Zen Studio was perfect for our one week stay in Florida to visit our family in the area over spring break. It has everything you need as far as amenities (coffee pot, refrigerator, electric skillet, etc.) And the space is quaint and private. Perfect for a little getaway. Although it wasn't an issue for us at all, there is no TV in the room. But there is WiFi that works well in the room. Kaarla was an excellent host. She was prepared with everything we might need and was excellent at communicating with us throughout our stay. Her dog Alice was very sweet and friendly too!

We loved the bohemian vibe. Kaarla was a very accommodating and personable host. The space was inviting and met all of our expectations. Very chill and relaxing stay amongst hills covered with cows. I hope it never changes.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It is even cuter and more homey in person! Kaarla is a great host and so was Alice the dog. Me and my girlfriend had a great time here and plan on doing it again the next time we visit Florida.

Studio Zen was a fantastic getaway for us. It was tucked away in the hills and was a great space. The place was filled with art and musical instruments and was very relaxing! Karla and Brian were great, welcoming hosts, and we can't wait to come stay with them again.

Had a wonderful stay at Studio Zen. Loved the location nestled in the woods but easily accessible to nearby conveniences. Studio Zen is completely private as it is a stand-alone guest house, yet Kaarla (and Brian) are lovely and very considerate hosts, checking in with me to ensure my stay was comfortable. Space description is accurate - it has all basic amenities needed including adequately equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, etc., to make you feel at home. Do note the bathroom may feel a bit semi-private to some so best suited for singles or couples and (as stated in the listing) the beautiful artwork might be objectionable to some. I, however, very much look forward to my next visit!

Studio zen was a very peaceful experience. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. The only complaint we had was the location. For tourist wanting a beachy getaway, definitely consider how far you are trying to drive on a daily basis. The wifi was also up and down. Aside from that, we enjoyed studio zen very much.

This place is amazing! I could live hear. The space is decked out with art and all the essentials amenities. It's very cozy and private. Close enough to Tampa to participate in any activities but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle completely. The surrounding area is very scenic. Lots of rolling hills. You wouldn't know you were in Florida! There are plenty of restaurants near by if you don't want to get into Tampa traffic. Great spot!

The studio is a fun space. The decor and size suit it well. Great spot for a couple to get away or for an artist to find some inspiration. I stayed with Kaarla because it was a great deal for a room in Dade City where I was doing the Savage Race. Better than any hotel experience. Kaarla was a great host. Nice, comfortable clean place to stay in the center of town. Great outdoor space with comfy seating. Close to center of town, nice walks around the quaint town green. Good parking, easy access and great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location on the corner from a couple of nice restaurants and close to the town square. Best breakfast was at the Jiffy for Cubans. Anyone interested in cycling should visit the Austro Dailmer cyclist at VO2 Max. Very clean, excellent communication, and perfect location for San Antonio or surrounding towns.

Beautiful art, nice antiques and plush linens make this a great place to stay. The general store is now an antique store and the restoration of the building is just beautiful!

I stayed here for my doctoral intercession at Saint Leo University. It was very clean, generally quiet, and had plenty of room to study with classmates.

Terry's apartment is quaint, retro, cute and very clean! The building is surrounded in the back by gorgeous oak trees with Spanish moss. You are steps away from a local restaurant, Public House. Great food and tons of beer and wine options. I'm a sucker for claw foot tubs, they are by far the best tub to actually soak in. The space was a relaxing getaway for one, and I took my dog. Easily a nice place for a couple. The location is convenient. Only 15 min away from Wesley Chapel. 45 min drive to the beach. Not far from Tampa at all. I will definitely visit this place again!

This old farm house was a great place to stay. The kitchen is amazing! The location is walking distance for several restaurants. Yet, you feel you are in the country not in a busy city.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy, beautiful home. John was very accommodating and courteous. Located in a nice town, and very near restaurants of all types. Even being 6'4", I didn't have to bend my neck to get under the shower. Wifi, and smart tv included. The perfect place to unwind! I will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful stay here. I stayed 2 nights, one night with myself and my bridesmaids, and the next with my new husband! John provided mimosa ingredients for me and my girls the first night. I was extremely pleased at what was in the house. Fully furnished kitchen and plenty of space. Only downfall is lack of a doorknob (just a padlock) and lack of outdoor lighting (made it hard to find in the dark). Otherwise, beautiful and quiet location.

Great private space in quiet Zephyrhills. Our hosts John & Barbara were incredibly hospitable and have a lovely home ... HUGE downstairs accommodations including free-weight gym room, sauna, gigantic tile bath with jet tub and 2 two-head shower, futon, sectional couch, HDTV, WiFi, closed off bedroom, treadmill and even more -upstairs: open & equipped modern kitchen, large dining table with water view, separate billiards and game room -outside: ~2+ acres with car port & over a dozen live oak trees, ranch water-view, furnished 2nd floor patio, gas grill, fire pit (and probably more I'm forgetting) We couldn't have found a better place to stay. Their house is close to 301 but hidden away and surrounded by countryside, yet a very short drive from a handful of convenience, grocery, and dining spaces. Less than an hour from Lakeland or Tampa, a little over an hour to Orlando. Like we said: couldn't have found a better place to stay. If in the area again, we will absolutely book here.

