Great place! The apartment was clean, nice and well equipped, and the condominum has nice common areas that the whole family could enjoy.

The condo is conveniently located close to the Natural Reserve and has excellent facilities, the flat very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. We spent a long family weekend there and felt at home, with the freedom and space that one hardly finds in an hotel. Maritza was a great host, friendly, helpful, always reachable and quick to respond. For two nights we had an issue with a noisy neighbour but both Maritza and the condo manager helped us take care of it. All in all, I would definitively recommend Maritza and her flat.

We only communicated with Martiza via email but she was extremely responsive and left very clear instructions to pick up the keys from the porter's lodge. The apartment was exactly what we expected. It was clean and in a nice quiet complex with a nice communal pool area. Whilst the apartment doesn't have WIFI the clubhouse has free WIFI access which was a bonus.

This place was spectacular, it was even better than the pictures. It has everything anyone might need in the kitchen and bedrooms. The comunity is really clean, new and safe. The location is excellent right in front on the beach, Beautiful views. We really enjoyed every minute we were there. Maritza was always available to help and answer all my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back. The barbecue outside is a plus.

The condo and site were beautiful. Very big and clean. Right on the water and very close to the national park and marina if you're doing the boat tour. Only downside is it's extremely isolated. Having/renting a car is a must. The local restaurant and convenience store sold out of things every day and the nearest grocery mart was 25 minutes away in Pisco. Nothing to do with Maritza, but the staff on the site are pretty rude. Kept forbidding us from doing things like group chairs by the pool so we could sit together and wouldn't let us put towels on the balcony to dry. The guy at the main gate also lied to us about a boat tour and scammed us out of money. The condo itself is great though.

Our stay at the condominium nautico in Paracas was outstanding. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The beach and grounds were very well maintained, with an abundance of chairs and umbrellas. The beach service of ceviche was an added bonus. The distance from Paracas and Pisco to obtain groceries was a bit of a challenge as we did not have a car and our Spanish skills are limited but taxis were readily available. I would definitely stay here again.

I had another fabulous Airbnb experience!:) It's my time to travel in Peru but thanks to the two ladies, we felt very welcome in this often said dangerous country! Every time when we got back to the apartment, we were warmed by the big smiles and vivid body language (as I don't speak any Spanish)! And the ladies allowed us to stay longer on the next day instead of hurrying to make us check out! What more can I ask for? Then the room is spacious! It has a fridge and a fan which is very important!! And one more thing, the blankets and towels are super fragrant and clean!

Cesar's place was fantastic! It was very spacious and everything was provided for. We were looked after by Cesar's mother and aunties, who were wonderful and treated us like family. They went above and beyond - they gave us information about the neighbourhood, called taxis for us and were readily available to address anything. Cesar was great communicating with us prior to our arrival. Location was also great; we were about a 10 minute walk from the main plaza and a 5 min taxi ride from the Cruz del Sur bus station. I highly recommend this place!

Staying at Caesar's listing was very enjoyable! The room is exactly as described- spacious, with a private bathroom, and is quite clean. The shower also offered very hot water, which was much appreciated! Caesar and Nelly were quite responsive to any of our questions, and could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. I will look them up next time I come to Ica, and highly recommend this listing.

If you come to Ica, you need look no further for a clean and comfortable place to stay. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is spacious and very clean. The wi-fi works perfectly. There is street noise but I think that is common in Ica. It is not a problem at night. The best part about staying here though is Nelly. She is a super hostess. Friendly and caring. Great place all around at a great value.

César's place was great to stay in. It is a large room with an ensuite bathroom, shower with hot water and toiletries, a mini fridge, tv, couch, and a little dining area. It is a 5 min walk to the main square, 10 min walk/5 min cab to the bus station. I never met César but his lovely and friendly family were very helpful with arranging taxis to Huacachina and the bus station. Great family and room, would recommend!

César's room is perfect. The size of the room is nice and big wether you're a solo traveller or in a pair, it has an en-suite bathroom with an easy to use shower and comes complete with soap and shampoo in case you forgot to bring your own and towels and extra bed sheets/fleeces if you're cold. The room also has a table and extremely comfy sofa, as well as a mini fridge which is ideal for stocking up on drinks and keeping them cold. As for the guest interaction, César's family is absolutely lovely. His mum and aunt live downstairs and are always willing to help whenever and wherever possible. Unfortunately we never got to meet César as when we arrived he was out and when he got back we were out but I couldn't have been helped to feel more at home by the rest of his family. We only stayed one night but it was such a good night in terms of the room and help César's family are willing to provide. If I return to Ica I will definitely be staying in César's room again for sure. Thanks, César.

