  • We had such a pleasant stay in this house. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn't have any issues. Yes, the house is old. I don't see a problem with that since it is maintained and clean. Plus there are updates to the bathrooms and kitchen so they are great. Andy responded quickly to my questions and was accommodating to a request. I definitely recommend this place.

**Access roads from the east of Eagle Mt. Ski resort are closed for the winter.** This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.
This white brick home is split into two apartments, a basement apartment, and the ground floor level apartment. You will have use of the upper or main level floor apartment. (The basement has its own separate entrance.) The 70’s decor, in this Groovy Pad, includes rust-orange shag carpet, rust leather couches in a spacious living room. The hippy bathroom features oranges sinks and an orange bathtub. The living room has ample sectional seating in front of floor to ceiling windows with a view of the mountains to the west and often a stunning Utah sunset. A touch of the modern is the wall-mounted television that carries local and internet channels, thanks to Wifi. If you have an Amazon or Netflix account, you may view movies during your stay. This Pad has a nearly 1500 square feet pad with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath in the washroom where a washer and dryer are included. (Though, currently, there isn’t a door on the washroom) There is a throwback yellow and brown kitchen and dining area, with a table that seats 6 and a counter for 2 more. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, and pans for cooking your meals and snacks, along with coffee pot, microwave, toaster, plates, bowls, and cups. The town has only one grocery store so you would be well advised to bring your own food if you intend to cook. There are some food supplies in the cupboards for emergency use. There are no restaurants or fast food outlets in town, although the service station has some snack, quick meals. A carport and driveway provides room for several cars near the entrance and even an RV. Sister property to Peaceful Easy Stay for Your Southern Utah Getaway!

  • Really convenient location when headed to Bryce. With just 50 mins from Bryce, it was really easy to head out and spend the whole day at the park. Check-in was super easy with all amenities there. Very peaceful and beautiful location. Totally recommended.

  • I want to share my story about Natalie's and Mike's outstanding hospitality and kindness. After leaving Antimony I got stuck in the snows, at 9000ft, walked back 8 miles and asked Mike for help. We got to my car by Mike's truck, where it immediately stuck too! We walked back again and Mike asked his friend to pull us out, and next morning all was done. I can't express my gratefulness to these amazing and kind people. Wish them all the best! The best stay during my trip in USA.

    Armenak2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Welcoming and warm hosts! Everything was nice and as described. Even though we made a mistake with the booking they were nice and helped us as much as they could.

  • Natalie's is extremely well located to visit Utah's beautiful national parks. With 3 parks in less than 2 hours away, we were able to fit a lot into our trip. The bedroom was extremely clean and was kept warm for us (important at the time of our trip), and Natalie was very welcoming and helpful.

  • We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the backyard and played lots of family soccer games while we were there. I loved the fact that the house is fenced in as we have a toddler. We ate some meals inside and some outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores. We rented this house as a place to go see Capitol Reef and also explored a few other places close by. We would definitely recommend it.

    Emily2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • If you want a great place to stay this is it. The decoration is excellent, the amenities are plentiful and the yard is large and very neat with a nice fire pit as well as a large outdoor table for dining. The location is good we were reasonablely close to Bryce canyon , also to Canyon Reef and the Grand Staircase. The Town of Kingston is small and very quiet. Ideal to return to after a busy day of site seeing. I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Doug

  • We absolutely loved our stay in Kingston, at this beautiful home. The home is so inviting, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and our host was so helpful and kind. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen had more than expected. Our family of seven was very comfortable and will definitely be back again! Thank you Camille

  • Sparkling clean and wonderfully decorated place! Plenty of bed linens and towels, as well as a fully stocked kitchen

    Stina2019-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • Outstanding place! Gorgeous, designer home with every comfort you could wish for, including fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens, plenty of bath supplies, coffee and cream, and even a surprise delivery of banana bread from Camille. Every detail was thoughtfully executed. And on top of that, the outside of the home is set up for perfect enjoyment in warmer weather, with grill, fire pit, and table and plenty of chairs. The view is spectacular and location is central between several of the national parks / monuments without being right in the touristy areas. Next town over has good breakfast and dinner spots and grocery. Highly recommended!!

