Ferdinando was excellent as a host. He picked up me and my friends from an adjacent town and drove us to the apartment. He also showed us where we could eat out, and he was responsive to all our questions. The apartment is lovely, and the view of the Dolomites from his back yard was superb. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay if you are visiting the Dolomites region.

We had a lovely time in our small apartment beneath the mountain range of the Italien alps. Daniela and her husband were very forthcoming and helpful in supplying tips for upcoming events or things to do in the area. Language was not a problem, as they spoke English, German and Italien very well. The place itself is quite basic but homely and pretty clean. We were especially grateful for the shutters and comfortable bed, after hiking through some of the most amazing sceneries. A nice little bonus was, that we could use the washing machine in the basement. Since I had to work a lot online in the evenings, I was glad that there was free wifi offered, however it was not very consistent and we struggled to keep online. All in all, it was a lovely experience and I would certainly love to come again.

This apartment is perfectly located in the Badia valley to discover all hiking paths around. The apartment is good equipped, quiet and the residence in which it is located is very agreeable. Finally, our hosts were perfect with us: Daniela and her husband are super nice people, always happy to help, they give advices on the hikes and just enjoy having nice discussions and aperitivo with their guests.

This apartment is conveniently located in the downtown of La Villa. It is easy to walk to various hiking and biking trails. The lifts are also just a few minutes away as are restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. We had no complaints! We had an apartment in the back, which means the view is only from the side, but it is less noisy from the main road.

Daniela made us feel very welcome. The description on the website was very accurate. The only additional item I would add is the specific address of the residence on the website description.

We had a fantastic seven night stay at Angela and Verenas flat. The flat is decorated to a very high standard, was incredibly clean and well furnished. The balcony is fantastic with a nice view of the gondola and chair lifts going up the mountain. We found the flat a great place to relax after a long day hiking, it is in a great location- walking distance to the supermarket, bakery and a selection of restaurants, as well as the gondola/ chair lift. Angela and Verena were charming hosts and very responsive. We would thoroughly recommend a stay.

The apartment was very stylish in a slightly minimalist way, and could not have been cleaner. In fact, it was so tidy and all the furniture, appliances, and the bathroom looked like they had never been used before! The photos on AirBnB are very accurate. Roswitha was extremely sweet and personable and greeted us warmly and showed us around the apartment. She even looked did some research to answer a few questions we had about the area and what might be open in the low season, when we were there. Would love to stay at one of Roswitha's places again.

The Dolomiti Lodges chalet Prades we can highly recommend! Exactly according to the pictures, very clean, a feel-good atmosphere of the superclass in this beautiful lodge! We enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable! Nothing is lacking in terms of comfort, amenities, and in the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need, and even a Nespresso coffee machine, mhm :) Roswitha and her husband are very kind hosts and very concerned about the welfare of their guests, so we were able to z. B. after a slightly wetter and dirtier Bike Tour in boiler room to dry our clothes hanging and hose down our bikes. We were also able to lock up these safe. If we are again in this area, we will definitely come again!

We spent two nights in the home of Ferdinand. The apartment corresponds to what is presented in the picture, really it is is very nice, new and clean with a large balcony. The view from our apartment was towards the Sella and Gardenaccia, we highly recommend the other looking towards the Cross. The flow of the river Gader ago by background music with the windows open. The lady was very kind and willing to help. Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed here in the off-season so it was very quiet which suited us fine. We really loved this home, it was clean and had everything we needed plus an amazing view from the balcony.

Stayed Jan/Feb 2017. Absolutely had an amazing time and the place was gorgeous! Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the Dolomites, whether to ski or hike, you will not find a nicer place. Within an 8 minute walk in ski boots, the Piz La cable car takes you into the heart of the Dolomite ski region. Breakfast was great, perfect to start a long day on the slopes. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for enjoying the mountains, and it's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was fabulous!

Very cozy place with all the comfort, the location is ideal for skiers and for those who do not, with skis on their shoulders and boots at the foot you can reach the ski slopes across the road and there is a 2-minute walk from the center of Villa. Mrs. Renate is very kind, passionate about skiing, and prepares an excellent and abundant breakfast. What we will most definitely be back. Thanks for everything

Splendid place, nice interiors, gorgeous views on the mountains, perfect location... we booked Mi Amur last minute for a 2 day trip but should have spend a week there instead! Antje was very welcoming, easy going and gave us great tips to discover the area. La Villa is a great starting point for hiking and biking in the valley or hights, and the pool is a great plus to cool down after a hot day. We hope to come back soon!

We were on vacation in late February. We were 2 couples. L's apartment located within a larger structure run by friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is small, but comfortable, except for the absence of an oven for cooking. The bedroom is very nice and quite spacious. The room has a sofa bed very comfortable and is therefore functional as a second bedroom. The bathroom is small but complete. Very clean rooms. The hotel has a heated pool, Nos very big but very good for a post ski relax !. There is also a nice sauna.

Apartment is very nice and clean. There is spacious sleeping room, closed kitchen where you find everything what you need, complete bathroom and the living room with sofa bed - very comfortable. Great location! 2 minutes to supermarket, 20 minutes to the ski lift. Very nice and helpful personnel at the hotel. They'll drive you to the ski lift and get you back :)

We were by Luke for a holiday of pure skiing and the experience was great. The house is located very well, it is very comfortable and the advice of Luca made our stay perfect. You can not expect any better.

The house is in a perfect location for the facilities, the departure of hiking trails and other activities in the country. It has a magnificent view of the Gran Risa and is equipped with everything needed for a holiday in this beautiful valley. We had a great time (2 adults + 2 kids aged 9 and 12 years) and our host was impeccable also nell'assisterci by "remote." We just came back and we are already thinking about when to return!

When you are planning active vacation (summer/winter) is a great place. the ski lifts are just a 80 meters from apartament so you take your skies and go by feet. Also there restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Aapartment is tidy and cozy with place enough for 4 persons.

Apartment super-equipped, comfortable, ideally located for skiing, but still close to the village center, you can 'really leave the car in the garage for the whole holiday, also Luca is a great host, we had a small technical problem which though it not on site was able to resolve in a few minutes. exceptional apartment. Spacious, nicely decorated, extremely functional and equipped with everything you need. The double rooms are very comfortable, the bedroom houses well 3 adults and the large kitchen is able to meet the needs of large groups. The owner is very helpful and personally takes care of even cleaning during the stay. Highly recommended, also for its proximity to the nearest ski lift (2-300m) that connects to the rest of the district.