Samantha's place is breathtaking n getting better by the day..We stayed here for over 30days. When we got here we all knew it was home..Where anyone would like to go to get away from hustle n hustle of the world n just relax n enjoy life... The house is great n spacious, the kitchen is well equiped if u like cooking like we did..the view of the lake from the house is mind blowing , the fire place outside was great..We roasted mashmellows every evening and now they are just finishing building a huge pool just next to the lake...the beach volleyball ball court was great we played every minute we found...This has been a vacation to remember...The kids are already asking when we r going back...N before u forget if you like the beach you will feel like u r in one except it won't be crowded.. u will have your own private beach...We absolutely loved this place...

The picture doesn't even show the absolutely beautiful view of the lake! The the scenic hills surrounding the area/lake made it European-like settings. The house was more than spacious, lovely kitchen! We even got more value out of the house with the pool/patio that weren't in the pictures when we booked. We use Airbnb often 2-3 times a month, and this was the greatest home/value and most enjoyable stay we have ever had. Thank you Samantha!

Very private lovely place. Can tell it has been remodeled with love and very accommodating to modern tastes but still has a rustic charm. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots pans and any cooking utensil you would need. Cant wait to have time for a longer stay!

It is a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with the family. This is my second time booking Jeff's home and it is always such great pleasure. My entire family is always happy to travel to enjoy this home. The front and backyard are great places for our kids to play safely while enjoying nature. the place is just beautiful and confortable.

I'm a writer, so I stayed there to work on my book and it worked perfectly. I was able to spread out my research on the table, and the view into the trees was calming. For 10 days, the price was excellent. There's no internet, so bring your own music. I would suggest this place to anyone that wants to escape into the country or get some uninterrupted work done.

My family and I stayed at Dawn's place for a combination business trip and vacation. While I had to leave everyday to work (greeted by the cock-a-doodle-do of a rooster!), my family was able to stick around to get to know the many farm animals and run around on the many acres. On our first morning, we were greeted by three beautiful Sandhill Cranes outside the kitchen window. Then we looked out the living room window and saw horses and cows. Then the wonderful resident hound ran by. So cool to be surrounded by so many animals! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We fit three adults and a 1 year old comfortably. Dawn has a Roku for all your cable news and Netflix needs and the wifi is strong for such a rural area. Her full kitchen is a great option when you're sick of eating at restaurants for every meal. Thanks for including a coffee maker! The setting is super rural-- peaceful and quiet. But if you need to get to the grocery store, it's only a 20 minute drive! Dawn is very close to the highway so it's easy to get to town and lots of tourist attractions. Dawn is an awesome host. She's very communicative and attentive to her guest's needs. She's a hardworking woman and an inspiration! With limited options for lodging in this area, it's wonderful to find such a unique and comfortable place to stay. Thank you Dawn!

"Peaceful Amenities" That is an understatement for sure. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet house for your stay, Kellie's place is the spot to be! Walking into the house made us feel like we were being hugged by comfort. The yoga room to the left when walking in had a great vibe. A short walk to your room in a comfortable bed with nice weight to the blankets. The weather was perfect for sleeping with the window open all night! Past the room you reach the laundry room where there is a nice mini fridge to place your food that may need to stay cold or frozen. A few steps from there is the kitchen and past there is the living room with an absolutely cozy sectional. Attached to the back is a peaceful screened in porch with some comfortable furniture as well as a relaxing water fountain. If your looking for a place to let your stress melt away, spend some time lounging there. The front porch was fabulous with a gorgeous garden and a giant swing you can find yourself getting lost in. Someone mentioned in a review that her chocolate chip banana nut bread was amazing, indeed it was to die for! Kellie and her daughter are both exceptional people with amazing personalities. Kellie is strong and independent. Ariel is grounded and has the desire to be just as strong. They will make you feel at home. Choose this as your stay while in Florida and you will not have a disappointment.

Sandy was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start of our visit. She was also very flexible in accommodating our arrival time. Her home was neat and clean and our bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood, and quite walkable, with little traffic. It was very quiet at night. Sandy was helpful in recommending activities and restaurants and helped with directions when needed. We came to the area to enjoy participating in the large number of acoustic music jams that occur on a daily basis in the area of Zepherhills. Anyone who enjoys music jamming with others would find this to be an enjoyable place to visit. We also enjoyed side trips to Dade City and Tarpon Springs. The location and quality of Sandy's place were excellent for us, and we would definitely return if we were in the area, and would recommend it highly.

This home is located in a very nice area of Zephyrhills and surroundings very clean. We stayed at this location to visit friends and family an be able to come and go as we pleased, it worked very well for us. Sandy was a great host and made us feel very comfortable, so much so we plan to stay if we return next year. The bedroom and bath was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 5 for days.

If I could give Herbert 10 stars, I would!! My daughter needed somewhere to go while Hurricane Mathew was hitting the east side of Florida. She and her boyfriend have two dogs and Herbert and family were unbelievably hospitable and I couldn't thank him enough for taking such good care of them. I was out of town and very worried about my kids but after Rachel told me how wonderful her first day was, I felt so comfortable about where she was. They even offered the kids homemade soup and if she had to extend her stay due to Mathew she was more then welcome to do so. Thank you Herbert and family!! You are such good people and we can't thank you enough

Very nice, easy going hosts with a beautiful home on several acres. It seems you are out in the country with the quiet but a mall and Winn Dixie are 5 minutes away. A few minutes more and you're at I-75. Rental as pictured with new tile floor which we appreciated since we brought our dog. Lovely potted flowers/plants.

Herbert and his wife Carmen are lovely hosts. Their place is wonderful and Wesley Chapel is a great place to be. I've recently relocated to Tampa Bay, stayed in Brandon, Temple Terrace, and now here...theirs is without question the best. I plan to stay well into January or even later until I can move into my own apartment. Wish I could have been here all along.