    Erin2018-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • The place was beautiful and cozy - we loved staying there with family! The fenced-in yard and fire pit were perfect for the kids! We loved the indoor and outdoor tables - both large enough to do puzzles and play games after meals. The bedrooms were a lovely retreat with the softest beds and nicest linens. We stayed in this house so we could visit Capitol Reef, so the drive was a little far, but otherwise, I would love to stay here again - it was really charming and so clean!

  • Natalie's place is nice and clean and you have everything you need and a little bit more (like free tea and microwave food for a little donation if you forgot to bring your own). The room was nice as described and the check-in was very easy and comfortable. The village is very tiny but it is a great way to start to bryce (40 min). Natalie and her husband are really nice and you can either enjoy chats with them or get your privacy. I would stay there again!

  • This was a great space for our family reunion! There is a full kitchen, towels and beds for a lot of people, a pool table and large backyard for family fun. The location is great! It’s close to Bryce Canyon and Fishlake national forest. Thank you Brenda!

    Ornela2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • This is the second year a group of friends has stayed at Brenda's place while we ride our side-by-sides on the Piute Trail. Such a great place for a group. Great having a kitchen which we used extensively. Not too many places nearby to eat. But if you do stay here, go to Marysvale and eat at the Tomatoes Pizza Pie. Best pizza!

The River Titan is a studio log cabin with 1 queen bed. This is a dry cabin (no plumbing/water) with the shared bathrooms located across the way. Located in beautiful Marysvale canyon at Hoovers River Resort with direct access to the famous Paiute trail. It's the perfect place for an adventurous couple getaway. Enjoy your own river view deck and fire pit. Sleeps 2 comfortably.
This cabin is part of a small resort area featuring 7 cabins and 7 RV spaces right on the Sevier River. The resort has a Mercantile that offers souvenirs, snacks, and an ice cream shop. We have a covered pavilion with picnic tables, a barbecue, refrigerator and sink. Nice grass areas where you can play outdoor games. You can rent tubes and float the river or go river rafting. Lounge play or fish at Hoovers dock and beach area. Access the Paiute ATV trails from our resort.
Hoovers River Resort is located in the heart of Central Utah in the Tushar mountain range at the top of the Sevier River Canyon on Trail 74, a part of the Paiute Trail System of over 2,000 miles of roads and trails to ride. You can take a leisurely float down the river, ride hundreds of miles on your ATV, enjoy white-water rafting, ride mountain bikes, hike, fish, or just relax! We are in close proximity to the famous “Mighty Five” national parks in southern Utah: backpack through Canyonlands National Park, view the delicate yet magnificent rocks of Arches National Park, discover ancient petroglyphs in Capitol Reef National Park, be amazed by the coral-hued rock hoodoos in Bryce Canyon National Park, or explore the slot canyon trails in Zion National Park.
  • We spent three night in this cozy, one room cabin right next to the river! We loved it and will return soon. The bathrooms are close and the Mercantile/Deli was so delightful. Best of all: everyone was so warm and friendly! We felt totally at home. We’re already scheming when to come back!

  • Super fun place to stay! In a nice, peaceful canyon not too far from activities like the Fremont Indian State Park, Cove Fort, and others! We stayed in the River Titan dry cabin. It was cozy and clean, with restrooms and showers close by! Would definitely stay there again!

  • We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was a lovely little place to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life and have a relaxing weekend. The house was spotless, easy to find and check in to, and in a wonderful location. Will definitely be returning when we need another easy weekend getaway!

    Eric2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Loved it! My wife and I loved the ’Texas touches’ as we are from Texas. It was very cozy and homy! The home was very clean and it had everything we wanted!

