Idyllic waterfront home with hot tub, hygge style

Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river. The house has been newly built with all of the creature comforts and a very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub , located outside on the deck is the icing on the cake. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can swim right off the end of the dock on the property. There is also good bass and pickerel fishing in the river.

45 acres of Canadian Shield : natural ponds so no swimming or fishing,a kayak for puttering around. 3 klm's of trails. Electricity, fireplace, screened in porch . Outhouse - inside potty for night time. Use the wifi on our deck not in cabin. Microwave, hot plate, hot and cold water cooler, toaster oven, bar fridge and coffee pot in cabin as well as all linens and wood. Pets welcome. We are putting an addition on our house this year so there will be construction noise Monday to Friday 9-5.

The Gate House is a renovated 150 year old log building with 2 single beds, in floor heating, bathroom with shower & kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, small fridge & microwave, dining & sitting area.
