This place is ideal to stay a few days to explore the surroundings! (The cabo's and buzois). The house is immaculate, the mum of the host is the best and the lake where the house is located is also not bad at all. Two things to consider, a car is practical and you have to fulfill your wi-fi addiction somewhere else.

The location is great and very welcoming owner! We had an unforeseen and got out of the scheduled time and they did us the favor of receiving sympathy with all! The accommodations are great well-ventilated, I felt at home and still more positive approach of cities like Cape camp, whelks and cold out! I intend to one day yet again!

Qt to the apartment, near shops from great location, with direct access to condo Araruama lagoon which enjoyed good times with my family, easy access to Cabo Frio, Arrail Cape and Buzios cities q needs no comment .... the apartment Comfort excellent, good rooms adequate infrastructure to those who want to feel at home. This was my first experience at BNB and it was great! Starting with even distant Irina, always keeping in touch so I got right to the destination and showing available. Co your host (Monica) Extremely friendly and welcoming, very left in the will. The apartment is according to the photos without stalling. And the beach is really close to the condo. Very quiet place. Would staying and recommend.

The location of the apartment was great. They could provide some more useful items in the kitchen such as wine opener. The internet does not work even there. Better bring your own bed linen and bath.

The stay in Arraial do Cabo was mto good. The fit is excellent, well structured and clean. Location mto good, close to the great beach and trade. The mto tasty condominium and other pleasant recreational area. The mto good security. Despite mto cold water, the beach it's really beautiful !! Claudio and Tatiana were very receptive ... I go back again !!!

The stay was excellent. The apartamemto comfortable and very kind host. In the provided support and guidance including suggestions of places to visit. It was great. I recommend.

We had a great time at Claudio's condominium. It was just like the picture. We arrived at the condo several hours earlier, and the key to get in was there. We dropped our things at the condo and left to go eat. When we came back Claudio was waiting for us and he was so worried because he didn't know where we were and he wanted to make sure all was good. He came in and made all the beds and suggested a boat ride. A couple days later he came in the morning and took us to the port and negotiated the best boat ride for our family. We had the best time seeing the city by the ocean. The staff at the gate was always cordials and friendly. I highly r commend this place. The only thing is there isn't much of a beach view, but we felt safe and we didn't mind it.

I highly recommend the apartment Luiz Carlos. It is 2 blocks from the beach, very quiet to get going. The apartment has everything necessary for a same season stay with children 5 years as in my case. Into and out at different times in the condo without problems also has playground and court Volley. Everything was very good.

The apartment is great! It is very close to Prainha, a 5 min walk. It is well equipped, airy and family neighborhood. We spent a wonderful week for Arraial is an amazing place !!!! We intend to return. Mr. Luiz is a great host !!!!