Excellent air bnb experience. The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom and shower are very confortable. Very welcomming host family so you will feel safe and relaxed during your stay here. They are always available for anything. Recommended !

We stayed for two nights in the apartment that was large clean and very well located. It had a fridge with fruit and water and toiletries which were great. Nellie was so kind helpful and welcoming- she made us feel great and treated us like family. Thank you for a safe and comfortable place in Ica that was much better than Huacachina.

We had a very welcoming stay in Ica. A special thanks to Benjamin to taking us on a full day adventure to Huacachina. The family provided a beautiful breakfast every morning in the garden- which was quite lovely.

We had a lovely stay here. Ica isn't exactly a scenic place but is a great base to go and do a few things in area (and a ton cheaper than huacachina!) This is a very clean, and quiet guesthouse with the loveliest hosts. They really care about their guests. One issue though is there are no fan in the room.. Ica is HOT and the rooms have very little ventilation. Get fans guys it would make the world of difference! Also, you are not given a key to the front gate and rather have to buzz.. not necessarily a problem but it was often another guest that answered which got us wondering- if they had not been there?! Giving guests a key would eliminate this problem. It is a lovely friendly place, just could do with a fan in the room.

The apartment is spacious and we had the whole bar and living room for ourselves because there weren't any other guests at the time. It is very close to the beach, but very far from the center and from all the restaurants. The only opportunity to eat something nearby is a small coffee. The internet wasn't working all the time because they are turning it off at night. Paracas and the nationalpark is reachable by collectivo.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and it was lovely. Despite a bit of a dangerous area due to an earthquake a few years back, it was very clean and affordable. The next door neighbours who let us in were extremely helpful whenever we asked for something. The place was nice, but the kitchen was not as advertised and the area has a lot of potential but just needs some work!

We enjoyed staying at Anthony's place. It was clean, cool and we got nice help with the arrival and getting to the Plaza des Armas from the neighbour. The place is not right in the town center but once we figured out that you can go to the center with the mototaxi for 2 soles and from there to Paracas with the shared taxi for 3 soles, we had no problems getting everywhere quickly. It was nice that you can even see the beach when you stand at the front door.

We enjoyed our stay at Anthony's place. We were the only people staying so we had the whole place to ourselves. We arrived early in the morning and the room was ready really quickly. It is nice alternative to staying in the more tourist area in Paracus. We enjoyed being off the tourist trail for a couple of nights. The beach was super close and not very busy. Would recommend our stay here.

The house is clean and really next to the beach, you can reach the city center quite quickly. Our hosts were helpful and provided us with some useful indications every time we asked. The room is quite hot in the summertime though because there's no window to the outside. Whatever it is a pretty good option if you want to explore Pisco and Paracas and enjoy the beach!

Very scenic location, but that's about it. Dinner is a issue. 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes by cab to Paracas. Expensive for the facilities provided in the apartment, particularly inadequate and poor quality towels and toiletries. The apartment however is spacious.

Good value for money, good location but 4km from downtown Paracas. It was ok for us since we had a minibus. Speaking of which, security is kinda exagerated in the condominium. Our tour guide was not allowed to stay with us to chat in the evening. He was only allowed to drop us off for 5 minutes. Private pool was small and the water not that clean.

The place was very nice! Master bedroom had a jacuzzi, plenty of room and steps to the beach. It's only about a 10 min drive to plaza vea which is in Pisco. Also 1 min drive or you can walk to the downtown of Paracas. You won't be let down. Alf was very easy to work with and a A+ to work with.

Great place, very good view on the beach and while an appartment on the beach - not a house, the first row experience on the 3rd level was great - like florida beach without the cars and noise.

The apartment was very nice,comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was really nice to be in such a peaceful place, with the nice view over the sea and the show the birds did every morning when they flew to the south. As we had a long trip behind us, Marilia was very forthcoming and gave us towels for swimming pool and beach. The whole area is quite basic, and shopping possibilities for food are really minimal.

El lugar es precioso! Todo súper limpio, las fotos son tal cual las publicaciones. A pesar de que hicimos la reserva con muy poco tiempo de anticipación , Marilia se encargo de que todo esté perfecto! Mi familia disfruto muchísimo!!! Si pudiera poner mas de 5 estrellas lo pondría! Mil gracia por todo!!!

El departamento es como en las fotos. Súper cómodo y bien ubicado, es en primera fila, las vista es muy linda y el mar está a unos pasos. El condominio muy bien también. Hay una pequeña playa artificial y el muelle tiene unos trampolines para tirarse al mar. Marilia es muy amble y está todo el tiempo disponible, con la mejor actitud. Regresaría y recomendaría el departamento.

