The mornings are filled with song birds singing their morning hymn's with plenty of country roads to either take a bike ride or just a quit walk, later enjoy the fire pit that can be used to either BBQ or just enjoy the calmness of the evening. Lily’s cottage is just 25 minutes from eagle point ski resort, and within 10-25 mins of lakes and fishing

Groovy Country Pad

**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Mimi's Place is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Brian Head Ski Resort, and the surrounding areas. Enjoy sightseeing, hiking, biking, ATV's, fishing and relaxing at nearby Panguitch Lake. For guests that need to stay connected for employment purposes we have 1 gig upload speed and 20 megabytes download speed so you can stay connected and complete your work tasks.

Warm weather mths watch para-gliders land just up the street. We consider requests for 1 nt stays. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Cozy Warm Glamp w Sauna Access

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Circle Tree Hideout

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

Quiet Mountain Retreat between Zion and Bryce NP

Enjoy this quiet year round mountain retreat in the perfect central location for all of your Southern Utah outdoor adventures! With garage parking, a private entrance and a view of trees, deer and wild turkeys strolling through the yard. This apartment has everything you will need for a week or weekend. Queen bed, twin bed sofa, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, and iron. Your friendly hosts will be available with local information regarding skiing, hiking, biking and more!

Home Base Resort #3

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

Desert Dome Escape - Sleeps 6+

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This geodesic dome is must see for both travelers and adventurers, alike. Perfectly isolated, yet literally 1 min. off I-15. Equipped and well stocked. Has Starlink wifi. Views, sunsets, stars! Central to National Parks. Bryce 1.5hrs Zion 2hrs Capital Reef 1.5hrs Great Basin 2.25hrs Arches 3hrs Canyonlands 3.5hrs **Please note: we are not done improving the property. Expect a little dust and unfinished areas.**

La Casita on Main Street

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

The Adventure House

Welcome to the Adventure house! Nestled at the mouth of Beaver Canyon, overlooking Canyon Breeze golf course. Within walking distance to local amenities such as ATV/ snowmobile trails and tours, equipment rentals and shuttle rides to Eagle Point ski resort. Easy access to golf, pickleball, hiking, biking, skiing and more. Come and enjoy the amazing views or relax on our private patio. We look forward to hosting you on your next adventure!