    Samuel2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • This place is pretty much exactly as it looks in the photos. Very clean with super easy access and a convenient location. The mercantile is about a 20 second walk from the house and they pretty much have everything a regular grocery store has, albeit less choices of which brand of bread you want, but have it nonetheless. We used this as our home base for a little fishing trip for 4 days. The covered parking was nice to keep the boat from getting frosty (34 degrees in September, yikes) and the driveway is plenty large enough for multiple vehicles. Some places you stay at always clean out the cabinets, which is good and bad, but here there are some things that are left behind, which is a good thing. There was coffee filters, coffee, salt, pepper, some seasonings, cooking spray, etc, which is nice so you don't have to bring your whole kitchen or if you forgot, have bland food all weekend. Also, there is a good supply of all types of kitchen utensils, silverware and dish-ware. Out of all the places we have rented on airbnb or VRBO, this is definitely in the top in regards to amenities and price. Definitely a good value here, don't pass this one up. We will be booking this one again next time we visit. Pro Tip: The code for the front door only unlocks the deadbolt, not the doorknob. So if you lock the front door doorknob and leave through the back door, make sure you know the code for the backdoor.

  • Place was amazing, everything we needed and in pristine condition - even a grill outside! Fantastic space that was perfect for me and my wife. Well equipped kitchen and brand new washer and dryer. One of the days they left us some free vouchers for the shaved ice stall across the road which was very kind and thoughtful. Perfect place to stay to visit Bryce if you want peaceful evenings too!

  • This little cottage is adorable inside & out. We loved our stay here just resting in this quiet little town. If we ever get back to Utah we will definitely come by to see Camille. She is a great hostess & the nicest lady. Thank you Camille. Everything was perfect!

  • This place definitely lives up to its name- cozy farmhouse! Loved the decor. And it was sparkling clean! We found everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. This was my husband's childhood home, so it was especially fun to be able to be there again and reminisce. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

  • this is the second time we stayed this winter ...and as things change daily with Covid-19 we were so very grateful to have this place to be for two nights to allow us time in the mountains. we were really happy to be away from people (!) in a sparkling clean and lovely spot, with enough amenities to cook and be self sufficient. we are outdoors people but appreciate coming back to a warm apartment, starting the gas fireplace and looking out through the big window into the canopy of trees ...

    Mary2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Frank is a wonderful host and quite knowledgeable of the local area. The apartment is conveniently located betwixt the Skyline & Canyonside lodges for those interested in ski related vacations.

  • This was a perfect place! great location -- a ski get away for us. Returning to the "suite" after a big ski day was a wonderful, convenient, and cozy place to "come home to!" Prior to our arrival, we had fantastic and timely communication with the host. We arrived late at night (in January) after a long drive, and the place was shoveled and the lights left on to welcome us. Frank checked in while there and wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed. He was super attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back, and just hope it's not already rented!

    Mary2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely LOVED our stay! Frank was so nice and very on top of everything! Very responsive and on the ball! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again! So clean and organized!! Love love love! Will definitely be back again!

  • If you are looking amazing hospitality and an awesome cabin in the perfect location, this is the place to stay. Frank is an awesome host and his location has the resort shuttle passing by every 15 minutes between the upper and lower lodges. If I could give him and his property more stars I would. Looking forward to bringing my family up next time.

This is a home with pets on a small farm homestead. This guest room is in the new addition to the home and well-behaved, small pets are welcome to join you. We are located near Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef and Staircase National Monument as well as Otter Creek State Park. This is a great area known for hunting, fishing and the Piute atv trails. We are located in the middle of four Mountain Ranges Dutton, Monroe, Parker (Awapa Plateau), and Boulder.
The room is located upstairs in our new addition. It has a beautiful view of the valley from the window. We rent 3 other rooms in the house. bathrooms are on the main floor.
We are in a farm community. People are friendly and helpful. We are completely surrounded by National Forests, Dixie and Fish Lake. There are many opportunities for hiking and scenic drives not only in the National and State Parks, Bryce , Capitol Reef, Canyonlands , Kodachrome basin, Escalante Petrified Forest and many others, but also in the many beautiful canyons and mountains closer by.
  • This is a fantastic place to stop if you are traveling in Utah. With relatively quick access to several national parks, we were able to explore the state for several days and count Natalie and Michael's house as a great home base. Not only did they help us figure out our plans during our stay with excellent hiking trail recommendations, but they were also generous with their time and their home. I can't imagine we could have found a better place to stay and I would highly recommend choosing this Air BnB for your adventures!

