters.

Our family loved every minute of our stay at the cozy and comfortable Mt Hood Parkdale Getaway -- a charming home with a well-appointed kitchen, romantic master suite (complete with jacuzzi bathtub), bunk bedroom equipped with a toy bin and games for the kids, and a majestic view of Mt. Hood (when you can see it peeping out from the clouds) -- we were delighted! Kelly was very easy to communicate with and a thoughtful, responsive host. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Kelly was very reachable and communicated when it was needed. Her arrival instructions were very accurate. The neighborhood had that small town feel. It was quite and close to the stores and restaurants. The view of Mt.Hood could not have been better and the patio was relaxing. The BBQ restaurant was great.

This was a great, comfortable house with features that make it great for our family. It was also a perfect spot for skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, 20 minutes from the driveway to the Hood River Meadows lot, and a short walk to the two restaurants and grocery store in the tiny town.

The house was just what we were looking for. Semi remote, but in a little town with it's own little brewery a few doors down with simple eats and good beer (and a band the day we arrived). The house was clean and has a nice deck above the picture window below of Mount hood. The two regular bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfy beds.

Kelly and her house were great. The balcony ovelooks Mt. Hood. The view is unbelievable. The house is really well designed and incredibly clean. The location is perfect, you can walk to the restaurants, museum, stores n town, yet the backyard opens to the country, farms, and Mt. Hood.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michele with early enjoyed our stay at Michele's Place. air host communicated extremely well and makes a darn good breakfast. we were able to choose a different room and it was larger but she did not charge us any more for that room. there is a very nice hot tub also on the property which we were able to enjoy.

I rented Michele's place for my fiancee while he was traveling for work. He loved it. The surroundings were great, away from the city but but close enough for his commute to work. The first day she even gave him a ride into town! He said she was incredibly welcoming and nice, offering breakfast in the mornings, even though he was working late so ended up sleeping in instead. He really enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Michele was extremely accommodating providing us with all the necessities listed and info on local hotspots and restaurants. Easy to communicate with, very friendly, and made a delicious breakfast!! Such a cool space she has made with a hostel like feel. Gorgeous views from the property. Would stay here again :)

A good place to stay if you're planning to ski at Mt Hood Meadows -- about a 45 minute drive to the ski area. Also, by staying in Hood River, OR you approach Mt Hood from the north on highway 35 and avoid all the traffic from Portland.

Michelle's place was fantastic! Our room had plenty of space and was very comfy, pictures were very accurate. She made such delicious breakfasts. Michelle made everyone feel at home and had great recommendations. We had to leave early our last morning and she even pre-made our breakfast and had it in the fridge waiting for us! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Tom and Amanda's! The space is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The finishing touches really made the place seem polished. They stocked the fridge with goodies and had lots of fun chalk notes through out the house. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice little home. Perfect for a hood river getaway. Plenty of room for 2 people & maybe a baby. Everything you might need is there. Room for 2 cars. Hosts were very nice & easily contacted though I never saw them. The road is close by so it's not exactly remote if if that is your goal. Overall a great listing and one I would use again.

This is an adorable cottage in a rolling hills neighborhood a few minutes from town. The bed is comfortable, the shower is awesome as are the heated tiles in the bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I'd change is to add some other flat surface to put things, an end table or night stand. Otherwise we had no complaint and enjoyed ourselves very much.

This cottage was a perfect place for my partner and I to spend the night and celebrate an anniversary. We used the cottage as a home base while we some hiking around Mosier and Hood River, explored the downtown area of Hood River, enjoyed the winery down the street, and had dinner in Hood River. The cottage was clean, inviting, and very private. We didn't have any issue with excess sounds or lights like some other reviewers have written about. We were able to easily close all the blinds on the windows to block out light, and I didn't find the street to be very busy either. We enjoyed the porch furniture with the views of the gorge in the backyard, and really appreciated the stereo that we found in the cottage. We were able to hook our phones up to it so that we could enjoy some music. The winery just a couple of blocks away was truly lovely as well. Overall this was perfect for us, and it was super easy to work with Thomas to get access to the cottage. I'd highly recommend this spot to friends traveling to Hood River in the future.

Super fantastic place! We needed a place to crash in Hood River for a weekend wedding at one of the wineries on the Washington side. This place more than exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious, great patio and view. It was very clear the owner takes great care of it. The location was perfect! So close to everything we wanted to explore while we were in town.

Our stay was perfect. The house was beautifully done, clean and had everything we needed (and more!) Hosts were available but not intrusive. We were able to ride our bikes to restaurants and attractions quite easily. It was neat to see the animals in the pasture right behind the house. Made it feel out in the country even though we were minutes from wonderful food etc. We would definitely come back to the Cottage. Thanks!
