A simple, affordable apartment which was perfect for our stay during La Marmotte. The hosts were very helpful, even with our bad French. Recommended!

Très bon séjour chez Patrice, le studio est très bien situé à proximité des pistes, des commerces, de la piscine et de la patinoire. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Patrice mais il s'est montré très réactif au téléphone pour nous aider à nous installer. Je recommande ce logement.

Perfect apartment for our family needs. Great to have a separate mezzanine sleeping area for the adults and kids in the bunk beds, without anyone having to sleep in the lounge. A large spacious studio, nicely refurbished and well equipped. Great location for the Palais des Sports and walking distance to the slopes and local restaurants. Nice to have private parking, ground floor ski locker and the washing machine was a bonus. Easy to find and make contact with the key holder. We hope to be back in Alpe D'Huez again for future Coq D'Or ski races.

When leaving Alpe D'Huez we could not find one thing about our accommodation that we would have liked to be different. Everything worked so well and I would definitely recommend the apartment for everyone. It was clean, modern, had all basic necessities, nice view over the mountains, very central, 2min. walk to the lift, close to several restaurants and shops - the list can be long! So thank you for a great stay Patrick. We could not have wished for more!

Great apartment in the centre of town. As described. Newly renovated to a high standard, right down to the choice of crockery/glassware. 5 min walk to closest lift. Nadia and Patrick were both lovely to deal with and very accommodating. Just as a tip, I would bring your own towels to avoid additional charges (Patrick kindly agreed to waive the charges as I wasn't aware of them). And there is a Smart TV with USB port - perfect for playing any movies you've downloaded back home.

Nice and modern appartment. It is well equiped with everything you need, especially the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer came in handy. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and on walking distance from the slopes.

So happy to have found this a apartment! Very stylish and contemporary and really well situated with private parking! At a few minutes from the main lifts we couldn't have been on the slopes quicker!!!! Surprisingly well equipped with absolutely everything you need, as a chef I found the kitchen a real pleasure with an excellent cooker and an induction hob! Even the saucepans were top end Mauviel! Very calm with no noisy neighbours. The apartment has a good size balcony with a view. Patrick helped us out with ski hire advice at a local ski shop who gave us money off. The lady who looks after the apartment, Nadia, sent us to a great restaurant too! All in all very happy with our holiday and look forward to next years winter break!

the location of the apartment was accurate . as for the double bed on top, it's a disaster . No adult person even my kids could'nt stand up straight, 1 has to literally crawl to be able to get on that bed. IT should be started that towels are an extra on the apartment description. It should also be started that the guest has to put in the bedding on all the beds on arrival. The glass door had a big crack and on our 2nd day the other side of the door couldn't open, we had to use the broken side to move in & out to the balcony. Guess what the host Patrick demanded 511 euros to change the clock of the sliding door which we 'apparently' damaged, where on earth can changing a lock costs that much? the only thing that makes sense is if the amount included fixing the broken door too which we found like that and even made Nadia aware of it. Awful experience using this apartment .

It was great to stay at the appartement, everything worked perfectly. Denis was very good to arrange arrival and departure, even the time for departure was very early sunday morning.

This is a lovely clean apartment which has been recently refurbished. It's in a great location - next door to the swimming pool, on a street with bars, shops and places to eat and it's only a 20 metre walk from the boot room to a ski lift - amazing. I didn't hear the bars at all in the evening. The kitchen is really good and there is a nice sunny balcony too.

My 3 friends and I stayed in Edith's apartment for 5 nights to watch the Tour de France in Alpe d'Huez and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was extremely clean, tidy and modern whilst still having a traditional mountain feel. The furniture and equipment is very high quality and the kitchen area is excellent - there was everything we needed to prepare a few simple meals and having a dishwasher was a real convenience. Although it was cosy, there was plenty of space for 4 of us even with our cycling gear. The apartment's location is great - right in the centre of the resort over looking the swimming pool, with a fantastic view of the mountains from the large balcony and is not too noisy. There was plenty of car parking even during the busiest week of the summer. Also Edith was a fantastic host and made organising the trip very straight forward. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Edith was great from the start! Her flat is very well located and has absolutely everything you could need. All in all, I had an amazing trip and, if available, would be more than happy to stay at Edith's again!

You will stay in a cute & immaculately clean studio offering every amenity at the center of Alpe d'Huez. Bear in mind that at peak season there will be a lot of action all around. My stay was in November and the place was very quiet and peaceful. Your host Edith is very helpful in making arrangements and setting up your visit.

