The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Please feel free to use the spacious living area, the studio space, the rooftop bathroom, the wooden deck, and the garden with a stone oven. [Accommodation fee] This is the fee for the entire house. Up to 6 people can stay for a flat rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, Airbnb usage fees, etc. [Pets allowed] Please be sure to let us know when making your reservation. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. However, there are no stations or shops within walking distance, so please be sure to come by car.We recommend that you come by car or rent a car from Kayano Station. During the cold season, the living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and bathroom are heated by underfloor heating, making it a comfortable place to stay.You can split the firewood yourself and enjoy the wood-burning stove. In the warm season, you can also enjoy BBQing on the large wooden deck in front of the sunroom. There are 2 large supermarkets, within 10 minutes drive, and easy to get food. It can accommodate up to 6 people, including a chic 2-room bedroom and a loft above the living room.