  • Becky is very friendly. When we checked in they came and said hello to see if everything was good. The rare door in the house couldn’t be clocked but they told me they were in process to fix it. I think it should be ok. Antimony is very cute small town I just didn’t have a chance to have breakfast in the RV Park restaurant. But maybe I’ll do next time. :)

  • Nice older house. Clean. Plenty of room. Everything you need to make yourself at home.

    Glen2019-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • Becky is a really nice lady, willing to help. She responded really quick. We booked our house at 8 pm and there was no problem with check-in at 1 am the same night. House was clean, beds were made and she prepared us clean towels and left some food in the kitchen. We had everything we needed for our stay. She also came to say Hi and to check if we need something after our arrival. I would recommend this house. The only negative thing is that there is no signal or internet, so prepare maps and everything you need in advance. There is wifi in the house, but sometimes it doesnt work but you can tell that to Becky and she will help you with the internet. I am glad we could stay there with my friends.

    Dagmar2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Becky is a very sweet host who is always quick to answer her messages. Her house is situated about 1.5 hrs from Capitol Reef and 1 hr from Bryce Canyon, so it is a good hub if visiting these parks is your goal. Antimony is a small town in the mountain. Great for star gazing and unplugging. Be prepare to download offline maps as there may loss of cellular service.

When hunger strikes, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a mini fridge, oven, microwave, sink, and plenty of dishware, so it won’t be a struggle whipping up some of your favorite recipes in this small space. After a day of exploring the Utah mountains, cherish a peaceful night of rest either up on the living room futon or the full bed in the loft. • Cozy, unique, adequate, clean and stylish space to stay away from it all! We could hear the cows in the fields in the morning and see thousands of stars at night. Home had everything we needed for a delightful time away.

    Caitlin2019-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • The story behind the granary is awesome! It is beyond beautiful, from the interior attention to detail, to the beautiful grounds! We arrived at sunset and the mountain views were spectacular! All you could hear were the cows! The interior is filled with the perfect farmhouse/steampunk touches! Fully furnished kitchen, beautiful claw foot tube, the most awesome barrel style sink ever, comfortable bed/bedding, nice living/eating area. The only cons are that there is absolutely no cell reception/nor Wi-Fi, and there are no laundry facilities on the premises, nor nearby. May not be a big deal if it's tranquility you're looking for, but we had been on the road for 4 days at that point and we just wanted to wash clothes after long days of hiking/traveling, and wanted to catch up on travel directions, reservation emails, etc. We were staying as a lay over between Bryce Canyon National Park and Las Vegas, and the 42 mile drive to Bryce from Antimony is spectacular... Full of open ranges, mountain views, curves, etc., but no amenities, so make sure you have gas, water and snacks!

  • Super cute condo! Loved the decor! Excellent location! Wonderful trip!

    Danielle2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place worked perfect for us and our friends. It was cozy and warm. We were all very comfortable (6 adults). I would totally stay there again. Also a n amazing resort to ski or snowboard at too. Thank you again.

  • We have stayed at Eagle point a few times now, always at the resort but everywhere was full so we went looking at AirBnb, we found Lucie's place and booked our weekend. Lucie was really helpful with messages and arrival/ check in details. Also with photos for directions which is handy in the snow! The house was a perfect size for a family of four and VERY warm and cosy. Whilst it is a little further to walk to catch the bus up to the ski resort it's not too much (ignoring grumbling kids) of a problem, and the bus drivers dropped us off on the loop to save us a walk. Although we never noticed until the day we left that you can literally ski to the door from Tunnel vision! This is a new property on AirBnB. Don't take the lack of reviews as a negative, this place is a hidden gem and will be sure to book up fully very quickly! We are definitely planning on coming back. Thank you Lucie for being a great host.