Edith was very nice to us. It was pleasant to communicate with her. We liked the appartment. It is clean and cosy, the ideal location near the ski lift. The kitchen equipment is modern. The appartment is ideal for living two people. May be the third and fourth person will feel discomfort sleeping in the narrow corner on the double deck bed near the door. The only thing why we were disappointed because of the wi-fi. It is local of Alpe d' Huez and costs 30 euro for a week. But it was connected only in the balcony and even there it worked only at nights and very bad. If you need audio or video or work in Internet it will be impossible.

Great central location, next door to lifts, local shops, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable, well equipped apartment and handover arrangements very smooth.

Superbe apppartement au 3ieme la vue est très belle et le fait que l'appartement soit traversant donné du volume. Accueil par le gardien, et olivier nous a permis d'arriver dans la matinée ce qui a vraiment été un atout !

Le logement est idéalement dans la station et convient parfaitement pour deux personnes. Recommandé pour un séjour à l'Alpe.

Studio un peu petit pour 4, mais fonctionnel. La terrasse est relativement grande et mériterait un aménagement (table et chaises de jardin). Pour la vaisselle, beaucoup d'assiettes ébréchées, pas de gros bol ni de tasses à café. L'ensemble de l'équipement est bon. L'immeuble est d'un très bon standing et bien entretenu. Il est idéalement situé dans la station, en plein coeur. L'hôte (Cédric) est disponible et très arrangeant. Conclusion: location à recommander, d'autant qu'elle est très récente et que les légers défauts mentionnés ci-haut vont très vite trouver solution. Appréciation générale très positive !

Quelle déception pour cet appartement loué pour la modique somme de 2080 € (1900 € prix location 7 jours + 180 € de frais de plateforme). Entre les Placards de cuisine remplis de victuailles des précédents locataires, un aspirateur qui n'aspire pas, un filet d'eau chaude pour vous doucher, une télévision mal configurée avec une télécommande dont le bouton marche/arrêt ne fonctionne pas, des difficultés de stationnement pour décharger et charger vos bagages faute de (URL HIDDEN) en prime, les tapages nocturnes du bar situé en dessous du logement jusque 2 heures du matin tous les soirs de la semaine et l'absence de constatation d'infraction de la police municipale pour le motif que l'établissement est en situation régulière, je retiens de cette mésaventure que ni la décoration, ni le prix ne sont garants d'une promesse de qualité.

Benoît was great during the arrival process and was full of great local knowledge and advice about where to visit and eat etc. The property is in a great location and has plenty of very useful amenities. Only downside are the thin floors and ceilings so if you're unlucky enough to have noisy people above you will hear every move! Still, would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre appartement. C'est un bel et grand appartement. Il est parfaitement bien tenu. Il y a 6 vrais couchages, le canapé du salon est très confortable (neuf). Tout est très bien organisé et très propre. L'appartement est très bien situé, au centre de toutes les commodités et activités (supermarché, piscine, etc) et ne nécessite donc pas de prendre la voiture. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme de ce lieu en été. Nous avons eu une bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont très réactifs. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à vous.

Super séjour à l'Alpe d'Huez: l'appartement est propre, idéalement situé à deux pas du centre de la station et proche des pistes; nous étions contents de nous y poser après une bonne journée de ski . Un charmant studio décoré avec soin à deux pas de toutes les commodités de l'Alpes d'Huez. Les rangements astucieux, les nombreux appareils de cuisines et son confort est remarquable. Prévoyez cependant un peu de souplesse pour accéder au couchage de la Mezzanine, si, comme moi, le canapé-lit fût détruit par le locataire précédent.

Everything was pretty much perfect, the place was well stocked and clean and had everything we needed. Only thing is, I would have liked it if beds were made on arrival and the beds were a little uncomfortable.

Nous avons résidé à deux dans le studio. C'est un très bel apparemment, entièrement neuf avec de belles prestations, au centre de la station et à 200m des pistes (accès très facile grâce aux télécabines gratuites). Seul bémol, la literie du canapé laisse quelques souvenirs et pourrait être améliorée. Sinon, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Really great stay - went for ski trip with friends. Comfy sofa and living space and bonus of an actual oven for cooking! Also enjoyed the raclette machine! Ski in, and really central for bars and restaurants. Perfect! Only thing to say is that the double bunk bed doesn't feel sturdy enough for four adults. Also, extra charge for cleaning + linen.

