We are a friendly family and rent out our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly next to the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain biking trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start in the winding Harz!

One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Nice to have you here and be interested. I hope I can convince you to come here for a few days now. You get a great apartment right at the foot of the Harz. The apartment is freshly renovated and refurbished. It includes a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen in the living and dining room and two bedrooms. You are in Goslar by car in about 5 minutes. Optionally, the forest is right by the house and tempts you to hike. You can have fun here both in summer and winter.

We rent a 06.2018 renovated house with about 90 m² living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal.Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor swimming pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here you can do both hikes and day trips by bike or car.