    Marsha2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great two bedroom condo that was the perfect spot for our ski weekend. We loved the ski in and ski out option, being close to the restaurant/bar at the lodge, and being close to shuttle pick ups. The condo was clean, and the decor was really cute. We enjoyed listening to music on the old radio while playing through a lot of different games. Making a fire on the wood burning stove at night was the perfect end to a day filled with skiing and snowboarding. We had a great time and would stay here again on our next visit.

    Kelli2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Ski in and out was great. And the broad games were a hit. Thank you!

    Jake2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • The six of us had a great stay at Lucie’s. Stylish mountain decor, super comfy beds and sparking clean on the inside. Lots of fresh powder on the outside which made for a great ski day. We loved having ski in-ski out and close proximity to the lodge for WiFi and dining.

My place is close to restaurants and dining and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Within 60 miles to Bryce Canyon. 108 miles to Zion National Park. 82 miles to Capitol Reef National Park. 100 miles to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab. 70 miles to Brian Head. 45 miles to Fish Lake National Forest.
  • The little cabin was awesome! Debbie was a great host. She gave us some good suggestions around town. This is a must visit!

    Trent2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was a fantastic place to stay for my travel purposes- Debbie was kind and welcoming, providing a ton of delicious snacks and amenities that made my stay super comfortable. The property is like a small farm in a beautifully rural part of Utah but still a town. Nearby is Bryce Canyon (1hr drive) and Zion (1hr30 drive) which are easy to get to from the lodge and the scenery en route is absolutely stunning. Debbie has a ton of cute cats all around the property but even as an allergy/dander sufferer I never had any problems while i stayed, she keeps a super clean house and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock! The cabin is completely self sufficient so you can wash, cook, relax and sleep in a small but cozy space. I’m planning my next trip already- amazing value for what you get!! Stay here for the ultimate ‘off the grid’ experience whilst still being comfortable and safe.

    Madeleine2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie’s cottage was the perfect place to stay for our trip east from LA . Quiet and serene. beautiful surroundings. Comfortable and cozy. Recommend!

    Alex2019-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great compact space with everything needed for hiking or hunting with outdoor fire pit and water along with everything you’d find in a hotel room. Well designed place that could be on HGTV with tiny places.

    Adam2019-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • A great cozy cabin in a quiet town that's close to some pretty incredible landscapes! The cabin was clean and cute with good linens and a comfortable bed. We had two dogs that we needed to bring with us and our host was great! It was a good place for our dogs to. We were there during a storm and the cabin was the perfect cozy comfortable place to cuddle up in! I'd definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again sometime!

    Erin2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • This is probably my new favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip to Monroe. The house has been tastefully remodeled and updated while still maintaining the original charm. Such a great price for what you get, I couldn't recommend it more.

    Jessie2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • The space was very clean and charming, and was conveniently close to Mystic Hot Springs.

  • Great place to stay! We did some fishing at Fish Lake and cooked the fish up at the house. Very clean and had everything we needed, and then some. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    Roland2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Julia's place is wonderful. The house was very well appointed and the kitchen had all the spices and equipment needed to make a luxious meal. We had an issue with the code lock (completely our fault) and Julia came over within minutes of emailing her to let us in. There is nice hiking in the area and we really enjoyed our visit to Mystic Hot springs. I would absolutely recommend Julia's place to anyone who is going to be in the area. We loved it!!

    Megan2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Julia's cottage is absolutely wonderful and so much larger than it looks in the listing! Everything is updated, comfortable and convenient. Lightning-fast internet and comfy beds. Plenty of room and absolutely silent at night. I loved watching the snow-covered mountains light up in the morning while I had my coffee (which was included, along with hot chocolate and snacks!). Great neighborhood for walking, too. Book with confidence and expect a lovely stay!