Très chouette appartement ! Très propre, très bien agencé, très ensoleillé, au pied des pistes. Idéal pour une famille avec 3 jeunes enfants (le rez de chaussée a des vertus aux skis !). Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Martine, qui nous a donné plein de bons conseils (allez louer vos skis chez Loup Sports, vous ne le regretterez pas !). On reviendra !

La description correspond parfaitement ! Nous partions et arrivions en ski à l'appartement, qui est situé en bas du télésiège du Signal et à côté des petites boutiques, boulangerie et supermarché ! Aménagé avec goût, l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et comprend un local à ski, et deux chambres. Le dernier lit est dans le salon. Il est bien équipé et dispose d'un lave vaisselle et machine à raclettes ! Nous avons été enfin très bien accueillis par la dame sur place !

Nous avons eu une semaine fantastique dans cet appartement. Il est vraiment ski et sortir . Il dispose d'un balcon au rez- de-chaussée avec sa propre entrée (en plus à la porte du bâtiment principal) . Il est très proche de tous les commerces et de la ville aussi. Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes et ce fut un grand appartement pour nous. La chambre principale a un lit double . La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits doubles . Le salon dispose d' un canapé-lit double. Il y avait beaucoup de rangement . L'appartement est moderne , bien décoré et bien meublé . La neige était fantastique aussi. Merci

We had an amazing time in Alpe d'heuz and Caroline's apartment. The apartment is compact but very comfortable and newly renovated. It has everything you need and more. Its on the sixth floor but there is a lift and there are lockers in the basement for your ski equipment. The location is great, there is a lobster cage just behind the apartments which takes you to the main slopes within minutes... You can also ski to the street just behind the apartment on return. It is situated next to the outside swimming pool, there is a lovely bakery underneath, lots of lovely restaurants and convenience stores all within walking. We did not have a car and definitely didn't need one. Would highly recommend the area and the apartment. Thank you Caroline.

Lovely apartment with quality furniture and fittings, kitchen was especially well equipped. Great location with bus stop at the roundabout, poma or pot to lifts just a little further away. Close to supermarkets and some very good restaurants, also the patisserie and bakery at the side of the building was excellent. Bruno always responded promptly and there were no issues during our stay. The apartment is a very comfortable space for 2 people for a week, especially as the ski conditions were quite poor so we were grateful to have such a nice place to stay. The apartment is at the main door so we did hear people coming in at night but otherwise very quiet, no street or traffic noise at all. Also gets sun pretty much all day long, would highly recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Le joli appartement était bien équipé et très bien placé au coeur du village près des restaurants, épiceries, installations sportives et remontés mécaniques. Nous avons surtout apprécié les belles fenêtres qui laisse entrer le soleil et la cuisine moderne bien aménagées où nous avons pu préparer de nombreux repas.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à sa description. Il est très bien conçu, avec des appareils électroménagers hauts de gamme, vaisselle et accessoires de bonne qualité. Une triple baie vitrée donnant accès à une large terrasse agrandit encore plus l'appartement. Avec une vue sur la chaîne de montagne et une orientation plein sud, on ne peut qu'apprécier. Tout est pratique et très bien conçu dans cet appartement, avec un niveau de propreté impeccable.

Appartement très bien situé, entouré de commerces, avec accès direct au domaine skiable. La déco soignée et l'état de l'appartement correspondent parfaitement aux photos. Bruno est un hôte courtois, et a fait au mieux pour rendre notre séjour le plus simple et agréable possible.

Un appartement vraiment très agréable, avec un équipement complet et haut de gamme. Literie excellente, tous les draps et torchons sont fournis y compris les indispensables (produits entretien, huile, sacs poubelle...). A la fois calme et central, on accède aux pistes et aux commerces très rapidement. Pas eu suffisamment de soleil pour profiter de la terrasse de 25m2 mais ce sera pour l année prochaine.

Bruno propose un superbe appartement, doté d'un équipement haut de gamme, extrêmement bien situé et pourtant très au calme, dans lequel on se sent d'emblée comme à la maison. Tout y est conçu et prévu pour un confort exceptionnel. Nous y avons passé, en famille, des journées mémorables...ainsi que des nuits reposantes grâce à une excellente literie. La météo, très clémente, nous a permis des déjeuners en terrasse, en plein coeur de février! Qui plus est, Bruno est un hôte disponible et très à l'écoute.