Las fotos representan muy bien el departamento, la vista a la bahía es fantástica y las instalaciones del condominio son muy agradables. Marilia siempre estuvo muy atenta para que todo funcionara bien durante nuestra estadía. Eramos un grupo de 6 y quedamos muy bien acomodados. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.

First of all, the apartment is really fantastic: very well organized, the beds are perfects, and the view on the ocean is incredible. We spent time watching at the Pelicans flights and birds diving in the ocean! It was an amazing experience for the five of us. We were with our two children and they enjoyed a lot to be there. Then the apartment is located only at 10minutes by car to the balestas island departure deck and also to the natural reserve. Our stay was really delicious in Gerardo apartment. We highly recommend you this apartment. Thank you Gerardo!

We loved the apartment, it is well maintained, amenities are great, very nicely furnished and clean. We had a wonderful time here and felt very safe. Gerardo is very responsive and made sure all my questions were answered and needs were met while there. For me as a foreigner to Peru, I assumed the place had access to the beach as the pictures showed sand and the ocean. While the ocean is right there and the view is incredible, we were not able to access the ocean as It is full of rocks and the water looks really dirty. There is also a need of a car, we were a group of 6 and hired 2 drivers to come with us, if that had not been the case, it would had been difficult to get around as New Paracas is 4 km away from Paracas and there is no place to shop in New Paracas except for some basics at the main gate. I would've wanted to know this prior to arriving so that we had brought groceries to the condo. These two things are just a matter of information I would've liked to have before hand but they did not interfere in any way with our stay, we actually stayed an extra night and would have loved to stay there longer. Our stay in Paracas was great! We enjoyed the apartment and its surroundings very much. It was clean, efficient, and perfect for our shared family holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gerardo's place in Nuevo Paracas. The condo is very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. It has 4 bathrooms and will sleep 15+ people, more than enough space for my family of 5. The area is very secure and the views of the bay are beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather was a little cold so we didn't spend too much time in the water, we did use the pool and clubhouse with billards, foosball, and ping pong. The beach is stoney but there are cement paths to enter the bay, and a nice sandy area to sit on. There are lots of rules at the condo unit, but none that weren't reasonable. It did make me feel like I might be breaking some rule that I hadn't seen a few times. We were there mid-week and had the beach and clubhouse to ourselves, I'm sure it gets more crowded on the weekends (seems to be mostly second home units for beach vacations). It was about a 3 hour drive down from Lima. The biggest issue that we had, was that there is no grocery store in Paracas, so we ate out more than expected. In hindsight, Gerardo mentioned that in the welcome information we just missed it. No big deal. We'd go back in an instant when the weather is warmer!

We had a great experience with Gerardo as our host. The location was absolutely beautiful. It was essentially in a gated community and made us feel very safe. It looked exactly as the pictures did. Gerardo was extremely easy to get in contact with any questions we had. He was also very attentive and kind anytime we communicated. There kitchen was nicely stocked with any utensils of supplies you would need. We were able to buy groceries and make our own meals. The water in the bathrooms for showering was very hot and the water pressure was excellent which all of our family appreciated. It was too cold outside to go into the pool when we went but the pool is very large and located in a beautiful little clubhouse area. We can't say enough good things about the Paracas condo and Gerardo. Thanks again!

Gerardo was extremely nice from the very beginning. The place was very clean and cozy. However, no hair dryer, no soap, no shampoo/conditioner, and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (it's not enough). Other than that I loved the place. Very relaxing and private. I will definitely come back! But next time I won't forget to get toilet paper :)

This was an absolute pleasure. Awesome place to stay, I couldn't be any happier. Gerardo was really helpful based on the circumstances of my arrival. He worked with every step of the way to accommodate our needs. We weren't harassed by Gerardo, we felt very much at home, the security to the building was also very nice and also created a welcoming experience. Héctor estuvo muy al pendiente en todo momento. Siempre atento a cualquier consulta que tuvieramos. La Sra. encargada de entregarnos la llave, también muy amable. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a cinco minutos del muelle de embarque para los tours, a 5 minutos de el Chaco. Bastante cerca también las playas La Mina, El raspón. En general la ubicación muy buena. El departamento bastante cómodo y muy bien distribuido. Entramos cómodamente las 10 personas que fuimos. Altamente recomendable.