  • Nice place to stay on the way to Bryce but be careful to stay on I89 to avoid dangerous road conditions in the winter! Natalie and Mike were amazing hosts but come prepared with your own coffee/tea/groceries as options in the area are not reliable.

Marysvale is a great little town nestled in the mountains. Our establishment is located on Highway 89. We offer a great little place to stay while you are in Marysvale enjoying the Paiute ATV Trails, hiking, river rafting, family vacation, or just traveling on Highway 89. This is a great spot for your vacation; only three hours from Salt Lake, and three and a half hours from Las Vegas!
Our establishment is a family owned business that was built in the 1950s. The rooms have been renovated, but the exterior still looks like it did in 1955! Each room has a private bath, microwave, small refrigerator, television, table and two chairs, and heat/air. Towels, bedding, shampoo, and soap are provided. We have an ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee pot upon request. The beds are comfy, the room is cozy, and we keep the rooms clean. We strive to make your visit comfortable!
There is a City Park behind our Motel. This is a great place to take a walk, have a picnic, let the kids play at the playground. You might see some deer while you are there! It is safe to walk around our little town, and enjoy the country life.

  • Quite clean. No coffee maker. Bring instant with you. Great location, but if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. The trucks traveling through town at night are noisy. Get a booklet at Tuggs free for historic mining district to see all the old buildings. Who knew CocaCola bottling use to be there. Really nice people. Beautiful country.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mary’s place. We arrived very late, but despite this, the check-in went perfectly. Our room was really clean, and there was a great feel to the whole place. We had one toddler with us, and there was space to put up a pack-in-play for the them to sleep in. It was just what we needed for the weekend.

  • We had a great stay here. Could use some updating, but overall it’s a great place. The location is amazing and it’s literally steps away from the lodge. We had plenty of pillows, blankets, towels etc. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you have a small group. We ate all of our meals at the lodge, but if we decided to make our own food, we would have had everything we needed to do so. Another plus is that the shuttle picks you up right in front of the condo. When we come back to Eagle Point, would definitely rent this place again.

  • Heidi and her husband are amazing hosts. They were so kind to us in terms of accommodating our requests and going the extra mile. The place is larger than it looks and it very well heated. The beds are comfy and the WiFi was stable. All these things really matter when you are away from any major town. It’s a great place for people/families trying to get away from the busy cities or just stopping over in their trip to/from Bryce/Zion. They are very genuine people.

    Krishna2018-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • We were on a road trip from Bryce we were heading towards capitol reef and looking for a warm place to stay. This is a great place, both Heidi and Husband was very helpful. We wanted to do laundry, even though they closed their store on a thanksgiving night, they opened for us to grab water and detergent. Also Heidi gave pastries for my kids stating we will be travelling and kids should have a quick bite before our dinner. They were very humble and its a great location even though we didn't explore much it had a beautiful lake in the backyard.

  • Great place to stay! The house is wonderful, the location is ideal, and the hosts are so accommodating. They responded quickly to several special requests we had and were so helpful. The ride-in, ride-out location of the house on the Paiute Trail can't be beat. The house has lots of beds and two bathrooms so it accommodated our group well. It was super clean.

    Richard2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • This was a wonderful place to stay. The upstairs portion of the house was huge and spacious. Plenty of sleeping space and decorated very cute. Will definitely be planning on staying there next time we come to town. Peggy and Richard were very kind and gave us information about the area and things going on locally we might be interested in.

