Hut in Nagahama
4.93 out of 5 average rating, 116 reviewsI rented an earthenware store during the Edo period.Enjoy incense coffee at a cafe (with an old house). ! 古民カフェInnオハナ
We renovated the 2 story earthenware built in the Edo period and made it a guesthouse. It is not spacious, but there is a kitchen with an IH cooking heater on the ground floor while leaving an earthenware wall or a thick beam.Air conditioner and oil heater are also equipped for a comfortable stay. You can experience the sound insulation unique to the earthen warehouse, the coolness of summer, and the warmth of winter. Please enjoy coffee brewed with freshly ground beans at the on-site Kominka Cafe. 10-20 minutes by car, there are Nagahama Taiko Onsen, Sogawa Onsen, Sugatani Onsen, and Ibuki Yuki.Sister River Onsen can provide coupon tickets (at a discount from the general price). For pick-up and drop-off, please contact us. There are many sightseeing spots unique to Nagahama that have often been the stage of history. Yiden Castle of Yijiai, Nagahama Castle of Toyosumi Hideji, the birthplace of Ishida Sansheng, the mountain castle and small valley castle of Japan, the land of the meeting, and Mt.It is also less than a 20-minute drive to Sekahara Battlefield. In addition to the area around Lake Biwa, there are plenty of non-historical pleasures such as Japan's oldest railway station building, Nagahama Railway Square, the Yammer Museum where children can play, and Black Wall Square. You can also enjoy Omi beef, duck food, baked mackerel noodles, rice noodles, salad bread, ducks, and small ayu.

Hut in Shiojiri Shi
4.95 out of 5 average rating, 82 reviews| Nagano Kiso Road | A luxurious house that cares about fun and culture in 1931
Located between the Nakasendo inn town of Sacrifice River Inn and Narai Inn, this historic town of lacquerware has flourished since the Edo period as a producer of Kiso lacquerware. This town, which has been selected as an important traditional building preservation district and is still lined with lacquerware shops, was established in 1931 as a "villa" of the Tezuka family. The main entrance is divided into a Japanese-style building and a Western-style building, so you can feel the fun of the time. Currently, it is limited to one group per day without meals, and you can use it as a private building. I think that the charm of Hirasawa is the beauty and richness of casual days. I would be happy if you could stay so that you can live in this good old town such as reading, walking, having local sake (sake/wine), sleeping slowly and getting up, brewing coffee from beans, etc. I hope that many people will visit Kiso Hirasawa and the villa every day. Everyday life is also posted on social media, so please take a look. It is an old house in the valley of the mountains, so natural creatures may come in during the warmer months. The building in 92 years is not sharply polished to the details. We are preparing to be as clean as possible, and it would be helpful if you could come with a big heart.