Beautiful sinces the begining, Carlos is an amazing host anything you need or concern , he will guide you. The place is as the pictures with an amazing view , sunset beach etc. Clean spacious is really what described .Definitaly I will recomend it. La ubicación del departamento es genial, tiene una vista al mar increíble. Toda la instalacion se encuentra en muy buen estado, es super espaciosa. Nos sentimos muy comodas en el departamento. El dia q llegamos el departamento se encontraba totalmente limpio, la cocina equipada. Definitivamente volveríamos a rentarla!

El departamento lindo, nuevo todo muy bien cuidado, de primera. Y la atención de Emma personalizada. Muchas gracias recomendable 100% . El sitio espectacular para que los niños se diviertan.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo pessoal do hotel. O proprietário em pessoa nos pegou no terminal de ônibus e nos ajudou com o transporte das bagagens até o quarto. O hotel é bastante agradável e está muito bem localizado, no oásis Huacachina. O quarto é confortável, contando com frigobar, água quente e banheira. O melhor custo-benefício da região, com certeza. Duas recomendações de passeios: de lá mesmo do hotel podes contactar uma empresa de turismo para fazer um passeio de tubular pelas areias do deserto de Ica, para ver o pôr do sol das dunas, e outro para o Parque Nacional de Paracas, a mais ou menos 30 minutos do hotel. AMBOS SÃO FANTÁSTICOS.

Todo excelente, la piscina súper limpia, las instalaciones muy limpias y con los utensilios básicos. Súper recomendado!

Sofía fue muy amable, estuvo siempre disponible, nos dio recomendaciones para visitar algunas playas y restaurantes. La casa estuvo impecable, bien equipada y ubicada.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely view. We did run into some communication hiccups along the way, i.e., the front desk wasn't aware that we were coming so it took a while to check-in and get the keys, and we weren't aware there would be an inventory count during the stay. The apartment also wasn't stocked with supplies that we normally find in AirBnB rentals, like toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwashing liquid. Fortunately the reception area has a small convenience store where we could purchase necessary things. Overall we still had a nice time -- just wished that things had gone more smoothly in terms of check-in and supplies.

The apartment is very nice with spectacular ocean views, clean and well equipped, very secured and close to the Ballestas island. The complex has lots of amenities although it was empty because is winter time. The only issue I encountered was that the beds did not have linen or pillows and we were not provided with towels, toiletries or toilet tissue. However after contacting my host he immediately took care and provided us with the items. The restaurant nearby is very good. And the community is just starting to develop. I do recommend the place and will definitely come back.

We had a lovely time with the family at Aliki's place. If you have a car it's very close to restaurants and shops. Aliki and Delia were very attentive and helpful. I strongly recommend this spot.

Beautiful modern condo with spectacular view of the ocean. If you're traveling to Paracas do note it's outside the main town and feels somewhat isolated, especially during the winter. If you want a getaway and downtime, this is great! If you want to be near the action, keep the location in mind. That said, it's relatively easy to catch a taxi or colectivo from the main road for the short ride down to Paracas. Be sure to have at least some basic Spanish speaking skills for checking in and working with the staff in the condo complex. They were all very patient with my less-than-stellar Spanish :)

Aliki was a good host. Apartment was beautiful, and clean.

The apartment is exactly like the photos provided, it was clean and all appliances worked fine, though very basic. The condominium is nice and safe and it is really oceanfront, though it is not recommended if you don't have a car (which we did have). Aliki was responsive with our phone calls during our stay (more later) and both checkin and checkout procedures worked fine. The problems we struggled with have already been reported by other guests, and should have been addressed by then: it lacked the very basic stuff for arriving guests, like a roll of toilet paper, soap, dishwashing gel, a damp cloth for the kitchen, some scrub for washing the dishes (no dishwashing machine provided). Except for the master bedroom, every other bedroom is crammed with bunk beds, making them look like a soldier's barracks. Even though we had confirmation in writing from Aliki that linen and towels would be provided, it took us a whole afternoon and three phone calls until we were delivered a single towel for each one of us. We were in four and there were only two pillows, so we had to make do with some sofa cushions. Overall impression was of a hotel room without the room service; it never felt like we were actually at someone's home - which I believe is really what drives people to Airbnb in the first place.

Me and 3 family members had a great weekend at Aliki's condo. It's in a fun location near Paracas/Pisco with easy parking and incredible beach access. Everything was setup for us when we arrived - clean sheets, towels, toiletries and bars of soap for all the bathrooms. There's a small convenience store near the security gate for beers, coffee, laundry soap, snacks, and other necessities. The beach is clean & a great spot to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was also well stocked for all cooking needs & the washing machine was welcomed after a week of traveling in Peru. Thank you, Aliki & hope we can come back soon!