    Tonya2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Peggy’s lodge is as described! Nice hosts! They are easy to communicate with! Nice location that is close to hiking trails and restaurants in town. Great place for a larger group. The whole 3 days 2 nights stay would be perfect if we didn’t encounter two issues. First one is that there isn’t a washing and drying unit inside the lodge. Since we went rafting, tubing and hiking(didn’t expect to get soaked in the rain/hail), it would be nice to have our clothes washed. Second is the noise. Since the cabin using the evaporative cooler, the host instructs to open windows for the air flow. When we were there the 2nd night, neighbor dogs were barking the whole night. It made it hard to have a good night sleep after. However, this is definitely not the owners problem. For the value of the cost , location, cleanness of this place and friendliness of the hosts, I would still recommend this place to others.

    Kiki2019-08-04T00:00:00Z

  • So far my favorite Airbnb experience. This place is like a slice of heaven away from humanity. Pretty awesome. There’s no cell service, but WiFi so plan accordingly on your way there (about 40 miles out you lose service). The building is on your immediate right after you turn on 400. Also, this is totally a safe space for all! Do visit if you can. Heidi and Jan are super cool.

    Aisha2019-03-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great location on the lake & easy to communicate with the host.

    Lexi2019-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Mr. and Mrs. are very very nice persons. And thanks to Heidi, we relocated in the house instead of living in the cabin, so this review is mostly about the house, you still can use it as a reference to the cabin. There is a coffee bar near the cabin and house, they can provide breakfast and dinner, the working hour is 6AM to 8PM. We have moved the sofa little bit closer to the door, because the heater was generating a lot of heat, we afraided it would damage the left side of sofa. The water has strange smell, we think it might came from the lake. The house has a power limit around 2000W, so you can use the heater in the living room and a heater in the bedroom, but do not use 2 heaters in the bedrooms at the same time, it will cause a power shut down.

  • Frank is a great host. He responded very fast and he’s very polite and kind. His cabin is spotless clean, modern, and new and it doesn’t make us feel like we are living in somebody’s house. He provided snacks and drink for us and left us a greeting card. Everything in the cabin (bed sheets, towels, soaps, and etc) are hotel graded and very clean (that’s the most important for me). Location of his cabin is also great because it’s a couple minutes from skyline lodge (this is not ski in ski out but the cabin is very close to the lodge) and we can hop in the car (or shuttle) to go back to the cabin for lunch and get back to ski after lunch in a few minutes. Back patio also has soothing view. Overall, we are very happy with this stay and will definitely go back.

  • The cabin was beautiful and immaculate. Communication with Frank was excellent and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the amenities. This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in and will definitely stay again if we can. We highly recommend staying here and going through Frank if you are visiting the area. Thank you!

  • This cabin is beautiful, very spacious and a great location for skiing/snowboarding. Our family of four had plenty of room, and that’s with two teenagers. Frank was there when we arrived sweeping the snow off the porch and greeted us with a warm welcome. We plan on booking this cabin again!!!

    Jeff2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great, literally brand new cabin. Location is awesome, beds were comfy and the host (Frank) was great! I’ll definitely be back for ski season!

    Jeff2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was beautiful and so clean! We had tons of firewood left for us along with some sparkling cider and mallows for the fire pit. The area is beautiful and so peaceful. I highly recommend this cabin and Frank as a host.

  • My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Craig's cottage. It was exactly as described and very clean. Craig was very hospitable and responsive. He also left us a kind gesture knowing that my husband's birthday happened while we were out there! The location was great for us as we had business just up the street. We had no issues whatsoever. Craig was very kind in accommodating some changes for us. We definitely recommend the cottage! You won't be disappointed! :)

  • The cabin suited us fine. Separate bedroom for my wife and I, and a sleeper sofa for our son. It worked well. Although we didn’t use the washer or dryer, it was nice to have it there. The full-size fridge was great also.

  • This is a nice guest house. Easy access and enough parking if you're bringing stuff with you. There is everything you'd want plus things you wouldn't think of, like bagged ice in the freezer so you don't have to buy any for your cooler! Nice comfortable bed and hot shower plus a Keurig for my coffee. Highly recommend.

  • A bit rustic but the host was very helpful. Clean, and comfortable. It worked great for me and my wife and young daughter as we just needed a place to land as we explored the Piute Trail.

