Beautiful period home on loch, wonderful views

Wonderful period home in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special location on Loch Earn. Great for a 1-2 week holiday, or for a short break. Walking, cycling, watersports, etc - or just relaxing! Excellent location for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - Edinburgh or Glasgow airport just over an hour away. Lovely year round – in summer, south facing sun and dining on the decking; or in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Views always!

Delightful chalet overlooking Strathtay

We look forward to sharing our lovely chalet with you. If the weather is fine you will wake up to fabulous views across the valley. There are several good walks right from the chalet, and once down the track the possibilities for walks or spectacular places to visit are endless. The dirt track is about 2 miles long, and all uphill. All types of family car can make the drive with care. Not suitable for motorbikes or EV's. Due to the chalet being timber construction BBQ's are not allowed.

Small cozy self contained annex in a converted Steading circa 1720, minutes from Killin centre. King bed, bathroom with rain shower. Basic Galley kitchen, mini fridge, hot plates, microwave /oven/grill , kettle, toaster. Connecting these rooms is a small area for sitting/dining. It is not a room on its own but comfortable. Smart TV in bedroom. Private garden area with seating and BBQ. Happy to offer a drawer in our chest freezer in garage if needed.