  • Hospitable, quant, comfortable, and perfect for animal lovers Scott was kind enough to let us check in large and even greeted us at 2 am to make sure we got settled!! Thanks for the coffee and cool chats, Scott and Joelle

    Victor2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Scott and Joelle were very welcoming and kind. Their place is beautiful and their animals are a joy to be around. We only stayed for a short amount of time, but we were able to learn a lot about Alpacas from Scott and Joelle even made birthday cupcakes for my friend. I would recommend staying here to anyone traveling through the area.

    Kelly2019-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • Quite possibly the best Airbnb to stay if you love animals and nature! In addition to the alpacas, they have 2 well behaved dogs, and 4 or 5 outdoor cats. Their house is also a 10 minute drive to 2 hot springs in the area (Mystic Hot Springs and Red Hills Hot Springs). The host is a very warm and welcoming person. He has so much love for his animals and his art. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Happy holidays and wishing you and yours wife (and animals) all the best.

    Katherine2019-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • This place is absolutely fantastic. I really felt at home staying here, and was given tips on local places to check out. I enjoyed hanging out with their animals and the room was very comfy and clean. I highly recommend it.

    Andrew2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • This was such a fun experience. We were able to meet the Alpacas which was so fun. Joelle was very kind and showed us some projects she was working on. They were exceptionally welcoming to my dog which was so nice. We stayed in the room with twin beds and they were so comfortable! They are very thoughtful people and it shows in how they host. I would definitely recommend.

The house is approximately 200 yards off highway 89 and is nestled up against a hill. With plenty of seating on the wrap-around front porch, you’ll get to enjoy the sounds of the country from a nearby river and birds chirping. In the mornings and evenings, you’ll likely see deer in the hayfields; but at night, you’ll hear crickets singing and be awestruck by the stars! In fact, if you can keep your eyes open long enough after such a fun-filled day; you’ll get to make a wish on a shooting one!
The house will be your private space. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the living room there are incredibly comfy couches with 4 built-in recliners. There is also a table that has some games, cards, and a few toys inside that can entertain your crew while dinner is being made. The roku TV can only access a few local channels so Netflix has been set up for guests to enjoy. The full kitchen has seating and dinnerware for 10 along with pots/pans, a crockpot, griddle, toaster, mixing bowls, kitchen utensils, can opener, grater, knives, cutting board, basic seasonings, and plenty of pantry space for your groceries. There is also a bbq available and if you think you’d like to use it, just let us know and we’ll get it out before you arrive. (It’s kept out of the weather.) For your convenience though, we are always available to get it out for you if you decide to use it after arrival. Inside the back door you’ll find bbq utensils hanging on the wall. That is also the laundry room where there’s a washer and dryer with detergent and fabric sheets for your use. You’ll also find an ironing board, iron, vacuums, a mop and brooms.
The town is located on highway 89 and gives you direct access to numerous trails of the over 2000 mile Paiute ATV trail. You can ride from your front door and within minutes you’re in the mountains ready to explore the beautiful scenery. Throw in your fishing pole because there are many pristine mountain lakes! To the east on the Monroe mountain, you’ll find Barney lake, my personal favorite; and Manning and Box Creek reservoirs. In the Tushar’s to the west, are Puffer, Kents, and LeBaron lakes. You’ll more than likely come across wildlife like deer, elk, and mountain goats while out on the trail so don’t forget your camera!
  • Perfect place for our family. The house was clean and inviting. The location is private with Amazing views all around. The beds were warm and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. We will stay again. Cox Family.

  • If you’re looking for a clean, quite affordable place to stay, the Marysvale Motel is exactly what you’re looking for. Mary was very responsive and organized. Check in and check out was quick and easy! In the bedside table is a pamphlet with the history of Marysvale and some of the structures in and around Marysvale. It’s worth your time to read this pamphlet and investigate this quaint, quiet example of a rural America.
